PERSONALITY INFO
Gimmick
Diamond Jack Sabbath is vile. The worst person you could ever hope to meet. Completely insane, nothing nice or redeeming about him and totally out for himself, Jack uses almost everyone he gets close to for his own personal gain, whether that’s through lying, manipulation or just being a bastard. Vain and narcissistic, Jack believes honestly and truthfully he is the absolute best to have ever done this, and will stop at nothing to prove that.
Even the slightest hint that someone else is better than him will tip him over the edge. While very controlling, Jack is also extremely irrational, incredibly volatile and erratic. Viewing himself as more than just a mere wrestler and believing he has transcended that. Jack Martin-Sabbath has long since disappeared into the void, consumed by the persona that is Diamond Jack Sabbath.
Strengths
Kick-based offence: Jack will spend a good amount of time wearing you down with the kicks to wherever he can get you. It's like he's chopping down a tree. He will spend most of the match trying to get you beat up enough that he can hit you with the Crown Kick (a hard roundhouse kick) to finally knock you for ten. Or three.
Suplexes: Jack's size and strength means he is able to suplex most opponents and throw them around the ring once he's caught them.
Rebound Moves: DJS' moveset is deliberately quite reactionary, so that when an opponent throws themselves at him, he can easily dodge a move or turn it into something else. You come running off the rope? He'll knock you down with a forearm smash. You come jumping off the top turnbuckle? He'll catch you with a European uppercut. Stood on the apron? He's gonna try everything he can to knock you off in the worst way he can.
Weaknesses
Recklessness: Jack possesses an insatiable desire to win any match he can get booked in, and he'll try anything he can to do it. In a recent match, in order to try and knock someone down on the outside that he felt he needed to beat, he attempted a suicide dive (not a move he ever really does) and longdarted himself into the barricade, narrowly missing a concussion. He'll try anything at all, and he's as much a danger to himself as he is his opponent in that regard.
Temper: If Jack's not winning or not getting close to a win, he- for lack of a better phrase- regresses to the state of a stroppy two year old. This leads to him losing focus and not paying attention to his surroundings, because he's probably having a go at the referee because he's there or whoever is in his way in a swear-filled tirade.
Pride: Probably the worst of the bunch. Jack honestly, completely believes he is the best in the world. He won't be told otherwise and thinks he needs to keep on proving it to as many people as possible. This means he is prone to accepting challenges when he's out of his depth and knee jerk reactions. This has led him to some really, really bad decisions in his career that have caused irreparable damage to himself or those around him. In a match situation, it means if he's being out-performed, he'll do what he can to try and try and one-up them, even if he physically can't do it.

CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
On the final day of his run in XWA, people cheered as Diamond Jack Sabbath was forcefully removed from the premises after giving his blood, sweat and tears to the promotion for years and becoming its longest tenured star. There are very few moments that illustrate the level of hatred felt for the nightmarish legacy that Sabbath had left there and continues to leave in every company he graces.
Born Jack Martin-Sabbath in Salford and living a rough childhood that led him into gang activity in his teenage years, Jack became fascinated with professional wrestling and found a real passion for it, enough to want to do it himself. Training with Skip Sanders, he would spend ten years on the British independent circuit before coming to the United States in 2009, and thus Diamond Jack Sabbath was born.
But simply wrestling was never enough for him. He wanted more.
Waging war in XWA, IYH and anywhere he could sink his claws into, wrestling engulfed Jack entirely, his quest for power and obsession with becoming the best driving away friends and destroying relationships alike.
Having adopted his role as the bad guy with open arms, Diamond Jack Sabbath’s mere presence brings total chaos and mass destruction wherever it goes, and these days? That’s just how he likes it.
