BACKSTAGE
We cut backstage and Donovan Rich is sitting in a chair, dressed in his ring gear with a towel over his head. The big man is holding a photo and as the camera gets closer we see it’s of his daughter. He notices the camera now and wipes a single tear from his eye before painting a look of determination on his face. Rich stands up points a finger into the camera and speaks slowly the aggression in his voice very clear.
Donovan Rich: I’m going to keep this short and sweet. The time for talking is over. This is my last opportunity at doing right by my blood. My last opportunity to prove that I belong here. This is my last opportunity to show everyone that they made a mistake. That they were wrong about me.
The Heftyweight grabs the towel around his neck and dabs some sweat from his brow.
Donovan Rich: And you better believe I’m not going to waste it.

Brady Vega vs Donovan Rich
RECAP This match was even throughout it. Both of these men, fighting for their livelihood. The two fought back and forth but eventually, Donovan ramped it up and seemed to get the lead. Brady tried to take Rich down several times but the big man was now an unmovable object. Suddenly Micaela of ROTTEN rolled into the ring with the Tag Team Championship and she leveled Vega! He was out!!! The referee saw it and called for the bell Brady Vega won by DQ. Rich can’t believe it. He looked out at Micaela and asked “Why?” She simply shrugged her shoulders before leaving. Rich looked defeated. WINNER Brady Vega METHOD DQ MATCH LENGTH 7:10 FINISHING MOVE Shot to face with championship |
BACKSTAGE
We’ve reintroduced ourselves to the back of the Barclays once again. This time the sound of squeaky wheels can be heard coming down a backstage hallway.
The Freedom camera crew is there to catch Huck Fynn of Rotten wheeling a small rolling desk with a laptop sitting pretty, squared and centered.
Huck has on his eerie looking mask as he finished adjusting the desk. Silently and without hesitation he powers on the laptop being presented as the focal point of this segment.
As the screen lights up with life, the picture transitions to that of “Laptop Rory.”
The man is chilling with a Mai Tai on someone’s tropical resort, either that or he has a really good green screen.
Rory keeps it brief stating that his laying low is a result of the juicy information he was able to siphon from LPWs servers. He states that in due time he’ll bend the company to show how Rotten it truly is as it’s core.
He also goes on to hype the upcoming tag team bout featuring his band of misfits and miscreants. He says that he brought Huck in as his contract killer camera boy. He spend the next few moments to tout all the crazy shit Huck is willing to put his and your body through, all in the name of progress.
He finished his promo before the segment ends. Huck seemingly was supposed to turn off the laptop but he doesn’t. Instead we see a few awkward moments of Rory rapid fire replying to DM after DM online before the segment ends.

We cut to somewhere backstage to see Oliver Thurston-Knott lounged on a black leather sofa. His girlfriend Clara is sat beside him, running one hand up and down his bare chest. One of the Tag Team Championships is slung over the back of the sofa.
OTK: See, we are witnessing the gradual decline of a decadent society.
Clara: It can't happen soon enough.
OTK: The same thing happened with the Roman Empire, right? They conquered vast territories and enjoyed the spoils of war until they became weak and entitled. Western civilization didn't even need to fight for their riches this time around, they conned the rest of the world into an exploitative economic system. They used NGOs to coerce governments into compliance. But as their billions become trillions, they become complacent - their boundless greed starts to expose their true colours - and the people will turn.
She stares at him intently, hanging on his every word.
OTK: That's fundamental to our growth. Shining a light on the ruling class.
Clara: And you're the brightest light of all.
]He smiles, leaning forward to give her a quick kiss, before slumping back into the sofa. She glances down at her golden watch.
Clara: You're up soon, darling. Are you going to treat them to a match this evening?
OTK: Good question. I may well do because there's something about "The Pride" which irks me. Like pride of what exactly? The only fight for themselves, who else has been inspired? What difference have they made in Liberty? Or more importantly, beyond Liberty? None. Nothing. It's just wrestling for the sake of wrestling. The Boys of the Summer. Pitiful.
Clara: Honestly, I'm not sure people like them will ever be converted. They have to be stamped out.
OTK: Yes, I think you're right. Diplomacy only works with those able to comprehend it.
He chuckles, pulling the championship off the back of the sofa and eyeing the "ROTTEN" engraving.
OTK: We fought The Pride once before, didn't we?
Clara: Umm... yeah, uh, I think so... or maybe that was - OTK: Exactly. They're expendable.
The lovers grin at one another for a moment, lingering before another kiss.
Clara: Can't have them thinking we're all bark and no bite, can we?
We suddenly cut to static.

RECAP OTK and Huck were in the ring across from The Pride. Before the match started, OTK grabbed a microphone and began to speak. OTK: With this being ROTTEN RULES, I have decided to make this a handicapped match and the referee? Is me. OTK smirked as he pointed at himself then dropped the mic. The match started and Chase Hunter quickly hit Huck with a big boot. Chase controlled the match for awhile, keeping Huck in his corner, double teaming him with JD. OTK grabbed Chase and pulled him off of Huck. Chase shoved OTK and BAM! OTK kicked Hunter right in the nuts! JD went to get in the ring but BANG! Micaela slammed a chair into JD’s back! OTK then hit Chase with an implant DDT. Huck pinned Hunter and OTK made the fast count to three! ROTTEN quickly exit with their tag team championships as The Pride recover, looking upset. We cut backstage to Jade Night walking down the hallways of the arena. She soon stops in front of a locker room that reads the name, “Helena Noir”. Jade looks up at the door and takes a deep breath and nods before she reaches her hand up and knocks.
Helena Noir: Yes?
The former Liberty champion is lacing up her boots, preparing herself for her match against Brianna Leigh Clark. She sounds surprised, she’s definitely not expecting any visitor. But curiosity eventually takes over.
Helena Noir: Door’s open, come on in.
Jade grabbed the handle and opened the door before walking in, a bit hesitant, as her confidence had been slightly knocked after her battle with Xavier Laroux in a Scaffolding Match. She forced a bit of a smile and waved at Helena.
Jade Night: Hey.
She recognized her voice, but she couldn’t quite believe Jade was here. What did she want? And why she didn’t summon her in her office? All questions she was planning to ask.
Helena Noir: Jade, that’s a surprise. What brings you here?
Jade NIght: Well…
She takes a deep breath and exhales.
Jade Night: I’m not sure if you noticed, but I’m signed onto Liberation as a competitor until my match with Ava Ryan. And after what happened in my last match?
Jade shook her head.
Jade Night: It sucks to admit but my confidence is a bit shaken. Do you mind coming to Nightfall this next week and helping me out a bit?
A smile appears on the former champion’s face. She finishes taping her wrists before asking Jade.
Helena Noir: I know Nightfall, it’s one of the best training facilities in the country… And you come from a wrestling family… Why me?
Realizing that this might have sounded a bit rude, she quickly adds.
Helena Noir: I’m not saying no, mind you… I’m just curious about why, of all people there who could help you, you’re asking me...
Jade Night: Well, there’s a few reasons.
She paused and thought over them before nodding.
Jade Night: For starters, I trust you. You’ve always defended me and supported me. And you’re also one of the best in all of Liberty. But I guess most of all?
Jade slightly shrugged.
Jade Night: I guess I see myself in you a little bit. I mean…
She paused, trying to figure out a way to explain what she meant.
Jade Night: I don’t know, I just think you and I are a lot of like in and outside of the ring.
For a few moments, Helena just stared at her, without saying a word. Then she finally stood up and replied.
Helena Noir: Sure then. I can definitely find some time this week. Let me know when it works best for you.
Jade smiles genuinely and nods.
Jade Night: Great! I will. I don’t want to waste anymore of your time though. I’ll let you get back to prep. See you around.
Jade nodded again and waved before turning around and quickly exiting, leaving Helena in the room by herself.
Helena Noir: I must warn you though. I’m not known for going easy on my training partners..
She said, as Jade closed the door.

We cut backstage where former Anarchy Champion, Cole Gregory is standing by. He’s got a smile on his face and looks to be in much better physical shape than he was his last time on Liberty. He finishes up wrapping his fists in tape, already in his ring gear with his hair slicked back and damp.
Cole Gregory: You know, I missed this place a bit. Last time I was here was when you had Melissa Reeves taking on Becky almost every night fighting over the Liberty Pro Championship. Sure, that might date me a bit with the fans but I also beat a former world champion here when I claimed the Anarchy Championship. Now I can’t say that title is in my sights but never say never.
He winks at the camera.
Cole Gregory: With my time away I spent time training down in New Orleans and then won myself a championship up north and made a decent name for myself. Sure I’m gonna have my doubters here but I don’t really give a shit about them. My knockouts are just as lethal as my submissions. But you’ll see that tonight when I take on Jordan. You know it’ll be really interesting given his background in MMA. I’m no slouch in that area either. So let’s throw the hands and see who is left standing…. Spoiler, it’ll be me.
He give a chuckle and walks off.

Jordan Parker-Kane vs Cole Gregory
RECAP Cole and JPK had a back and forth match and it was very high paced and uptempo, it was clear that the two men wanted to impress the fans. JPK eventually took the lead on the match and it looked like he was going to win as he leaped off the top rope, going for a frog splash, but then the big screen had a video pop on it. JPK looked over at it and there was Liam Callaghan and Ari Parker sitting next to each other on a couch. The two shared a laugh when Liam placed a hand on Ari’s thigh. JPK can’t believe it and he looked like he was about to get off the turnbuckle but Cole Gregory pulled him down with a superplex! He then waited for JPK to stir and when he did, Cole nailed him with Cole-Lateral Damage (Springboard Roundhouse). He pinned him and picked up the three count and the win! As the cameras are moving about backstage, the man behind it being his usual nosey self. The voice of Alex Reeves can be heard from a crack in the door.
ALEX: Honestly? This guy is just a chance for me to remind people how effortless I can be in the ring, he doesn’t stand a chance against me. EVERY challenge that I set? I walk away the winner, no one here has anything on me with that.
?: You’ve got this.
The male voice is somewhat familiar but he doesn’t say much and it’s hard to catch who it is.
Alex: I can’t let my number one fan down, imagine how upset he’d be, sitting at home cheering me on and I lose to some dude who most people forget even has a job here. No, not gonna happen. I’ve worked my ass off to be successful and I refuse to be slowed down.
?: I still argue that I’m your biggest fan -
Suddenly he stops talking, as though he’s been halted in speaking. The camera tries to move closer to the door and as he does, Alex whips it open and blocks the view.
Alex: Get out of here!!
She palms the camera away, slamming the door shut behind her.

MATCH FOUR: SINGLES
Alex Reeves vs Kasey Kash
Alex Reeves vs Kasey Kash
RECAP The fans were cheering for Kasey Kash as the bell rang, and he didn't disappoint. He came out, showcasing his impressive speed, allowing him to avoid a clothesline attempt and then hit a spinning kick to the side of Alex's head in the blink of an eye. Reeves fell to the mat and crawled over to the corner, taking her time before pulling herself up and rubbing the side of her face. From there, Kasey attempted to continue to use his athletic nature to his advantage, going for a cartwheel splash in the corner but he missed and after he collided with the turnbuckle, Alex hit a Russian legsweep. Instead of going for a pin, she hit a few consecutive stomps to his chest for good measure. Reeves remained in control for the next few minutes, using whatever tactics she could to stay ahead. A timely rake of the eyes was enough to keep Kash down for a few moments. Kash fell victim to a sleeper hold, but was able to back Alex into the corner and ram her back against the turnbuckle to get the break. As Alex caught her breath, it gave Kasey a moment to regain his own composure. Kasey took advantage of Reeves being stunned, and hit a hurricanrana that drove her head right into the mat. A pin wasn't enough to put her away, but it didn't deter Kasey from staying on the offensive. He picked up a second nearfall with a double rotation moonsault. Alex just barely was able to kick out. The tide of the match turned once again when Alex connected with a low blow to Kasey Kash behind the ref's back. Reeves then nailed Kash with Sweet Dreams (Leaping Complete Shot)! He was out of it and she pinned him and got the three count and the win! WINNER Alex Reeves METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 9:10 FINISHING MOVE Sweet Dreams |

The feed cuts to Jennifer Yang backstage as she makes her way towards the staging area. Dressed in her ring attire, her long stride speaks of great confidence and her face wears a focused expression. She slows down when she notices the camera catching up to her, a small smile blooming on her lips.
Jennifer Yang: You know, ever since I started out in Liberty, Alex Reeves has been nothing but spiteful towards me. From day one, she’s been throwing shots at me like her career depends on it. Look, I feel terrible about the slap last week and I’ll admit, I lost my patience for a second there. That is something I don’t wish to repeat, especially since we were tag team partners for the night. That isn’t how I normally treat my tag partners or any of my peers.
A smirk pops up in the corner of her lips as she scoffs.
Jennifer Yang: But you did provoke me, Alex. And while I could’ve handled it better, you have relentlessly brought up my personal life and threw it in my face. Why? Because I like talking to people I care about on my Twitter? Then you tried to stir trouble by twisting my words and tricking me into saying things you would later take out of context and use against me. What for?
She lets out a quick sigh.
Jennifer Yang: Is it because there is nothing else about me that you can find to tear me down with? Because when you put aside the personal life stuff, maybe you and I are not that much different. Just like me, you’re here to make a name for yourself. To do something you’re good at, that you enjoy, so that you can be proud of what you accomplish. That’s what it is, isn’t it? If not, then what? Just someone to compete with? Or to hate on to make yourself feel better?
She pauses before she scoffs again with a smile.
Jennifer Yang: Well, Alex. That’s not a game I wanna play. But if you want a one-on-one match to settle the score, I’m up for it. Because I’m not here to mess around or cause trouble for no reason. I’m here to wrestle. So I’m glad to be facing Julio Banks tonight. I’m sure we’ll have a straightforward match, no bullshit.
She gives the camera a thumbs-up.
Jennifer Yang: See ya out there, Julio! Looking forward to us giving our all for Liberty fans. Let’s do this!
With a wave, she passes by the camera to head for her match.

Jennifer Yang vs Julio Banks
Jennifer Yang vs Julio Banks
RECAP With her match being before, Alex Reeves decided to stick around and the announcer booth. The bell rang and Julio wasted little time as he charged in and took Jennifer out with a clothesline. Banks stayed on top of Yang, working her over for a couple of minutes before he dropped her with a snap suplex. He kicked Jennifer a couple of times, telling her to get up. Jennifer sprang up and she knocked Banks back. Julio keeps on talking trash, trying to get under the veteran’s skin but it wasn’t working. Yang simply charged at Julio and went for a clothesline but Banks ducked it before he caught Jennifer with a driving knee to the gut. He looked to go for a powerbomb but NO! Yang hit him with a hurricanrana! Julio played too many games with someone with Yang’s experience and when he stirred, she took him out with #BEHUMBLE (Wristlock springboard cutter)! She pinned him and picked up the three count and the win! Jenni stood up to celebrate her win but BAM! Sweet Dreams (Leaping Complete Shot) from out of nowhere from Alex Reeves! For just a moment as the cameras find Brianna Leigh Clark, she’s got a serious expression on her face, looking down the hallway from where she’s perched on the back of a folding chair, her feet in the seat. Her new ring gear is shiny, making her glimmer in the lower lights of the backstage area. When she looks over and sees the camera however, she gives it the brightest smile and shakes away that mood from seconds ago.
Brianna Clark: There’s a reason that Helena vs Brianna is the Headliner match this Freedom - they recognize what we can do. Maybe we don’t ‘yell’ the loudest on Twitter, or cut each other down because while it’s harder to uplift each other, it’s worth it.
A nod, and she hops down off the chair, starting her walk towards the ringside area, waving the camera on to keep up with her steps.
Brianna Clark: As far as what happened for my last match, sure - there was a lot to think about afterward. I understand what OTK and ROTTEN are trying to do, at least a little bit. But I have to say that I think they’re glossing over that it’s important to do what we were contracted to do, for the fans. They work hard, they come to see us wrestle and spend their money on this. How is it fair that they don’t get what they paid for, that in turn pays us? I feel I’m open minded, I’m willing to listen… but I don’t want to ignore what I see, either. I meant what I said to Joss and Dex, for that matter. It’s what I like to think of as a Champion’s attitude. You make things right, where you can.
Brianna keeps moving, nodding here and there to the people moving around and getting their jobs done, psyching herself up a bit as she speaks.
Brianna Clark: But back to tonight. It’s important, understand? Me and Helena are going to go out there and put on one heck of a sporting match. We’re going to tear it up, we’re going to get the fans buzzing, so that when TJ, Kaia and Sparrow go out there and showcase what they’ve got, the fans are warmed up, they’ve had their drinks and appetizers, they want that whole meal. There are people working here that would call this a throw-away match because there’s no ‘stakes’ and no championship on the line, and well… they’re wrong.
A slight pause as she lets people move a crate out of the way and she jogs a little to make up for that delay.
Brianna Clark: I’ve got all the faith in the world that Helena and I can do it, and that they’ll deliver on it.
She gives a high five motion at the camera before she turns the corner to the gorilla position, a grin on her face adding to her happy, excited expression.

MATCH SIX: SINGLES
Lizzie Jones vs Dexter Morant
Lizzie Jones vs Dexter Morant
RECAP This match was quick paced, with Lizzie controlling the early portion of the contest with a flurry of strikes and kicks. Dexter tried countering a suplex, but Lizzie used her speed to counter it, before dropping him with a hurricanrana. Lizzie tried to stay on top of the ever popular Dexter Morant, but unfortunately for Jones, Dex wasn't allowing it. He fought back hard until he had Lizzie backed into the corner and then he took her out with a snap suplex, which he followed up with a standing shooting star press. Dex pinned but Jones showed resilience and kicked out. Dex picked Jones up but she rolled him up! She kept him down for a two count but Morant managed to kick out. As they both got to their feet, Lizzie went for a superkick but Dexter saw it coming from a mile away and he ducked it. When Lizzie turned, Dexter hit her with a superkick of his own. He hit the top rope and went for Red X (630 Splash) but Jones rolled out of the way! When Morant stirred, Lizzie came from out of nowhere and leveled him with The Calamity (Running single leg front dropkick)! She pinned him and picked up the three count, just like she promised she would. Lizzie then exited the ring and grabbed a chair. She brought it back in and she slammed it on Dexter’s back, clearly not liking the way he talked back to her earlier in the week. Lizzie went to keep on doing work but NO! Kaia Grainger was in the ring and she hit Jones with a dropkick that sent her flying out of the ring. The two shared a few comments with each other when Jones simply rolled her eyes and walked out. POST-MATCH
After the match, the camera takes a minute to pan over the crowd, showing the excited Liberty fans packing the Barclays Center! It glances up to the skybox, where behind the glass sits… Chuck Matthews? They zoom in and, sure enough, there’s the Smartest Man in Wrestling, sitting and watching the ring below, scratching his chin thoughtfully. He seems deep in thought as the two competitors retreat to the back. Behind him, Liam Callaghan enters the room. Rather than raise a hellstorm or otherwise look wary of the mastermind in the skybox, he… smiles?
Chuck stands with a smile of his own, and the two shake hands. He says something to Liam, the two clearly talking excitedly about something very important, but it’s impossible to hear through the glass of the box and the roar of the crowd. Chuck points down at the ring and gives a little shrug, but otherwise nods and gives Liam a pat on the back. Liam seems to like whatever it is that Chuck just said, because he appears to have a renewed spring in his step as he leaves the box. Chuck laughs to himself, taking his seat and returning his attention back to the action in the ring.

The cameras pan to a darkened area, panels of metal decorate the top, sides, and bottoms of the screen. Various LED lightbars are scattered amongst them as light begins to ambiance through the light bars, cascading against the metal, turning the color of Jade. There’s a small figure deep within the confines of this place as the camera zooms in closer, until the image then changes to a protruding element of red, white, and blue.
Kaia Grainger: “Freedom!”
comes the voice of Kaia Grainger, as she’s dressed in her sparkling red top, a pair of nicely fit jeans, and just her smile as we grow closer towards her.
Kaia Grainger: “It's so great to be back in Brooklyn to greet you once more. I’ll be there shortly of course, but first we’ve had to delve into something a little more. A place I’ve not been in some time, A place whose name I won’t mention.”
She paused looking from left to right and then back forward again, the camera only focused on those metal pieces that clearly block the view of whatever it is she is seeing, before she takes a deep breath.
Kaia Grainger: “There’s so much that goes into being a champion, and tonight, you’re going to see featured, three of Freedom’s Champions going head to head in the triple threat main event. Some would say that TJ obviously has this. . . after all he’s already won the Freedom Championship, he’s the top of the brand and most of that is true, he is one of the top stars of our brand and well he does hold the Freedom Championship.”
She paused a moment before smiling softly.
Kaia Grainger: “Then there’s Sparrow, who honestly I find absolutely intriguing. The King of New York Champion.”
She pauses once more.
Kaia Grainger: “Both are incredibly fine athletes, both have skills that surmount experience in the ring and well they’ve also been quite adamant about the outcome of this match. The winner gets to pick the losers entrance music. They’ve both made the stakes for winning this one high and absolutely rewarding to whomever the victor may be.”
She laughs out.
Kaia Grainger: “I suppose I should tell you why that should be me, but what is the need in doing that? You’ve seen my body of work, you’ve seen the challenges I am willing to face just to continually improve myself. I’ve gone from being a rookie at the start, to holding this US Championship longer than both of the others in this match. I’ve faced previous Liberty Champions and won, and I’ve gone above and beyond to meet every challenge ten-fold whenever it presented itself. It's easy enough to say . . . that I’m capable, but . . . it's even more important to say that I’m ready, willing, and able.”
Kaia pauses now, her usual jovial spirit seeming a bit perplexed at this moment in time, as she let out yet another soft smile.
Kaia Grainger: “But we all know what happens when Grainger Danger approaches, and I will do my best to make sure I’m the Champion who comes out on top and if I don’t at least I can say I’ve taken on two of the best this brand has to offer. Until then gentleman. . . Best of luck.”
She turns now to exit the cameras range, clearly distracted and leaving one to wonder just what caused said distraction.

HEADLINE: SINGLES
Helena Noir vs Brianna Leigh Clark
Helena Noir vs Brianna Leigh Clark
RECAP Helena ran forward, ducking under an attempt to clothesline her by Brianna, catching her shoulder and countering a hard hitting swinging neckbreaker, taking BLC to the ground. From the ground, Helena tried to counter the decorated Leigh Clark’s size by having her on the ground, attempting to work her skills at submission, trying to end the fight early with an arm bar, only to have Brianna power out of it. Transition after transition happened, the veteran showcasing her amazing technical abilities while the Bri countered her with his raw strength and ability, using his size advantage and countering abilities to work the transition chains to counter her move for move. Finally, it was Brianna who emerged victorious in the exchange, countering a shining wizard attempt with a hard elbow strike to Helena’s temple, crossing behind her and making the ring shake from the impact of her body as she executed a textbook snapdragon suplex! Still, even with the impact that could have ended the match, Helena wasn’t down and out. She was moving to her feet just like Brianna was. BLC charged Helena but Noir surprised her with a flying arm bar, taking Clark to the ground as she wretched her arm, struggling to snap on the move, but when she did? Victory was within her grasp, mere inches as she tried to force the female HOSS to submit only to watch that in grasp victory slip from her palms as BLC managed to use her strength to crawl to the ropes and grab the bottom one, the ref forcing her to break the hold. Rolling to her back, and getting up, Brianna was refusing to look weak despite the pain going through her arm as he leapt up and moved to try and hammer Helena with a springboard meathook clothesline that she ducked under, grabbing her arm and whipping him towards the corner rope, running after him, but as she hit the turnbuckle, she moved out of the way of a leaping Noir. Noir stirred and BLC nailed Punch into Row Z (Discus Punch)! She went for the pin but NO! Helena got her foot on the ropes! Brianna can’t believe it. She waited for Noir to stir and when she did, BLC went for Incoming! (Shotgun Double Knee) but Helena dodged it! Brianna tried to recover but it was too late, Noir nailed her with Fondu Au Noir (Cradle DDT into a Guillotine Choke). BLC tried to escape but she couldn’t and she had to tap. The former Liberty Champion was declared the winner. WINNER Helena Noir METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 17:10 FINISHING MOVE Fondu Au Noir |

? Freedom Fam, y'all are in for a treat tonight.
Our scene switches to a close up shot of the Freedom Championship. We slowly zoom out, revealing the title is being worn across the shoulder of its owner, TJ Techniques. Despite the loss last week, TJ has dusted himself off. He's all smiles as he stands by in a designated promo area backstage.
TJ Techniques: When you look at myself, Kaia Granger and Mighty Sparrow, what do you see? You see three different diverse styles that will thrill, amaze and astound. When you look at us, you see the three champions of Freedom. Kaia, the United States Champion. Sparrow, the King of New York. Then there's myself, the Freedom Champion. When you look at the three of us, you see three talents that ain't just at the top of Freedom, but dare I say at the top of all of Liberty Pro. When you look at the three of us, you're looking at the present and future of this company. I don't mean to brag and I don't mean to boast, but damn if the future don't look good.
TJ readjusts the Freedom title before continuing.
TJ Techniques: You know what else is looking good? This here main event because the Freedom Fam is getting all three of us in the ring. It's Champion versus Champion versus Champion. It ain't Titles versus Title versus Title. No championships will be on the line tonight. But you damn sure better bet that that's the mindset I'm walking into this match with.
TJ points to his temple.
TJ Techniques: I'm going into this match tonight with my back against the wall. I'm going into this match tonight with the mindset that the other two champions on Freedom - two great champions in their own right - are trying to get to the spot where I'm at. I'm going into this match tonight with the mindset that my title is on the line. That all of our titles are on the line.
TJ Techniques: And your boy is coming to collect.
A beat
TJ Techniques: Kaia. Out of the three of us, you've held your championship the longest. I've seen what you've done in the ring from afar. I also saw it live and in person just a few weeks back inside the Elimination Chamber. I got nothing but respect and admiration for what you do inside that ring. But all that love goes out the window because when that bell rings? It's about to be on. I could never look at you as a pushover. I could never look at you as easy money. You too good to be disrespected like that. But listen to me when I tell you this, Kaia. I will go through you tonight. This ain't just some regular match against some regular degular opponent. This is three of Freedom's finest going at it. So I gotta bring it. I gotta go hard. I gotta prove the point that while you and Sparrow are great champions, I am THE champion on this brand.
TJ slaps the center plate of the Freedom championship before continuing.
TJ Techniques: Sparrow. You know you my man, right? This ain't the only company the two of us are employed at. We've kicked it here and over there. You know I got love for you. I respect everything you doing. I respect the grind. I really, really do. But when the bell rings, just know that this is business, my brother. When we talking business, it can be ugly. It can be cutthroat. But also know that it's never, ever personal. So know that I'll do what I gotta do to put you and homegirl down tonight for that three count. The three of us can show love before the match. We can all shake hands and kick it after the match. But during the match? During? I'm showing up, showing out and showing and proving why my technique is greater. #PeepTheTechnique isn't just a cute hashtag. It's a call to all to do your googles and peep the style before you get got. We'll see if y'all did your homework tonight.
TJ Techniques: Like I said, win, lose, or draw, the Freedom Fam are in for a treat tonight. Kaia, Sparrow and myself are gonna give the people a main event to remember. May the best man, or woman, win. Oh yeah, and Helena Noir?
TJ raises his finger to emphasize one more point.
TJ Techniques: Don't think I forgot about your ass. Oh no. Never. The two of us appear to be far from done. Even though it wasn't me that you beat last week, the stipulation remained the same. If you or JPK got the winning fall, you would be the one to get a shot at my Freedom Championship. The people saw us compete in an Elimination Chamber. They saw us compete in a Tag Team Match. But the people want something more now. They wanna see what happens when there's no tag team partner in our corners. The people wanna see what happens when there ain't four other people in the match. The people, Helena, wanna see how it goes down when it's just you and me, one on one, with 'ol glory on the line. I can't wait to find out...

Sparrow: So tell me Jordan...Is it going to be an Iron Match then?
Mighty Sparrow doesn’t sound so much unenthused about the prospect of facing JPK in a match for the King of New York Championship. As a matter of fact, one of the champions for Liberty Pro’s Freedom brand seems to take it all in stride. He’s already dressed in a gold and black version of his usual black and red gear, likely to show out in this champion versus champion versus champion match. He clicks his tongue slowly and his arms come crossed over his chest.
Sparrow: I keep replayin’ that tag match in my head and it would be easy...Easy y’know to blame how things derailed on a single superkick. It would be easy, it could be easy...But that ain’t what I’m about ya see, and that ain’t so much a knock on TJ either. TJ wasn’t going for me with purpose, at least not that night. It is all a simple matter that Helena Noir, competitor that she was had some perfect positioning going to duck and let me catch that boot to the head. In a matter of moments...Things unraveled. What can you do? Now we got Jordan got his shot, Helena got her’s. What you say? Those last minutes of Freedom episode six? If y’all was lookin’ for me...I was still sleep from the second part of that Fondu Au Noir...And it is what it sounds like after I tapped. Probably the last thing I remember, yes.
The West Indian Whirlwind, The King of New York, one of three champions seen in tonight’s main event sniffs softly and nods his head. He lifts up that KONY championship that has since been presently off-camera and looks down at it.
Sparrow: Tonight we got in one corner... Kaia and her United States Championship. We got TJ and his Freedom Championship...We got Mighty Sparrow and the King of New York Championship. I called for this little wager of the one who ate the pin would have to change their entrance music for one match, but I ain’t want y’all to think there’s no seriousness behind this match because as much as I wanna keep it light, keep it playful, keep it easy? I wanna win more. I need to win more. Lightbringer? Funky Technician? How much y’all wanna win. Teej, tell me brethren, tell me that you ain’t wanna prove in one fell swoop you are OUR champion. Champion of this brand, head of this brand. It ain’t enough just to beat five of the best the company could offer...Nah, nah, you gotta take come for me and Kaia’s necks too right bana? What about you Kaia?
Now Sparrow begins pacing, the King of New York pacing side to side backstage here, before he stops and does a couple of short hops to keep himself limber, to keep that adrenaline at a slow, rolling boil.
Sparrow: Your reign started with you feedin’ Lilah crow, seven courses of it in fact. You beat Melissa Reeves which is an accomplishment in and of itself from her storied career. You went in with Big Bri on one end of the ring, Jones on the other, singapore canes galore. Tell me you don’t wanna add just one more accomplishment in givin’ your fellow champions them hot hands, ey?
Silence. Thought...Eyes down at the KONY championship as the Master of The Kick.
Sparrow: Me? I just wanna put my stamp. I want every chance, every opportunity, every moment to be spent on making this title...This King of New York championship as legitimate as possible. I woulda fought Tamsin non-title just for the clout that drips on it. I will fight Jordan and boss you can STILL name any stipulation between then and now and I’ll agree to it, because I’m for that life. Come bell time, every drop of blood and sweat is going to prove that ain’t nobody...Nobody is willing to bleed that Freedom blood for the brand like me, and no one...No one will put more on the line for their title either.
Sparrow walks off, throwing his title over his shoulder...
...And then he comes back a few seconds later.
Sparrow: I also really don’t want Tekashi as my entrance music, even for one show.

TJ Techniques vs Kaia Grainger vs Mighty Sparrow
RECAP The three Freedom brand Champions meet in the middle of the ring before the bell rings, and Kaia just couldn’t pass on making a joke about the bet she proposed to the two earlier. TJ laughed it off but the slight distraction is enough for Sparrow to knock both competitors down with a double clothesline. Techniques is the first one to get back on his feet, and he immediately charges at his tag partner from the other week. Mighty goes for a superkick but TJ ducks under it and bounces against the ropes, gaining momentum and entangling Sparrow’s neck with his arm, spinning around and dropping him down with a Sling Blade. Kaia is now stalking the Freedom Champion, waiting for the moment when TJ starts to rise up and bam! Grainger gets him with a schoolboy pin! TJ kicks out and, when Grainger goes to pick him up, this time it’s Techniques with the fancy pin, as he surprises the US Champion with an inside cradle, broken up by Mighty Sparrow. Sparrow picks up TJ and he nails him with a German Suplex right into another pinning predicament Another two count. A round of applause follows this first sequence, as the three wrestlers are now back on their feet, staring at each other trying to figure out the best approach. TJ breaks the ice kicking Mighty in the stomach and tossing him and throwing him at Kaia, who catches him and immediately drops him on his head with a DDT. With the KONY Champion momentarily out, the Freedom and US Champions are free to go at each other, and it’s an all out brawl. They trade shots in the middle of the ring and, contrary to what one would expect considering the size advantage clearly on TJ’s side, Kaia has the upper hand, pushing TJ back against the corner and relentlessly attacking him with kicks to the mid-section and stomps, with her trying to prove her worth as a champion in each blow until TJ drops to a seated position. That’s when Kaia decides to go for a low dropkick, only to get hit by Mighty’s shoulder block that sends Grainger flying across the ring. He then walks toward TJ, picking him up and sitting him on the turnbuckle. He climbs up as well and performs a superplex, immediately following into a cover for another two count. Mighty can’t believe that Techniques just kicked out of that one! Mighty goes to pick up Tecniques but there’s still some fight in TJ, who connects a roundhouse kick and follows up with an Inverted Stomp facebreaker. With Sparrow laying on the mat, Techniques quickly applies a Dragon Clutch, but right when the opponent seems to be on the verge of tapping out, Grainger breaks it up with a single running leg dropkick to TJ’s face! Kaia seems now in control. A snap DDT almost gives her the win, but Sparrow kicks just out in the nick of time. She waits for him to stand up and shows her striking skills with a beautiful kicking combination. With the stunned opponent, Kaia hits the ropes running straight into Sparrow’s powerslam. Like a shark smelling blood, he waits for her to get on her feet before driving her face first on the canvas. Sparrow is about to be three seconds away from proving that he’s the champion to beat! Or so he thought. TJ quickly slides behind him and charges, leveling Mighty Sparrow with Set 'Em Straight (Busaiku Knee Strike)! TJ drops down and pins the KONY Champion and gets the three count and the win! What a match! TJ celebrates as he is handed his Freedom Championship. The other two stir and Kaia, TJ and Sparrow raise each other’s hands in the air, giving a showing of respect as the fans cheer. The show then ends on that note.
