PERSONALITY INFO
Gimmick
Accomplished Foreign Superstar. She’s very confident in her abilities and knows exactly what she is doing when she comes to the ring. A former gymnast, a mixed martial artist, and someone who has a few years of wrestling under her belt. She is Calculated, Competitive, and Driven. She usually fights cleanly as most of her moves are already pretty lethal considering her martials arts background however, when weapons are also added to the mix she becomes equally as dangerous.
Strengths
- Trained in Several Forms of Martial Arts, Kalaripayattu being the main on, others include Capoeira, Ninjutsu, and Krav Maga. Was also a part of a team that does what is called “Extreme Martial Arts” that mixes in elements of parkour, free-running, tricking style, that type of thing that enables her to combine her gymnastics background as well. All of this is to say her strength relies in her background and makes her tough to take on.
- As a former gymnast, power tumbling and acrobatic defensive moves are typically her forte. She will rarely if ever be on the offensive when using an acrobatic style (so very little flips and tricks from the top rope, but still very acrobatic in her style) Think Free Running, fast-flowing movements that are agile and almost bird like as it complements her style. Springboards, etc. This allows her a lot of movement during matches and helps her stay in control of her positioning in the ring.
- Technically sound, she’s quite a submissionist and technical artist. Can play the ground game just as good as she can defense and striking.
- Agility: She is very quick on her feet and even her hands (thanks to that Capoeira style) she’s hard to keep down as she constantly continues moving even when taking various forms of punishment.
- Focus: She will use a lot of open palm strikes that target various pressure points on the body. This is used to take down opponents that are bigger than her and ones that her typical acrobatic style wouldn’t work on.
- Resilience: She will fight until the end.
Weaknesses
- A knee injury from many years ago, while it doesn’t bother her all the time, if triggered it can severely weaken her capabilities during a match.
- Heights: She prefers not to jump from the top rope for a reason, heights make her nervous and certain matches would definitely equate to this fear (Cage, Scaffold, Hell in the Cell, etc).
- Size: While she has various things that help equal out this disadvantage, size is still a factor in any fight and she is relatively small compared to say a man who is 250lbs. It would alter her capabilities in the ring against an opponent like that.
- Not the Best Team Player: While she may be known for her Tag Team matches previously, she does not pair well with anyone. Used to fighting her own battles so to speak, She doesn’t always have the greatest teamwork asset and this can cause problems or rifts during those types of matches.
- Doesn’t know when to quit: While her resilience is a strength, it can also be a weakness. Typically responded to by her unwillingness to give up. She would have to be in severe pain to tap out for instance. This could lead to her being seriously injured.
FIGHTING INFO

Finishing Move(s)
1. En Femina: 540 High Kick. Usually done from a distance to get the needed leverage to swing the way she needs to.
2. Ode to Holkar: Butterfly Twist into Splits: Named after the Indian Queen who shares her namesake. Ahalya will back away from her downed opponent and run forward and spin through the air rotating her legs in a circular twist before driving down into her opponents chest/neck with a leg smash split. ((Whether the pin is successful or not she will usually finish this move by flowing into a handstand and then rolling onto the balls of her feet))
[Example]
Signature Moves
1. High Kick: Running from center ring she will leap from the floor to an opponent standing on the top rope (genuinely the opponent needs to be sitting in order for a face/chest hit, as she can only reach about ten feet or so, nevertheless she will go for legs or ankles from this same position as well) [example]
2. Power Tumbling Into outside Dive- Usually performed to the outside over the top rope while it is considered a high flying move I mean moreso that she doesn’t do many moves from the top rope. This move is similar to a Tiger Drop, but pretty much incorporates a series of no hand-tumbling followed by a large flip over the top rope (usually a 360 rotation backflip landing on her opponent on the outside). The Tumbling sequence is similar to this performed by this guy [HERE] then the crash down is obviously like where he lands, and instead her landing will be her colliding with her opponent. The no-hands and tumbles give the move more momentum and force in order to take down opponents much larger than her. It would take a lot of force to catch her in mid-air so the absolution of that happening would be unlikely.
3. Rear Leg Front Kick: A basic move that provides a lot of force. coming up from the sole of her foot she rares back and sends a kick directly to the head/chest of her opponent.(Although it’s normally targeted for the throat area) The faster the kick and the further it travels the more force it has behind it. [CLICK]
4. Back Throw: Opponent comes in with an overhand punch or strike, she blocks the move at the bicep stopping the motion of the arm, after blocking she keeps hold of the block and then slides behind her opponent, gripping the throat area under the chin. Lowering her hips she pulls forward on the the hold she has on her opponents neck in which rolls them backwards over her back and sends them flying sometimes they can land on their feet if they’re trained, but usually they wind up falling to the mat below. [HERE @ 1:06] < - - Also at 2:36.
5. Standing Headscissors into Takedown: This move usually begins with the opponent having hold of her wrist/arm she will use the brute strength of her legs to kip up into a Headscissors [HERE @0:31] before rolling into a take down motion freeing her arm and ground the opponent. This move can also be used with an armbar submission followed it.
6. Spider Suplex From the Corner
7. Grounded Dragon Sleeper
Preferred Weapon(s)
Oddly enough, a Scarf or veil. She can use them as a choking device, to help with certain holds and throws, etc.

CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
Born and raised in the capital of Trivandrum, Kerala, India, Ahalya was blessed with a wealthy family. Her father was a worker for the ISRO (India Space Research Organisation) ((building satellites and helping to advance space technology)) which helped to afford her many opportunities such as receiving an education and becoming a gymnast. While it may not explain much as India has hardly been successful in terms of gymnastics, the edge and drive of competition was taught to her at an early age. While her family was wealthy, by all means her country was not and her gymnastics abilities were limited compared to those from other countries. ((Gymnasts from India had to train on hard floor until 2010 according to the Federation of Gymnastics of India))
With the drive of competition being put before her and limited amounts of opportunity Ahalya had to get inventive with her training and with a natural born charisma for competing she began to partake in lessons in one of the oldest fighting forms in India Kalaripayattu. ((There are several forms of this fighting form, but to save time and energy we’ll just say she’s well-versed and leave it at that))
Her father was not thrilled with this but believing that it would help her advance in terms of learning acrobatics he allowed this (although it was very rare for a woman to train in the martial art in this country) She did well with it and it indeed did enhance her performance in gymnastics at events such as the Commonwealth Games where she placed Fourth which was pretty much unheard of for India.
As she grew older and matured however, the nature of being small and able to compete actively in Artistic gymnastics became slim as it was harder for her to compete against the smaller girls she instead began to dabble in Rhythmic gymnastics for some time until she gave up on competitive gymnastics altogether (by age 15) and decided she simply liked Martial Arts training more. While she was allowed to continue training, she had to also keep up with her education, and of course maintain the family life that was thrust upon her by being born into a prestigious family. By Age 18, she was to be married to a man of equal prominence from Morocco. While ultimately this was to solidify her family’s fortune the marriage was an arranged one and while she tried to love him, her husband quickly became abusive and cruel. Despite her abilities to defend herself Ahalya found herself desperate with no one to turn to and eventually she would flee from her life here and begin to travel the world in hiding (this information is not public knowledge, so please don’t use it as such it is just for your OOC information)
From here Ahalya went to Brazil and then to Japan. Studying various styles and equating herself with the culture of each country. Learning various elements of Capoeira and Ninjutsu (the art of trickery). Ahalya would be asked to join an extreme martial arts team known as Team Ryouku. With this team she was able to work in the entertainment industry, performing stunts in movies, music videos, etc. This eventually led to her finding the sport of wrestling as well after being approached by a promoter for Ice Box MMA in New York who delved into both the Mixed Martial Arts Circuit and Wrestling.
It was here where she met her trainer Mike who helped her adapt her unique style of skills into a wrestling move set.
It was 2014 when she she worked for a company known as Alpha Wrestling, and won their biggest title before the company fizzled out in 2015. She still keeps the title on her mantle today.
The second opportunity to work came to her in the company of Pride Pro, where she teamed up with the members of the Alliance, winning the tag team championships alongside her then boyfriend Tyson Gregory. They would go on to remain undefeated with those belts until the company closed its doors. It was later redeveloped and then bought out and became Millennium Wrestling Enterprise.
After the closing of Pride Ahalya found herself in turmoil once more. While she’d tried to leave her marriage behind, things always seemed to have a way of revisiting and to the outside world she’d almost disappeared without a trace. However, the true story was that she’d basically given up what she had and gone back to confront her demons. While the details of that can’t really be revealed it took several years before she could get out of the binding marital contract and find herself in a place well enough to launch her return.
This came about with Millennium Wrestling Enterprise’s show Red Line 2, where she was approached by a promoter to square up against the likes of her old foe Chris Night and a performer known as Karen whom she’d never met before. The Show would feature a chance for a second match later on in an Elimination Chamber that would then grant the winner an opportunity for a title in Millennium and a large cash prize. While she won her qualifier, she overall placed Third at the end of the show losing out to Eliza Foley and Maeve Clark. However, the call to join Liberty Pro came shortly after that. Considering she already lived in Brooklyn she decided this was an easy proposition for her and she signed the contract.
