MATCH ONE: SINGLES MATCH
Alicia Lukas vs. Larclan
The two competitors square up in the middle of the ring. They lock up with Larclan coming out on top, forcing Lukas to the mat with a side headlock takedown. Alicia was quick to break free of Larclan's grip and stand back up, only to meet Larclan's outstretch foot with a big boot. On the mat, Alicia held her face and rolls to his side. Larclan dropped to his knees, forcing Lukas to her back as he goes for a pin but Alicia kicks out after two.
Larclan quickly gets back on the attack, scoring a harsh kick to Alicia's back as she tries to stand. He pulls Lukas to her feet and nails her with a couple of punches, forcing her into the corner. Taking a few steps back, Larclan smashes Alicia with a clothesline into the corner. Larclan then taunts the crowd and they boo him. He charges again, but Lukas dodges out of the way. Larclan collides into the turnbuckle and drops to one knee, holding his chest from the impact. Lukas meanwhile stands at the ropes, taking a second to catch her breath.
Larclan gets back up but Alicia catches him with a pair of hard right hands. A third sent Larclan up against the ropes. Alicia charges in, scoring a clothesline that sends both competitors to the outside of the ring. Alicia gets back to her feet first, pausing to gather herself as Larclan crawls toward the ring steps. Alicia motions towards Larclan, grabbing the back of Larclan's head and forced him chest first into the barricade around the ring. Alicia then pushes Larclan back into the ring. She gets in as well and when Larclan gets up, Lukas picks him up onto her shoulders before dropping him with The Georgia Drop (Go To Sleep). Alicia pins Larclan and gets the three count.
WINNER: Alicia Lukas @ 8:45
Alicia walks over grabbing a mic as Wild Eyes fades out. She shakes her head and laughs.
Alicia Lukas: You know there's a saying by a character from TV and movies that I love and adore. I do love it when a plan comes together. See Liberty Pro while I haven't had my full focus here I have been enjoying myself, testing myself. It's why I went about calling out Jacob Daniels. Why I talked about wanting to face him, why I told him I was afraid of him. But after being in the ring with him three times...one of which where he was supposed to be my partner...there's nothing to fear there...he's blood, he's bone...he's human...
She lowers the mic and paces back and forth.
Alicia Lukas: But there is a group of people and one person in particular who from day one of Liberty Pro have managed to get under my skin. Becky Balfour...our esteemed Liberty Pro Wrestling champion. A woman who despite her obvious talent, taints herself by whining, complaining and pulling two men along on a leash. Now I don't know much about Warren Corbett and the "man" he was before and from what I've seen, I'm using that term very very loosely..
The crowd oo's as Alicia paces back and forth.
Alicia Lukas: But look at Seth Lawless. Now later tonight Seth a man who was once a real force in this business, a man who looked like a destroyer is going to step in the ring with Becky...and watch as he gets his nuts cut off....but all is not lost, see I finally got it, I finally understood how it works in LPW. See when I got here I saw it kind of like prison, and I wanted to go and pick on the biggest baddest dog in the yard and that was Jacob Daniels....see I have given it all in the ring every goddamn week win or lose and lets be honest here, due to battle royals, tag matches and the tough competition I have done some losing. But I have done it by myself...I stand alone!...I stand proud and Becky?...Becky stands behind her two big bad...neautered pets....
The society....more like the S&M show....but I still laid my trap, I told them I was going to leave LPW because if not I might snap and murder that stupid, vapid, whiny little bitch in the back. Of course Becky jumped on it, wishing I would go, because she knows...knows that someone like me will drag her ass out to this ring and dump her on her head over and over again....but then her ego came into play and after offering me a shot then quickly changing her mind once she realised her mistake....well..too late...I beat Laclan and now, next Liberation...she has to put her belt on the line....
And Becky...Alicia...is gonna kill you....
She drops the mic as Wild eyes hits again and she slides from the ring.
PRE-RECORDED SEGMENT
*Cinematic moving shots of the inside of Vítor Mata large home. These shot continue until one moves into the mancave of Vítor Mata, where he sits at his bar with the ball of his elbow resting on the bar's surface next to a wonderful adorned glass bottle of cognac. His arm is pointing up and he has a glass with the cognac in it. Vítor rolls his wrist causing the alcohol to do the same.*
What an eventful two weeks.
*Vítor laughs and puts the glass down, so he can turn and look at the camera.*
First I make a mistake leading to a loss, something I take full responsibility for. Then it takes a literal army of the brainwashed follower to stop me.
*Vítor laughs again, almost falling off the bat stool. He repositions himself on the seat, runs his hand through his hair, and puts his hands to his side*
Many of you at home are thinking Why is Victor laughing? Well unintelligent New Yorker and other Americans how can I be mad when I'm right? I'm right. The Society are paper champions. I don't care if Becky beat me or beat the other two. Her whole championship reign, if you could even call it that, has been based on luck and having help. Now perhaps the least talented one of the anti-talented bunch, has a championship which he needed an army to get. I'm not mad, how can I be? When two of the champion on the show fear me so much that they feel that they need to make sure that they take me out.
*Vítor smiles with that Shit-Eating Grin of his*
That's a fantastic feeling knowing that I have The Society quivering. Not Isabella Strickland, not Ashleigh Powell. Me! They can brag about how they've beaten me, I don't care. Those wins will always have asterisks next to them.
*Vítor takes a drink from his cognac, and his tone grows very very confident more than he was when talking about The Society just now, as he begins to talk about his opponent for this week*
Joey Barber. A typical loud mouth American otherwise known as Vítor Matas bounce back victory. Nothing more. Before I found out he was my opponent this week I didn't even know who he was. In fact I thought this was his debut here, it turns out he has been for a few weeks. He done nothing of note of course, and this match against me is probably the most important thing he'll ever do. That's all I truly have to say about him. I'm going to win, the end. See you tonight.
*The camera fades to black and a phrase in white appears on the screen Vitória para mim, Vitória por Portugal. and the video ends.*
MATCH TWO: SINGLES MATCH
Joey Barber vs. Vitor Mata
The match began with a test of strength between the two men, which Joey came up short on. Vitor drove Barber down to the mat with a side headlock. Kicking out, Joey moved to his feet, where Vitor met him with several right hands. Vitor pulled his arm back before going for a hard hook but Joey ducked it and then countered with a swinging neckbreaker. Joey picked vitor up and he hooked the arm and hoisted him up and over with a suplex. Joey looked for an early pin, but only managed a one count. As Barber stood, Mata rolled him up quickly, but also only managed a one.
The two competitors stood at the same time, each charging and they took each other out with hard clotheslines. The two took a moment to get to their feet but it was Vitor who eventually started to take control of the match, hitting Joey with a superkick that followed up with a German Suplex. Mata stalked Barber, waiting for him to stand. But with a sudden burst of energy, Joey took Vitor off guard, blasting her with Saito suplex.
Joey stepped back in the corner, looking to get ready to hit his patented Boston Boot. Mata got to his feet and Joey charged and went for the big boot but Vitor ducked and caught Joey on the rebound with the Pantera Negra (Rainmaker clothesline but with an elbow connecting with the face). Barber falls to the ground and Vitor pins him and picks up the win.
WINNER: Vitor Mata @ 6:34
The referee goes to raise Vitors hand but Vitor pulls it away before glaring at the referee. He then celebrates on his own before kicking Joey Barber one last time for good measure.
BACKSTAGE
Wren Sweet is pacing up and down in her locker room, missing is her usual tag partner, Cami McGatha as tonight she has instead been tasked as teaming with Colt Brady, half of The Brady Bros. She drops down onto the bench and runs her hands through her long, wavy hair with a sigh. Her toes bounce on the floor as shes clearly on edge, her legs shaking as she tries to prep and focus for her match. A slightly knock is heard on the door as Colt Brady steps in with one hand covering his eyes and the other holding one of the Liberty Tag Team Championships.
Colt Brady: Are you decent in here Wren? Well as decent as you can get anyway...
She picks up her wrestling boot and throws it at him with a hmph! sound, folding her arms over her chest.
Wren Sweet: Fuck off Colt.
He walks into the room and fanes hurt feelings.
Colt Brady: Is that anyway to treat your Tag Team partner for the night? If we are going to be champions together You need to start to get along with me.
She jumps off the bench and stabs her finger into his chest with a slight growl shaking her head angrily.
Wren Sweet: WE are not going to be anything, that championship belongs to your girlfriend Youre merely keeping it warm for her.
Colt lets out a small laugh.
Colt Brady: Why Wren, you almost come off as not wanting to team with me. Should I just not go to the ring and see what happens to your run as champion?
He arches his brows at her.
Colt Brady: Because heres the thing I think you need me in this match to keep these titles. Despite that other team being trash bag wrestles in snapbacks? Two on one they have a chance to take these tag belts. So how about until this whole title thing is figured out We play nice?
She shakes her head again and shoves him back a half step, slapping her hand on the faceplate of the championship slung over his shoulder.
Wren Sweet: You need me as much as I need you tonight, but thats where this ends. You claim to love Cami, but I can clearly see different, and no, I dont care that she told you to keep it that she thinks you earned it.
She stamps her foot with an aggravated sound.
Wren Sweet: Because you didnt and she belongs out there with me, not you.
Colt leans in close to Wren.
Colt Brady: Then why have you constantly said you can do this without her? If she belongs out there with you? Why do you constantly make her feel like she doesnt?
Wren Sweet: If its a choice of her, or you, then she deserves it. But she will never, ever be on my level and she knows it. Why do you think she handed you that belt? Shes scared and I dont have the patience to hold her hand every fucking week.
Wren spins on her heel and walks towards the door, pulling it open.
Wren Sweet: Now. If you dont mind, I need to get ready for our match.
Colt Brady: Awwww! You called it OUR match!
Colt pretends to wipe a tear from his eyes. She rolls her eyes at him and taps on the door.
Wren Sweet: Shut Up and get out.
MATCH THREE: TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Avery Smith & Emily Jackson vs. Colt Brady & Wren Sweet
Wren and Avery started off the match, with Wren getting in the face of Avery and mouthing off, clearly baiting her and opening up her arms inviting her to take the first shot, refusing to be baited Avery simply laughed at Sweet, who then advanced on her, only to find herself laid on her back with a leg sweep. Wren flipped back to her feet and the pair locked up, Wren getting the upper hand and twisting a wrist lock up into an atm bar between Smiths shoulder blades. Avery broke the hold with an elbow to the nose of Wren, sending her a few steps back where Colt made a blind tag on Wren.
Hopping the ropes he landed an open handed chop across the chest if Avery, bouncing her off the ropes where she ducked a clothesline and tagged in Emily. Jackson came in fresh and ready to go, locking up with the larger Brady and finding herself pushed off onto her back feet and taken down with a short spear. Colt was quick to his feet and pulled Emily up into a clean release suplex, as Colt backed up, Wren tagged herself back into the match. This had Colt turn and start to argue with Wren, the pair going back and forth with her still on the apron.
Emily took her moment and Colt crashed into Wren, sending her off the apron and to the outside with an elbow to the back of his head at the hands of Jackson. Colt turned and caught her with a quick knee to the abdomen, Emily fought back, seemingly forgetting or just unaware that he was not the legal man. Wren slid back into the ring behind Emily and twisted her into an unprettier, lifting the leg for a three count that was broken up by Smith.
Wren and Emily both got back to their feet and Emily was quick to be on the offensive now, a series of hard shots followed up by a butterfly suplex left Wren to be tossed into the corner where Emily used the bottom ropes for leverage and drove her elbow into Wrens neck, taking her down with a bulldog where Wren then kicked out at two.
Wren was able to make a tag to Colt who drove his knee into Emilys abdomen again, this time keeping hold of her to assault her ribs with his knee, several hard connects leaving her wounded and in pain as she fell back to the mat. Colt pulled her up and whipped her off the ropes into a kick to the face, as Emily landed, she did so just close enough to the corner to get a tag in on Avery who was practically jumping up and down at the corner waiting for it.
Emily and Colt immediately locked up and once again his size won out, but Avery turned him around and with a body scissors all but dragged him to the mat, she grapevined her legs around his body and locked in a sleeper hold, Colt started to look affected but Wren was quick to jump in and stamp on Averys head, breaking the hold, she then stomped on Smith a few more times before Emily came in and with a spear, took herself and Wren to the outside through the middle ropes.
With Avery still reeling from the attack, Colt was back to his feet and shook of the haze, setting Avery up with a few combo shots and a body slam, he then nailed her with The Colt 45. With Emily still battling Wren on the outside, there was no one to break up the pin and Colt hooked the leg for the three count on Avery.
WINNERS: Wren Sweet & Colt Brady @ 20:45
Colt was handed both of the Tag Team Championships by the referee before Wren slid in the ring and glared at him. Colt chuckled before throwing one at Wren and she caught it. Wren held her belt in the air as Colt did the same.
BACKSTAGE
As the camera perks up to see the first glimpse of Cass Baumer after the Baumer Invitational run by the now named CWC brand Vengeance Pro Wrestling, the official Liberty Pro interviewer holds the microphone with her left hand as the other sits firmly in a small blue cast after suffering a broken wrist. She doesnt seem to let it bother her and instead looks into the camera to introduce herself.
Cass Baumer: Im Cass Baumer and tonight Ive got the recently signed Helena Noir on my left and if you thought I was gonna ask easy questions First of all, have you been living under a rock?! And second of all, nah. Thats not why I was hired.
Cass gestured towards Helena with a smirk as the crowd happily cheered.
Cass Baumer: So for those of us who never heard of you You wanna take this time to tell us a little bit about yourself? You talked a lot about the reasons why you werent wrestling for 7 months but you kept avoiding the elephant in the room. So before anyone else on the roster asks the obvious question, Ill be the first to phrase it just like they would Who are you?
Helena Noir: Well, if you have to ask that question, you probably really lived under a rock
Cass Baumer: Humor me. For the people watching at home.
Helena Noir: Ive been wrestling for almost four years now, even though I only made it to the big stage last year, when I signed with GOL! and Victory Wrestling, where I became the first Heritage Champion. Then the company closed, and I decided to step away from competition. I even considered retiring permanently Well, I guess things change.
Cass nodded politely.
Cass Baumer: So I take it that changed when you saw the talent filling up Liberty Pro recently, huh? Or maybe you were just THAT pissed about #TheSociety running things?
Helena Noir: You see, during my time as a free agent, my phone has always been ringing. Promoters of all kinds, from the shady ones to owners of companies from all over the world kept calling me, asking if I was interested in working a few dates, or a full time contract. Mister Callaghans call arrived at the right time, and I really couldnt turn it down. New York based, and some of the best among its ranks.. If theres something I cant ignore is a challenge.
Cass Baumer: And Im sure the fact that youd be sharing an arena with me every couple weeks was the deciding factor.
As Helena didnt respond, Cass made a seamless transition to the next question.
Cass Baumer: Nevertheless Youve made your intentions known. You want to go straight to the top. With all due respect, though So does everyone else. So what makes you better than all the rest?
Helena smiled, pulling her hair back.
Helena Noir: I would be surprised if anyone wouldnt want to reach the top actually You asked what makes me better than everyone else? I dont know, I guess time will tell. See, Cass, I dont play humble, I know what I can do inside a ring and I know there are only a few here who can be considered at my level. Last week in Boston, I was just being honest with myself and all the fans watching, telling everyone what will inevitably happen. I didnt ask for a title shot, I didnt demand to be gifted with a main event spot. And you can be damn sure I dont need a couple of lackeys to reach it. So if anyone felt disrespected by my words, or has any problems with what I said, I invite them to step up and try me.
Cass looked into the camera and smirked, giving everyone watching a goofy look.
Cass Baumer: And I thought I had an ego.
Glancing back at Helena, the official interviewer went back to being serious.
Cass Baumer: I look forward to seeing your career here in Liberty Pro, Helena. Best of luck out there, alright?
Helena Noir: I believe that we make our own luck, but I appreciate the thought nonetheless. You are actually the first interviewer I dont feel like punching in the face And, for what is worth, what you did last week, the Baumer Invitational That was crazy, but I admire your guts. Get well soon, Cass.
Cass smiled.
Cass Baumer: Someone who doesnt want to punch me in the face is rare but Ill take it! Anyway, I shouldnt take too much of your time, Helena. Ill let you go.
With that, the injured interviewer nodded to the camera, letting everyone know it was fine to transition to something else.
MATCH FOUR: TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Jakob Alexander vs Isla Carter vs Helena Noir
The triple threat match began with Helena Noir and Isla Carter staring each other down when suddenly, Helena turns and drops Jakob Alexander with a superkick and it knocks him out of the ring and under the ropes, leaving Carter and Helena in the ring by themselves. Carter is able to grab the arm of Noir and then whip her to the ropes. Noir bounced off the ropes and when she returned to Carter, she was tossed across the ring with a monkey flip. Carter excitedly hurried over and went for a pin but she was pulled to the outside of the ring, leg first, by Jakob Alexander. Once on the floor, Alexander hit a spinebuster which left Isla writhing in pain. What Jakob didnt see was Helena scaling to the top rope.
As Alexander turned towards the ring, he was met with a front flip from the top rope to the outside by Noir, who hit her target, leaving all three competitors down on the floor. Surprisingly, Alexander was the first to his feet. He chose Carter to target, lifting her up by her hair. As she reached her feet, he shoved her back first into the barricade. Jakob didnt notice Helena get to her feet and she nailed him with an enziguri. Helena picked Isla up and tossed her into the ring. Helena slid in and waited for Carter to get up. When she does, Helena hits her with Fondu Au Noir (Cradle DDT into a Guillotine Choke). A few moments pass and Isla taps out right as Alexander slides into the ring and hes too late to break the hold.
WINNER: Helena Noir @ 7:23
SAMUEL GRIFFIN: What a match this was. And what an impact Helena just made on her debut here in Liberty Pro!
The cheers of the sold out crowd filling the arena are so loud that they are covering the voice of the announcer blasting through the loudspeakers and declaring Helena Noir as the winner of this bout. The Swedish wrestler asks for a microphone, taking her sweet time to enjoy the fans chanting her name before bringing it to her lips. A sudden "Queen Of Pain" chant prevents her from talking, forcing her to wait some more until the fans quiet down.
HELENA NOIR: I really appreciate the support guys but... The Queen is dead. You know, part of me always found that nickname silly, but some things are hard to get rid of. Liberty Pro is a new beginning for me, a second chance, a new dawn. And it seems the perfect opportunity to leave my past behind, starting with a moniker I never really wanted, I never really needed. Unlike someone, I don't need to pretend to be something I'm not.
She looks straight into the camera. It's clear enough she's throwing shade; the subject her words are directed to it's an easy guess.
HELENA NOIR: But I promised to myself I wouldnt talk about Becky, out of respect of the rightful contender, whoever will it be after tonights main event.
Helena takes a brief pause, hiding a slight smile with her hand.
HELENA NOIR: Respect works in a funny way. Everyone feels entitled to demand it, but none is actually ready to show some. Wait Is it just me or this sounds a lot like someone we all know? Anyway, in my book, whoever demands respect doesnt really deserve it. You want people to treat you with the consideration you feel they owe you? This is what you do!
Without turning, she points her finger behind her back, right to the middle of the ring where she just defeated Jacob Alexander and Isla Carter.
HELENA NOIR: This is where we make a name for ourselves. This is where you earn the respect of your peers and the admiration of these fans, not on social media, not in front of a camera. If you cant back it up in here, or constantly need help to, then you aint worth shit.
Melissa Reeves, Zeke Reed, Isabella Strickland Good luck out there tonight and may the best wrestler win. When my time will come, I rather defeat someone deserving to hold the Liberty Championship.
With that said, she drops the microphone on the now empty ring. Noir by Shandon plays once again inside the Madison Square Garden, accompanying Helena on her way backstage.
RINGSIDE
Izzi Grimes is shown standing backstage, behind her is a Liberty banner, dressed in a pair of little shorts and a Brady Bros shirt. Her hair pulled up into a high ponytail; a huge smile on her face as she looks to the camera with slightly widened eyes.
Izzi Grimes: Umm Am I early?
Just then Finn Brady walks up in a tuxedo shirt and powdered blue blazer. He has an obviously fake mustache and glasses on his face as well as a name tag that reads: Binn Frady. He then takes out a hairbrush and holds it to his mouth.
Binn Frady: Hello Liberty fans, I am Binn Frady.
He points to the name tag on the blazer and smiles big.
Binn Frady: I am here with the latest signing to Liberty, Izzi Grimes!
Izzi giggles and leans up on her tiptoes trying to look into the eyes of her mysterious interviewer. She tilts her head and hmmm a little before waving to the camera.
Izzi Grimes: Hiiiiiiiiiiii!
Binn Frady holds up the hairbrush again.
Binn Frady: Im here to ask you the tough questions, Miss Grimes! Like what do you want for your next birthday? Whats your favorite kind of puppy and how cute is Finn Brady?
He then extends the hairbrush to Izzi.
She pauses and taps her finger to her chin clearly taking the questions very seriously.
Izzi Grimes: Ummm A scooter! A Pomeranian annnnnd absolutely the most cutest of cute!
She grins with a nod after rattling off her answers. He nods his head to each response.
Binn Frady: What are your plans now that you are officially on the Liberty roster? Also, how kissable is Finns lips?
She blushes and starts to stutter and little before she turns and punches him in the arm with a smile.
Izzi Grimes: FINNEGAN! You cant ask me that in front of all these people!
She makes a shocked face at him and then shakes her head pretending to be very disappointed, but still blushing behind it. His eyes grow wide.
Binn Frady: Miss Grimes, can we please keep this in character?
His fake mustache then starts to fall off as he quickly scrambles to put it back on.
Binn Frady: Umm So, you seem to like talking about this Finn Brady guy, on a scale of amazing to super duper amazing How good of a boyfriend is he?
Izzi stamps her feet and pouts, folding her arms over her chest.
Izzi Grimes: But Finnnnnnnnn Im supposed to be talking about how kick butt Im gonna be!
She looks up at him with puppy dog eyes and bats her eyelashes, but still whispers to him.
Izzi Grimes: The total and absolute most bestest amazing boyfriend!
Binn Frady smiles big.
Binn Frady: Who would you like to be your first opponent here in Liberty?
Izzi smiles and shrugs her shoulders, turning back to the camera.
Izzi Grimes: Umm, I dont mind at all! Whoever the big bosses think would be a good match I guess, the talent level here is pretty high too, so long as its not someone who doesnt even really care about wrestling, Ill be super happy!
Binn Frady: One last question for you Who loves who more? You or Finn?
She blushes again and bites at her bottom lip, shaking her head as she throws her hands up in the air.
Izzi Grimes: I dont know! Its too close to call!
Suddenly, Binn Frady takes off his mustache and glasses to show that hes Finn Brady.
Finn Brady: Aww I think its too close to call too!
He leans down and kisses her lips softly.
Finn Brady: Oh wait!
He takes the name tag off of his blazer.
Finn Brady: I didnt know if you knew it was me or not
She giggles and kisses him back, nodding her head.
Izzi Grimes: Thank goodness you took the name badge off!
Finn Brady: Right? It really sold the disguise!
They then start laugh as they walk off camera.
MATCH FIVE: SINGLES MATCH
Dick Lightning vs Romeo Black
Before the match could even begin, Romeo Black was attacked from behind by Dick Lightning, who drove a steel chair into Romeos back. Dick hit Romeo with the chair over and over again until it was literally bent in half. The fans bood loudly as the more serious Dick Lightning yelled at them, telling them to shut up before dropping the chair over Romeos chest, who was now lying there in excruciating pain. Dick kicked Romeo for good measure before shaking his head and walking away backstage. The medical staff soon came out from the back to check on Romeo Black.
WINNER: No Contest
BACKSTAGE
As the scene fades backstage the reigning Undisputed North Atlantic Champion Felix Vialpando is seen strolling down the hall in a confident walk with a smile etched on his face. Felix was feeling pretty good about himself this weekend. After defeating Ivy Warner last weekend, defending his championship belt last night, a chance to defeat the reigning Gotham Champion and a chance to win HKW's Golden Opportunity Rumble tomorrow night. Yeah, it seemed like Felix was on cloud nine so far his weekend.
Felix was then stopped by Cass Baumer. Her presensced totatlly soured Felix's mood and he groans in disgust. He asks what the hell she wanted which Cass explains she just wanted to ask him a few questions. Felix said he didn't have anything to talk to her about. Besides, doesn't she have some lies to spew around instead of trying to actually do her job?
Cass almost went off on him after that but she calmed herself down and said all she wanted to do was ask about last weeks show as well tonight's upcoming match. If he were to win there was a chance he could be in line for a championship opportunity here in Liberty Pro...That hopefully result in how it did in Empire Pro where he vacated the Canadian Championship. Felix rolled his eyes and said he isn't worried about that. He has a goal to achieve tonight and that was to make a damn statement.
Cass tried to joke about what that statement could possibly be but Felix wasn't in a joking mood. He said he already proved he was where he needed to be when it comes to Liberty Pro. Ivy learned that lesson already and soon, somebody else will. Cass assumes he means the Gotham Champion Ashleigh Powell and that he was gunning for her championship.
Felix stares at he for a moment and then shakes his head. He groans and brushes pass her.
The scene opens to the back where Tim Anderson is standing by with The Beast, Jacob Daniels. Jacob is in his street clothes as he towers over Anderson.
Tim Anderson: Thank you for this time, Jacob. Tell me what your plans are for tonight since you dont have a match?
Daniels lets out a faint chuckle.
Jacob Daniels: Yeah, I guess the boss figured my destruction of Alicia Lucas earned me the night off but Im going to get a bit closer to the action.
Tim Anderson: What does that mean, Jacob?
Jacob Daniels: I think I made my intentions known last week when I said my eyes are on Ashleigh Powell and the Gotham Championship. So tonight Im going to have a ringside seat for her match against Felix Vialpando.
Tim Anderson: And it would be to just watch the action and thats all, right?
Daniels lets out a small chuckle and pats Tim on the back.
Jacob Daniels: Of course, Tim Im a consummate professional.
Daniels winks at Anderson before walking off.
MATCH SIX: SINGLES MATCH
Ashleigh Powell vs Felix Vialpando
Jacob Daniels is sitting ringside with the ring announcers and Ashleigh pays no mind to the big man as her focus is on Felix in the ring. The bell rings and the match starts with Felix dropping Ashleigh with a hard clothesline. Felix goes for a second clothesline but Powell dodges it with a matrix-like maneuver. Felix is quick back on Ash as she leaned back up and it drives his knee into her gut before dropping her with a swinging neckbreaker. Felix pins but Ashleigh kicks out after two. Felix goes to pick Ashleigh up but she counters and rolls him up.going for a pin but Felix refuses to stay down and the two got into a back and forth battle, trying to outdo the other until Felix dodges a superkick from Ashleigh and drops her with a backstabber.
Felix gets up and stalks Ashleigh, waiting for her to get up to her feet. Felix decides to climb the top rope, looking to go for something big. Ashleigh stirs and Felix leaps off of the turnbuckle but Ashleigh saw it coming a mile away and she drops Felix with shotgun dropkick. Ashleigh goes for the cover but Felix manages to kick out at two. Ashleigh picks Vialpando up and whips him to the ropes but he counters and whips Ashleigh instead. She bounces off of them and Felix drives his foot into her gut before dropping her with a DDT. He pins but only gets a two count.
Felix picks Ashleigh up and lifts her for a suplex but she counters and lands behind his back. Felix turns and Ashleigh drops him with a leaping side kick. Felix is out of it as Ashleigh steps back into the corner. Felix gets up to her feet and Ashleigh charges, nailing Felix with a brutal flying knee strike. Before Ashleigh could go for a cover, Jacob Daniels stands up on the apron. Ashleigh sees him and drops him with a dropkick. This gives Felix the chance to roll Powell up and get her with a schoolboy pin, picking up the three count and giving him the win.
WINNER: Felix Vialpando @ 9:23
Felix celebrates with a grin on his face before Ashleigh gets in his face and the two argue. Felix gets frustrated and he shoves Ashleigh and she turns and is met by a big boot from Jacob Daniels, who was now in the ring. Felix laughs and exits the ring as Jacob stands over Ashleigh and raises his hands over her.

The familiar pink bubble style text of 'A Day In The Life Of: Scarlett Highland' flashed across the screen as it then cut to Scarlett standing in front of a white background.
Scarlett Highland: What's up everyone? It's your favorite A-List reality star, Scarlett Highland bringing you yet another edition of A Day In The Life Of: Scarlett Highland.
Scarlett Highland: I'm sure you're wondering what this episode could be about. Well, I'll admit, it isn't my favorite topic, but it felt relevant this week. So today, I will show you how to escape a cage match with your beauty in-tact, just like Scarlett Highland!
A wink from Scarlett cut to a shot of her in a steel cage in an empty arena. Her voice was narrating the previously recorded video.
Scarlett Highland: There are numerous ways to win a cage match, but I'm going to show you two of them. The third is far too dangerous for me to even attempt. The first way, is escaping through the cage.
The video of Scarlett in the ring shows her standing up and walking towards the door slowly.
Scarlett Highland: After knocking your opponent out, walk towards the door. The referee will be in awe of your beauty if you're Scarlett Highland, but fortunately for you guys, none of you are as pretty as me so the distraction time will be minimal!
Scarlett reaches the cage door and steps through the ropes and stands on the top ring step. She flips her hair before stepping down the steps as a makeshift bell is heard in the video.
Scarlett Highland: If you escaped through the cage door, congratulations! You won, just like Scarlett Highland! Now the next way to win a little more traditional.
The video cuts to Scarlett looking down at a dummy wearing a t-shirt with #TheSociety across the chest.
Scarlett Highland: This time, after knocking your opponent down. Make sure he's completely out of it. In my case, it's Warren Corbett, I think that's his name. He's one of the Society people. Anywho, yasss....knock them down, and then lay on top of them and pin them. Caution: Sweaty opponents smell. Apply the least amount of pressure possible to avoid contamination via smelly sweat.
Scarlett then lays down on the dummy and counts to a three count as the bell sounds again.
Scarlett Highland: If you pinned your opponent for a three count, just how I will pin Warren and win the Anarchy championship, CONGRATS! You're totally a winner just like Scarlett Highland!
The video cut one more time with Scarlett standing in the ring, looking up at the cage with a pouty expression.
Scarlett Highland: The final way to achieve victory in a cage match is by climbing up the cage and then down on the opposite side, dropping off the cage and allowing both feet to hit the floor. I'm not a fan of heights, so I will NOT be performing a demonstration for you, but hey, I think you guys are at least semi-smart, you can figure it out!
The video cut back to Scarlett standing in front of the white background.
Scarlett Highland: And that is how you win a cage match JUST like me, Scarlett Highland. Results may vary. If you're ugly, fat, out of shape, or unmotivated, you may get a different outcome, but don't worry, not EVERYONE can be like me. Oh and Warren Corbett, good luck tonight. You're gonna need it, because luck is for losers!
Scarlett laughed at her own joke as the 'A Day In The Life Of: Scarlett Highland' logo flashed across the screen again.
EARLIER TODAY
Warren Corbett: Despite being an integral member in Liberty Pro, despite being your NEW Anarchy Champion...Im still treated as a rat in a cage.
As we open, Warren Corbett is in fact, inside some sort of cage. Much smaller than the cage hell be inside later tonight. He holds onto the bars in front of him, his Anarchy Championship glimmering on his shoulder without being held.
Warren Corbett: Becky made the comparison weeks ago, when SHE was forced into a cage by the Liberty Pro management, against Vitor Mata. Now, Im being forced into a cage as well, with the woman Vitor agreed to take on as his protege. Somewhat fitting. On the other hand, is this how well always be treated? #TheSociety are freaks, #TheSociety are animals, throw them in cages. In the first Liberty Pro cage match, it was #TheSociety with the last laugh, and Im guessing this time wont be any different.
He shook his head, before forcefully shaking the bars in front of him.
Warren Corbett: This is somebodys idea of a cruel joke. Becky and Seth facing off against each other, and my first title defense - against the only other person in Liberty I can actually stand. Funny. I may respect you Scarlett, you may be ten times above Vitor, and the rest of Liberty, but at the end of the day this IS a match...and it IS for MY title.
Warren walked to the side of the cage, pushing against the door and walking out. He took the belt off his shoulder, now standing directly in front of the camera, he held the belt up.
Warren Corbett: I worked hard to get this belt around my waist. I almost beat Carina the first time, I sealed the deal the second and made sure Vitor didnt get in my way. Liberty may think theyre funny by stacking the deck against me, wondering what #TheSociety is going to do. However, weve proven since day one that were here to play the game, at all costs, were here to spread our message. What a larger stage I have as Anarchy Champion. Im sorry Scarlett, but Im not giving it up. Not even for you.
Warren shrugged, slugging the strap back onto his shoulder. The camera zoomed in on him, showing only the top of his chest, the belt, and his face.
Warren Corbett: Every week we represent YOU. We represent the ones left behind, the ones forgotten, and above that, we represent Liberty Pro. I hold your Anarchy Championship, Seth should have the Gotham title, and Becky has been your Liberty Pro Champion this entire time. I think its about time CWC start paying attention to New York. Look at the work weve put in, look at the people that stand behind us, and know that we DESERVE recognition. There isnt another trio in the CWC that deserves a shot at those Trios belts, more than us. Tonight, I may be working alone, Seth and Becky may be going against each other, but Liberty will not tear us down. CWC will not tear us down
He leaned in, getting even closer. Now the shot was just his face, and the belt.
Warren Corbett: For anyone who has ever felt like the world is trying its best to take you down...tonight is for you. From, #TheSociety.
The camera zooms in on the Anarchy Championship, before fading.
MATCH SEVEN: CAGE MATCH FOR THE ANARCHY CHAMPIONSHIP
Scarlett Highland vs Warren Corbett
The bell rang as Scarlett and Warren stood across from each other in the ring. Warren began to chase after Scarlett and she started to run away. He continued to give chase until Scarlett turned and took Warren down with a leaping side kick. She pinned him, trying to go for a quick win but Corbett kicked out after two. Scarlett then got up and quickly tried to climb the cage but as she got halfway up, Warren leaped up onto the ropes and then grabbed Scarlett from behind before nailing her with a backdrop off of the middle of the cage. Corbett pinned Scarlett and she kicked out right before the three count.
Corbett began to angrily stomp at Scarlett, screaming at her to not fuck with The Society and that she needs to stay down like the dog she is. He then bends down and slaps her in the face a few times but this gives Highland the chance to roll Warren up. She gets a two count before Warren kicks out. Both competitors get to their feet and a re-energized Scarlett drops Warren with a spinning heel kick. When Warren gets to his knees, Scarlett drops him with a hurricanrana driver. She pinned Warren but only picked up a two count as he kicked out. Scarlett climbed up the top rope and waited for Warren to get to his feet.
Once he did, Scarlett leaped off and dropped Corbett with a flying crossbody that she turned into a pin. Once again Scarlett gets a two count before Warren threw her off. Warren got back to his feet and Scarlett charged him but he took her out with a big boot. Warren then picks Scarlett up and drops her with a spinebuster. Warren tells the referee to open the cage door and he tries to exit the cage but Scarlett is back up and she leaps up onto Warrens back and puts him in a choke hold. She squeezes tight and Warren looked as if he was going to faint but he flipped Scarlett forward and off of him and she hit hard onto the canvas.
Warren stalked over Scarlett, waiting for her to get to her feet. Once she does, Warren lifts her up, going for his The Dane Axe [Spinning, High Impact Spinebuster], but once he got Scarlett high up in the air, she countered and hit Corbett with a stalling DDT. Scarlett then backed up into the corner as the fans were surprisingly on her side and cheering for her. She then charged Warren as he got to his feet and nailed him with That Will Leave A Scar. Scarlett decided to forgo the pin and climbing out of the cage as she begged the referee to open the cage. The referee did so but the cameraman nearby dropped the camera and then grabbed the cage door. Scarlett looked at him and she realized it was Seth Lawless as he took his hat off, revealing his bald head.
Seth drove the cage door into Scarletts head, knocking her out. Warren soon gathered himself and he got to his feet before lifting Scarlett up and this time he nailed her with The Dane Axe. Warren pinned Scarlett and picked up the three count, retaining the Anarchy Championship.
WINNER AND STILL ANARCHY CHAMPION: Warren Corbett @ 19:45
The cage lifted in the air as Seth Lawless got into the ring and handed Warren his Anarchy Championship. The two Society members raised their hands in the air as they stood over Scarletts lifeless body. Seth kicked her for good measure before the scene cut away.
RINGSIDE
Killswitch Engages No End in Sight rang out in the arena, drawing a cheer from the crowd. Melissa Reeves walked out onto the stage, wearing her ring gear plus a too-big t-shirt over the top. She moved down to the ring, taking time to slap hands with the fans on her way. Inside the ring she was handed a microphone, and her music died down.
Melissa: Its fair to say that last week, in Boston, didnt go to plan. Its fair to say that I was disappointed. I came close, but close isnt enough. I could easily come out here and make excuses, blame Zeke...whatever. But that isnt me.
She waved her finger and shook her head.
Melissa: So instead Im going to focus on tonight. Another triple threat, this time not for the title itself...but for the next best thing, a guaranteed shot at Becky. It goes without saying that I have come here today with every intention of winning that. Ive got respect for Zeke, but hes done little else but be in my way. And Isabella? Shes got potential, no doubt about that whatsoever, but right now? Shes not on my level.
She shrugged.
Melissa: Sure, I lost last week. But so did Zeke and so did Isabella. Difference is I wasnt pinned...they both were. I havent been pinned, or made to submit, since late July. They did just that a mere week ago.
She shook her head again.
Melissa: Sure, a loss is still a loss. Im not running from that. But honestly, when youve been doing something for as long as Ive been doing this - near ten years - you go through ups and you go through downs. The challenge isnt to avoid those downs. No, theyre inevitable. The challenge is how you respond. See, unlike our esteemed champion, Im not phased by a loss. I will take my disappointment and turn it into strength. I use every loss I ever suffer to learn and be better. I use every win I fight for to learn and be better. I never stop. I never pause. I never relent.
The crowd began to cheer again as she got into the flow of her statements.
Melissa: And after I win tonight, its a guarantee that the next time I face Becky, it will be just us. Just her, me, this ring and her title. And the truth is, oh well all know it...shes scared of that. She knows she cant measure up.
She laughed a little.
Melissa: Fact of the matter is that she knows her title reign will finish the second I get her alone. So she tries to play it smart. Look at her antics between shows. She grasps at straws. She calls me not title material when I hold a title from my other company. She accuses me of lies, right up until I slap her in the face with the evidence. She tries to dodge at every turn, but theres no dodging me, Becky. Theres no hiding.
She allowed herself a smile as she stared into the camera.
Melissa: See you real soon.
HEADLINE: SINGLES MATCH
Becky Balfour vs Seth Lawless
The bell rang to start the non-title match between Liberty Champion Becky Balfour, and her fellow member of #TheSociety and fiance, Seth Lawless. Both competitors stared at each other but neither made a move. The referee reminded them that they both must fight an honest match or else Seth wouldnt get his match with Scarlett if he wins. Seth shouted at the official to shut up and then walked closer to Becky, backing her into a corner. Balfour leaned back against the corner and Seth took a few steps back. Becky then stepped out and the two finally met in the middle of the ring, tying up. Lawless used his power to push Becky backwards. The champion bounced off the mat and held the back of her head as she slowly stood back up.
They met in the middle of the ring again and this time as Lawless went to grapple again, Becky instead hit him with a kick to the midsection. As he bent over, Becky began clubbing him in the back over and over with her arms making flesh on flesh thuds, but the attack didnt seem to stun The Lawless One, who instead shoved Becky off. This time Balfour hit the ropes and returned towards Lawless, rocking him with a spinning heel kick that sent him stumbling back into a corner. From there, the Liberty Champion charged him and hit a monkey flip out of the corner. Becky went for a pin but only picked up a one count.
Becky shook her head, still not wanting to fight her fiance, but knowing she had no choice. She moved to him while he was still on the mat. She put a boot to the top of his forehead and then turned her body, mashing her heel into his forehead. Seth kicked the mat in pain as Becky then hit a standing moonsault and went for a pin. This time she picked up a two count. Becky slowly stood up. Seth made it to a knee and two hands on the mat. Becky ran up and kicked him in the stomach as hard as she could. The champion then went for a cover but AGAIN only picked up a two count.
Becky did her best to lift her fiance up, but he was dead weight, playing into it. He managed to pull her closer and hit a back body drop that sent her into the air and then crashing to the mat. Becky stood right back up but Seth grabbed her left arm and pulled her in for a brutal short arm clothesline. He went for a pin and picked up a two count. Seth stood up and looked at the crowd shouting you didnt think we would fight huh? before shaking his head in disgust at the fans. Becky meanwhile had rose to a knee behind him. She rolled Lawless up in a school boy pin but again only managed to pick up a two count.
Seth was the first to his feet this time. He measured up an unsuspecting Becky and hit her with the Check Yo Teeth dropkick to the face that sent Becky flying under the bottom rope and to the outside of the ring. The Followers at ringside helped the champion up as she rubbed her jaw, her eyes locked on Lawless with a look of disappointment in her face. She slowly slid back into the ring and Lawless gave her room, the two of them were keeping it clean.
Lawless finally charged at Balfour, but she ducked and he crashed chest first into the corner. Becky then hooked him for a reverse ddt but screamed in his ear. As she went for the Hear Me Out reverse ddt, Seth reached up and punched her. Becky stumbled backwards. Her back hit the ropes and she then bounced off of them, right back towards Lawless who threw her up and then dropped her with Detroit is Burning (Pop Up Powerbomb). Lawless immediately covered the Liberty champion and picked up the three count, winning this non-title match.
WINNER: Seth Lawless by pinfall @ 23:08
As soon as the three count was made, he rolled off of his unconscious fiancee. The crowd was stunned that not only did the two of them fight it out, but Seth managed to pin the Liberty champion clean. Seth demanded the referee raise his hand as he stood over Becky who hadnt moved since. He turned his attention towards the Followers at ringside, and this time it was Seth who was giving the orders as he demanded them to get into the ring and help Becky up. The Followers listened and acted accordingly, sliding into the ring and hoisting Becky up, carrying her to the back as Seth walked in front of them, knowing he had his supershow rematch with Scarlett Highland secured.
RINGSIDE
As the fans settle down for the show to resume, Choke by Bowling For Soup starts to play. Wearing a clean sports jacket over a graphic t-shirt with dark jeans and sneakers, Brendan Callaghan walks out to an understandably mixed reaction and looks around the arena with a tired chuckle. Seemingly unbothered by that, he makes his way to the announcers table for a microphone, clearly favoring his left knee, before entering the ring. He patiently waits for the crowd to quiet down first then raises the mic to his lips.
Brendan Callaghan: So... Shippin Off To Boston, I uh I wrestled Nathan Callaghan, my own father, in a Boston Street Fight. Needless to say, it was intense. Brutal. And the most emotional fight Ive ever been in. And I won.
Some of the fans cheer, more so in support of Brendan standing up to Nathans violent antics. But the rest are behind the senior Callaghan as they voice their disgust with Brendan for putting him in hospital. The Liberty fans are still very much split in the middle. Brendan realises this and smirks, not out of amusement but resignation.
Brendan Callaghan: As you know, I wanted my father to admit his mistakes, his secrets and all his lies. To finally take responsibility for causing this rift in our family. Can you blame me for looking out for my siblings? Thats what older brothers do. We protect. And I did.
He lets out another tired chuckle, looking away from everyones eyes by this point and gazes down somewhere on the ring mat.
Brendan Callaghan: So because of that he cant be here tonight due to his injuries. Because of me. I hurt him, I know. It wasnt how I planned it at first. I just wanted answers. But do I have them now? Nope... So ya think I regret it? From rebelling against the one person I looked up to the most to putting him in the hospital? Do I regret everything?
He pauses as he looks up at the crowd with a full-on smirk.
Brendan Callaghan: Hell no.
Half the arena breaks into outrage at the terrible lack of remorse from Nathans eldest son.
Brendan Callaghan: From the Beantown Strike, to the South Boston Punch, to the pop-up powerbomb, and to the Beantown fuckin Plunge I regret none of it. And with the Southie Glory, my message was crystal fuckin clear.
Brendan motions for the camera to come closer as he turns his full attention to it.
Brendan Callaghan: I wish you a speedy recovery, Pops. I do sincerely hope that you get better and be back in no time. But until I get my answers, you go be there doing your own thing and Ill be over here doing mine. You dont interfere with my future matches and I dont bring in personal shit again. You can do whatever you want and Ill stay out of it. So basically, youre the boss and I just work here. Thats how you wanted, right?
He shrugs and turns away to the crowd.
Brendan Callaghan: Now, with that said, Im not gonna say that Ive got my eyes on all the titles so champs beware. Well I mean, to be fair, my own father did help Carina beat me to defend her Anarchy title earlier this month. Just saying. And then she lost it last week. Also, just saying!
Chuckling, he gives another shrug as the fans jeer in defense of the former champion.
Brendan Callaghan: Buuuuuut Im not that guy! I may not be as successful as my brothers but give me any match, any opponent, and Ill get the job done. No hesitations.
With a grin, he exits the ring and returns the mic before limping backstage.
MAIN EVENT: LIBERTY CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDER
Melissa Reeves vs Zeke Reed vs Isabella Strickland
The match began with Zeke and Melissa beginning to brawl with each other, obviously the two have some unfinished business. The two continue to fight, not giving in to each other before Isabella soon joins in and takes out Melissa with a hard big boot. Before she could take out Zeke, he dropped Isabella with a knee to the gut that was followed by a double arm DDT. Zeke stomped on both opponents, alternating his attacks between the two and maintaining control early on. An attempted cover on Isabella saw him pick up an early two count. Zeke grabbed Melissa and threw her out of the ring before he turned his attention back to Isabella. He lifted Strickland into his Shot The Devil Dead (Vertical Suplex Stunner) and dropped her down to the canvas with it. Zeke made the cover, but Melissa, who was now to her feet, broke it up just before the three.
Annoyed, Zeke stood and took his frustration out on Reeves. He forced her back up against the turnbuckle and kept her there as he beat away at her. He lifted her from the corner and turned, dropping her to the mat with a powerbomb. Melissa landed hard on her back and immediately grabbed it. She rolled onto her side, but Zeke wasn't done as he began to stomp at her back. Isabella was now to her feet and she intervened by dropping Reed with a slingblade. Isabella kicked and stomped Reed, while Mel slowly made her way to her feet. Isabella ran over and slammed into Melissa, knocking her to the canvas. Strickland turned around and Zeke took her down with his Silence is Golden (Twist of Fate). Zeke made the cover, but Strickland somehow kicked after the two count.
Zeke stood and pulled Isabella up, but Melissa now got involved, dropkicking Zeke into Isabella. Zeke came back towards Melissa and she dropped him with the Facial Deconstructor (Codebreaker). Before Melissa could go for a pin on Zeke, Isabella dropped Mellisa with Stricken (Running Corner Bicycle Knee). Isabella pinned Melissa and Melissa kicked out right before the three count and the fans began to go nuts. Isabella had a shocked look on her face before she tried to pin Zeke, who also kicked out after the two count.
Isabella got to her feet and picked Zeke up but he shoved her off of her before he dropped her with the Silence is Golden for the second time. Before Zeke could pin Isabella, he was distracted by Felix Vialpando, who just ran down the entrance way and hopped on top of the apron and began to yell at Zeke. Zeke turned and took a swing at Felix who then hopped off of the apron. Melissa dropkicked Zeke from behind, knocking him through the ropes and out of the ring. Isabella got to her feet and Melissa took her out with the Reaver Slam (Angle Slam). Melissa pinned Isabella and picked up the three count.
WINNER AND NEW LIBERTY PRO #1 CONTENDER: Melissa Reeves @ 18:23
Melissa had her hand raised by the referee while on the outside of the ring, Felix dropped Zeke with a flying knee strike before pulling out a notepad and throwing it down on Zekes chest. Felix began to trash talk Zeke before Melissa rolled out of the ring to chase Felix off and this made him retreat to the back before the show went off the air.

BACKSTAGE
