Gimmick
Many would describe Julio as cocky...and they'd be right, but Julio knows that if it wasn't for the fans, he wouldn't be able to walk his walk or talk his talk. Julio's got a lot of love for the people and the industry, but he's not afraid to cut down anyone who gets in his way and he's certainly not afraid to let you know how good he thinks he is. Love him or hate him, Julio Banks' goal is to make sure you know of him.
Strengths
- All Heart: It doesn't matter how outmatched or outnumbered Julio may be. He's giving every single match everything he's got for himself and the fans. Nothing's gonna dishearten him.
- Agility: Julio isn't the fastest guy in professional wrestling, he's pretty damn quick and smart about it. He won't recklessly launch himself into the stands, but he'll tire you out by moving around the ring and keeping you guessing what's coming next.
- Crafty: While not known for being a pure striker or anything, Julio knows how to grind someone down with a couple well placed shots here and there when the opportunity presents itself. Just generally annoying stuff for an opponent. Maybe grab you with a quick hold or even roll you up.
- A Bit of Experience: Shit, compared to most of the roster, Julio's a seasoned vet.
Weaknesses
- Showboat: No doubt Julio's confident about his abilities, so he's gonna let everyone know. Whether it's hyping himself up or hyping up the fans, Julio is bound to get lost in the moment every now and again.
- A Bad Temper: 90% of the time, Julio can keep his cool, but if someone wants the smoke, he'll square right up with them, even if it gets him into trouble and 100% of the time? It does get him into trouble; whether it be in the ring or out of it.
- Writing Checks He Can't (Always) Cash: Paired with being a hothead, t's no secret how much Julio loves to run his mouth and that provides some great bulletin board material. It also sees Julio getting into fights with guys double his size and you know he's not about to back down from that.
- Strength: When it comes to intergender matches, Julio's got it covered. Occasionally he'll surprise you. But put him in the ring against a proper heavyweight and he's going to struggle mightily.
- Circles: Hasn't been the same since Mac Miller died.

For most of his career, Julio Banks has been somewhat of a journeyman. He made an honest living from wrestling and it let him travel the world, but at the end of the day, he wasn't the man he wanted or envisioned himself to be. Something had to change and all it took was finding his voice. Julio went from a boring, unassuming wrestler to one of the hottest names on the indies overnight. Instead of trying to be someone he's not, Julio decided it was time to be himself and he'd quickly win over the crowds because of it.
Once Julio figured out just who he can really be, that's when things really started to change for him. His bookings increased and suddenly he found himself traveling around the world every other week instead of every other couple months. In the last few years, Julio's found his stride and he's made a name for himself just about everywhere he's gone and while he calls himself "The International", Julio is still looking to make his name known in every household across the world and Liberty Pro will be his first big shot at reaching the top he knows he can climb.
