LIBERTY PRO WRESTLING PRESENTS...
LIBERATION: EPISODE TWENTY-FOUR
LIVE ON SATURDAY, MARCH 17TH, 2018 FROM THE HAMMERSTEIN BALLROOM IN MANHATTAN, NEW YORK
MATCH ONE: LOSER LEAVES TOWN MATCH
Vitor Mata vs Romeo Black
wrote:
Winner: No Contest
Finishing Move: N/A
Near Falls: N/A
Match Length: 00:00
Match Notes:
Vitor Mata and Romeo Black were both in the ring, waiting for the referee to begin the match when the lights went off. When the lights came back on, both men were lying down on the mat, blood pouring from their heads. Standing over them was none other than Voidstar. He stepped towards the camera and pointed for it to come closer. He then yelled out that this is a warning to Nathan, that he will do what he wants, when he wants and nobody can nor will be able to control them. Voidstar laughed as EMTs rushed to the ring to retrieve Romeo and Vitor. Voidstar then waited in the ring for his match, as it was the next one up.
BACKSTAGE
In the backstage, Tim Anderson tries to catch up with Melissa Reeves. He jogs down a corridor in pursuit of her and soon draws up alongside her.
Tim: Melissa?
She stops and turns, her eyes hidden behind sunglasses. The Liberty championship - the true title - rests at her side, held in one hand.
Melissa: Tim
Taking that as a cue, he dives straight into his first question.
Tim: Tonight you face Becky Balf-
The champ raises her hand and places it on his shoulder whilst shaking her head.
Melissa: Tonight I face Becky and you want my thoughts. Weve been here before, havent we? Thing is, Im getting sick of saying the same thing time and time again. For months Ive been dealing with Becky. Honestly, its all I ever do here.
She shrugs.
Melissa: Sure, Ive fought other people. Fought and defeated, at that. In fact, its only Becky who can claim to have beaten me in a one-on-one contest and even that was mostly thanks to a backstage attack earlier that night.
She pulls the hand back from his shoulder.
Melissa: So you see, tonight is nothing special. Tonight isnt a huge challenge or whatever Im supposed to say. Its just the same thing Ive been doing all along. The same thing that people STILL refuse to recognise I am DAMN good at. Becky will claim that disrespects her, but let me ask you this...do you know my singles record here in Liberty?
Tim looks a little sheepish and shakes his head.
Melissa: Then Ill tell you...thirteen wins, two draws, one loss. Let that sink in. Then remember how people like Becky or Ana want to run their mouths constantly, talk about how Im an easy mark or I cant stand up to them. Remember how Nathan wants to act like Im not the biggest star here, like I dont matter.
She scoffs.
Melissa: I DO matter, Tim. Out of everyone here, Im the best at what I do and my record quite literally shows it. I can and will defeat Becky, Ana or any other competitor Nathan might throw at me. I am the ONLY person here who has conquered two mountains at the same damn time. So what are my thoughts?
Shaking her head, she laughs a little.
Melissa: The same as always, Tim. Ill walk out there, defeat my competition and walk out as the SOLE Liberty Champion. As it should be, Tim. And then I will look forward to my next challenger.
She walks away, leaving Tim to send it on to the next segment.
MATCH TWO: FALL COUNTS ANYWHERE MATCH
Voidstar vs Carina Eventide
wrote:
Winner: Voidstar
Finishing Move: Black Abyss
Near Falls: Carina (3), Voidstar (2)
Match Length: 10:34
Match Notes:
Voidstar waited inside of the ring for Carina to show up but she was nowhere to be found. Eventually, she came through the crowd without Voidstar noticing and she had a light tube in her hand. She slid into the ring and then smashed the light tube over Voidstars back, causing glass to shatter everywhere. She pinned him and got a two count but he kicked out. Carina did whatever she could to try and keep Voidstar down but he continues to kick out, no matter what weapons she hit him with. Voidstar eventually takes offensive, hitting Carina with a hard clothesline. He stayed on top of her for a bit before Carina managed some offense of her own and then the two fought back and forth until they both ended up backstage. Carina grabbed a plate off of the catering table and slammed it over Voids head, the contents of the plate flew everywhere as the plate broke over Voidstars head but this seemed to only anger him. He eventually put Carina through the table with a powerbomb before lifting her up and nailing her with Black Abyss (package piledriver). Void pinned Carina and picked up the victory.
Post Match:
Voidstar grinned as was announced the victor. He grabbed Carina by her leg and looked to drag her away before he laughed and said she wasnt worth his time. He dropped her to the side and walked away.
BACKSTAGE
[The scene opens up backstage where Liberty Pro newcomer Elizabeth Taylor is standing dressed in action for her upcoming debut match. Lizzy flashes an excited smile at the camera before beginning to speak.]
Lizzy Taylor: Ill keep this short and sweet a bit like myself, loves. Now I dont know much about my opponent personally, but I ave watched a few of her matches to get a sense of ow she is inside of the ring. Bit like everyone else to be honest, shes won some but has lost some too. Most of her losses comes when the pressure just seemed to get a wee bit too much for her to handle. No shame in that, what doesnt kill us makes us stronger and all that shite. But she seemed like a nice girl right up until that Ana Hayden bird joined the company. Once all about respect and honor inside of the ring to then toss it all aside to be BFFs with this girl. There is nothing worse than someone who changes their entire attitude just to suit those around them. Who am I to judge though, right? If it works for her, why not. But bringing Ana ringside tonight isnt really going to show the world what you can do inside of the ring, Isabella. She can only offer you moral support from the outside and if she gets involved somehow, it just makes you look weak. Im a bit of a gambler, so I have no issue with rolling the dice and taking my chances out there alone, but do you?
[Lizzy lets the question hang in the air for a moment before once more smiling at the camera.]
Lizzy Taylor: Guess were about to find out, eh love? See ya out there.
[True to her time as a tag team wrestler in the team The Pistols, Lizzy holds up her hand in the shape of a gun and shoots the camera as the scene fades.]
MATCH THREE: SINGLES MATCH
Lizzy Taylor vs Isabella Strickland
wrote:
Winner: Lizzy Taylor
Finishing Move: Richochet
Near Falls: Lizzy Taylor (2), Isabella Strickland (3)
Match Length: 09:52
Match Notes:
The bell sounds and the two competitors meet in the center of the ring. Isabella Strickland displays the height difference as she calls for a test of strength with Lizzy Taylor. Isabella raised her hands up for Lizzy to grab but Lizzy knew better than to play this game, so she immediately took out Isabella with a dropkick to her chest. Isabella stumbled back before Lizzy hit her with a second drop kick and Isabella dropped to a knee before Lizzy hit her with a brutal DDT. Lizzy went for the pin, but Isabella powered out and tossed Taylor over her head. The two get back up, staring down one another as Strickland goes in and manhandles Taylor, tossing her around the ring with ease. But ducking a big boot attempt from Isabella, Lizzy popped up on the ropes for a springboard crossbody. Lizzy pinned Isabella but Isabella kicked out after two.
Lizzy stalked over Isy, waiting for her to get up to her feet when Anastasia Hayden jumped up onto the apron, distracting Lizzy. Lizzy went to go knock Ana down but Ana jumped back off of the apron and when Lizzy turned around Isy took her out with a big boot. The match went back and forth but a bit of Lizzys ring rust showed a bit, as Isabella and her power controlled the match eventually. Isabella took Lizzy out with a sitout powerbomb pin but Taylor kicked out, showing her resilience. Isy picked Lizzy up and went for a second powerbomb but Lizzy countered with a hurricanrana. She then hit the ropes as Isy stirred to her feet and Lizzy leaped up in the air and hit Isabella with Ricochet (Satellite DDT). Taylor pinned Strickland and picked up the three count.
Post Match:
The bell rang and before Lizzy could celebrate her victory, Anastasia Hayden slid into the ring and she charged the unsuspecting Taylor with She Was Only Seventeen (Running Single Leg Dropkick). Anastasia stepped over Taylor and yelled out Welcome to MY show! Before she went over and helped her fallen friend, Isabella, up to her fit.
Make sure to catch the two night event, Manifest Destiny, hosted by Pride Pro Wrestling and Vengeance Pro Wrestling next week!
MATCH FOUR: SINGLES MATCH
Cole Gregory vs Nora Lee
wrote:
Winner: No Contest
Finishing Move: N/A
Near Falls: N/A
Match Length: 03:27
Match Notes:
The match started off as a back and forth match up, with Nora and Cole both showing off their abilities, as they seemed to be an even match in the ring. Though the match was only for a few minutes, the fans were really getting into it, as it was fast paced and exciting. Eventually, Warren Corbett soon entered the ring and he laid out Cole Gregory with his Anarchy Championship. Nora tried to stop Warren but he took her out with the belt next as the referee called for the bell, calling the match a no contest.
Post Match:
Warren grabbed Nora up and he took her out with the Battle Ax before he did the same to Cole. He grabbed his Anarchy Championship and stood over both of them with a grin on his face as he raised the title in the air.
BACKSTAGE
As the camera shifts to the backstage area, we see a disgruntled Coda pacing back and forth in her locker room with her eyes steadily pointed to the floor below. The knuckle of her index finger traces the palm of her opposite hand in small repetitive circles to calm herself, dark eyes focused steadily on the ground below.
Honey: Coda!
Honey walks in with her Kit Kat bar with a bite taken out of it and notices Coda hadn't changed as she approached her.
Honey: Are you OK today?
The stoic Coda doesnt answer. She continues her repetitive motions as her body continues to propel her forward.
Honey: It's our next tag team match, and, like, we might be getting closer to a tag team title shot if we keep up the tip top work and stuff.
Honey says flaunting a happy smile.
Coda: I know.
Coda speaks yet she refuses to stop walking, continuing to stim all the while.
Coda: Why inform me of what I already knew?
Honey looked at Coda with concern. Honey puts her finger under her lip, not really a filter to think about what she is going to say and asks whilst wondering.
Honey: Umm, I was just, like, wondering if you were OK and stuff. You are normally more talkative to me. Maybe I can help if something is wrong
It took a while before Coda could speak the words on her mind.
Coda: I am keenly aware of the actions of the Girls Of Summer one week ago. Should you have watched the last match over again, you would have seen I was attempting to assist despite their insistence on the contrary. The twins switched places while the referee and yourself were not prepared to see it. Despite this, those two claim innocence to attempt to gain your sympathy. Why?
The Korean-born competitors body was tense as she refused to look in Honeys direction. It was almost like she was compelled to keep walking, to keep tracing her knuckle along her palm. Honey blinks a little and leans her head on her finger and thumb, thinking about Codas question.
Honey: Maybe they want us all to be good friends and, like, have a big group of girls who are friends. Me, you, Melissa, Coral-
Coda: No.
Coda loudly interrupted. She glanced back at Honey as she kept on walking.
Coda: People such as the Girls Of Summer do not wish to be friends with the likes of us. I do not trust them.
Honey: I think they do, like you have to open your heart and let people in. Sometimes your friends are the most unlikely of people but they are still good friends you shouldn't, like, turn away and stuff. Everyone needs friends.
Honey says with a little nod to herself, believing what she was saying.
Honey: Like us. In the start you were super scary and, like, made poor wrestlers full of ouchies. But then you and I got to talk and, like, inspire each other and, ummm, we became friends!
Coda: You trust too easily.
The brunettes words were blunt.
Coda: You and I are different than the Girls Of Summer. We are different than anyone else in Liberty Pro. We exist separate from the others I see through the Girls Of Summers thinly-veiled facade and surely you can too.
Honey: What's a facade?
Honey looks up pondering with a crooked eyebrow thinking about it.
Coda: Lies.
Coda answered Honey without hesitation like it was a habit to correct her words around her tag team partner, her feet ceasing to move as she finally stopped her pacing to look in Honeys general direction. Still, she refused to lock eye contact in order to keep from feeling uncomfortable.
Coda: In a way you might understand, the Girls Of Summer are playing pretend to take advantage of us. You do not want this, yes?
Honey shakes her head.
Honey: I don't want that! I want us to be good friends and stuff.
Coda sighed to herself as she tried to find the words she needed to explain it to Honey.
Coda: Do you know the ultimate show of respect in this sport?
Honey: Um. I think it's playing fair when you wrestle in the square!
Coda: Yes. I believe the ultimate show of respect in wrestling is to do your best against them. It means no holding back and no cheating to attain a victory. The Girls Of Summer cheated in their match against you last week. This is not showing respect. Do you believe people who would disrespect you in such a way deserve to be your friends?
Honey: Maybe they will learn how to be better and won't do the tricky cheating stuff with me as their, like, friend.
Honey nods hopeful all can be right and well.
Coda thinks for a moment.
Coda: You know I would not lie to you, yes? I see no purpose in it. I would always attempt to assist you whenever possible. This is what friends do.
Honey: I know! And I will help you too.
Coda smiled briefly.
Coda: Believe as you will. I know you are capable of standing up for yourself without my protection should the time come where you will need to do so but please think about what I have said. It is important.
Honey takes a moment to take on board what Coda had been saying.
Coda: Let us do our best in our match with Girls Of Summer tonight. This is respect.
Honey: Yes!
While she fetches out of her backpack one strawberry Kit Kat bar and breaks it in half. Offering half to Coda.
Honey: I'm ready!
Coda grabbed her Kit Kat out of Honeys hand and takes a bite. Honey takes a bite herself and shimmies her shoulders to the delightful taste.
MATCH FIVE: TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
Melinda Rhodes vs Emily Jackson vs Katie Anderson
wrote:
Winner: Melinda Rhodes
Finishing Move: Roll-Up
Near Falls: Melinda (1), Emily (2), Katie (1)
Match Length: 08:33
The match begins with the three ladies jawing back and forth at each other. Katie slaps Emily in the face which prompts Emily to slap her back. Melinda shrugs and grabs both by the back of their heads, smashing them together. Rhodes maintained control of the first half of the match. It wasn't until Emily and Katie began working together that they started gaining the upper hand. The plan worked well until both Emily and Katie attempted to go for pins on Rhodes, but each time, the pin was broken up by the other lady. This lead to Emily and Katie meeting in the center of the ring and trading blows. Emily got the upperhand with an impressive standing spin kick that sent Katie Anderson crumbling to the mat. Avery Smith then made her way to the top of the entranceway. Emily Jackson gave chase and the two began to brawl towards the backstage area. Katie stood up and laughed at Emily for leaving the ringside area, costing herself a chance to win. Melinda then snuck up behind Katie and rolled her up, picking up the three count and the victory.
Post Match: Melinda celebrated her win in the ring as Katie rolled out of the ring. She screamed at Melinda and then at the fans who were booing her before leaving towards the back. Melinda paid no mind to her as she continued to celebrate in the ring.
Make sure to catch the live replay of Aftershock that took place from the Air Canada Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
MATCH SIX: NO DQ MATCH FOR THE ANARCHY CHAMPIONSHIP
Warren Corbett vs Rylee McKenzi vs Trey Peterson
wrote:
Winner: Warren Corbett
Finishing Move: Game Changer
Near Falls: Warren (1), Trey (3), Rylee (4)
Match Length: 14:10
Match Notes:
This match for the Anarchy championship was highly contested right from the start. Rylee went at both men with aggression, raking the eyes of both and temporarily blinding them. It didn't take long for weapons to be introduced as Rylee slid out of the ring, only to reach under it and slide back in with a baseball bat. She went to take Trey's head off but he ducked and Warren caught the bat, sending it back at Rylee's throat with a powerful thrust that sent the aggressive challenger to the mat, attempting to catch her breath.
With Rylee out of commission for the moment, Trey and Warren went back and forth. Ultimately, the champion was able to gain the upperhand due to his size advantage. Warren then introduced a trash can, steel chair, and wrench into the ring. He went to hit Trey with the wrench but Trey literally jumped over the strike attempt and then rolled to his back. Warren charged and Trey kicked both feet into the chest of Corbett, stumbling him backwards right into a chair shot from Rylee. Warren crumbled to the mat in pain as Rylee and Trey smiled at each other, knowing this was their chance.
The pair took turns striking the member of #TheSociety with weapons before turning their attention to each other. Rylee maintained the upper hand for a few moments, picking up near fall after near fall, but Trey wasn't going down easy, kicking out each time. Peterson was pulled to his feet by Rylee, but he managed to fight her off. Eventually, he would hit the Game Changer on her but before he could go for a pin, Warren would blindside him with a chair shot to the back. Trey crumbled and fell out of the ring as Warren made the cover on Rylee, securing the win and successfully defending his Anarchy Championship.
Post Match:Warren grabbed his Anarchy Championship and rolled out of the ring. He grinned as he looked back at Trey and Rylee, who were both recovering with disappointed looks on their faces. Warren walked backward up the ramp, talking trash until out of nowhere, Nora Lee came from the back with a chair in hand and she smacked Warren in the back with it. He dropped to a knee and Nora slammed the chair over his head, knocking him out. Cole Gregory limped out from the back and he went to stop Nora from doing anymore damage but when he grabbed her from behind, Nora turned and slammed the chair into Coles face. When she realized it was Cole she dropped the chair in shock with her jaw dropped. She bent down to check on Cole but he once he stirred, he shoved her away and told her to leave him alone. Nora sighed before shaking head and retreating to the back.
BACKSTAGE
As the camera cut backstage, we are met by Liberty Pros backstage interviewer Tim Anderson standing next to Helena Noir. In what has become a recurring theme, the presence of the CanAm Champion seems to make the young interviewer somewhat uncomfortable.
Tim Anderson: Uhh Good evening Liberty fans. Its with great pleasure and honor that I introduce to you my guest at this time, the first ever CanAm Champion Helena Noir.
The tattooed woman nods lightly to the camera.
Tim Anderson: Helena, its been a little over a month since you won that title in a battle royal at No Mans Land. How would you rate the first six weeks of your reign?
Helena Noir: Ill be honest with you Tim
She says tying back her hair in a ponytail.
Helena Noir: On a scale of one to ten, Id give it a six.
Tim stares at her, surprised by the answer.
Helena Noir: Sure, I put a couple of defenses under my belt but, in all fairness,I was expecting more. I mean, this title is supposed to be a bridge between the two promotions, right? And yet, nobody step up from the other side of the border. Both of my defenses happened here in New York, against Liberty Pro competitors. I never got a call from their general manager, nobody ever issued me any challenge. And speaking of challenge, with all due respect to Carina, both her and Katie were nowhere near the level of competition I was hoping for.
Tim Anderson: Well it seems like things are meant to change. Following Howard Rothchilds announcement, should you defeat Avery Smith tonight, you are expected to defend your title on EPW Conquest for the first time next Thursday, against Jessica Anderson who just earned the shot after an impressive run in the Imperial Tournament.
Helena nods in agreement.
Helena Noir: And that was no surprise, if you ask me. Its not todays news that Jessica is extremely talented, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to step in the ring with her.
Tim Anderson: Well, thats if you can beat her sister tonight
The CanAm Champion lowers her head, hiding a smile.
Helena Noir: Oh yeah, Avery I didnt forget about her. I cant say Im a fan of how she made a name for herself recently, at the expenses of her former teammates But this seems to be a common thread here in Liberty, opportunities are given not to those who earned them putting the work in each and every week, but to those draw attention on themselves with cheap stunts I said it the first time I stepped into this ring. Im here to fight, Ive been away from this business for seven months before my return in Liberty, and wrestling is what I missed every single day.
Not the backstage politics, not the fake friendships this business inevitably gives you, not the drama queens or the sore loser. Not even the gold around my waist or the paychecks.
I missed the competition, i missed the challenges And thats what I came back for.
I fight anyone, anywhere and at anytime, whoever is put against me is going to get my best, whether they are worth it or not.
This week is Averys turn, but make no mistake, next Thursday Ill be the one facing Jessica.
Right as she says those words, both Jessica and Avery walk into framing.
Avery Smith: Hello, Helena. It really breaks my heart to hear that youre not a fan of how Ive made a name for myself. But fear not - therell be none of that tonight. Tonight isnt about Emily Jacksons ego; its about me and that CanAm Championship!
Avery pats the centrepiece of the title with her palm. Jessica takes a small step back, at least temporarily. Helena smirks, keeping her eyes locked on her title.
Helena Noir: Treasure this moment Avery, this is the closest youll ever get to it.
She then glances over at Jessica.
Helena Noir: Its good to meet you Jess. And congratulations for your stellar performance in the Imperial Tournament. For what its worth, last night it was one hell of a match between you and Rayven, and it could have gone both ways.
Its clear that her main focus is Anderson, almost as she considers tonights match with Avery just a formality.
Jessica smiles, stepping forwards.
Jessica Anderson: Thank you, Helena. It was one of the toughest matches of my car--
Avery gently pulls Jessica back, infuriated that Helena would just brush her aside like that.
Avery Smith: What, is that it? I get one sentence? Is that all Im worth? One bloody sentence!?
Jessica tries to intervene and calm Avery down, but its to no avail.
Avery Smith: You may not like how Ive made a name for myself; but the fact is: I have. For that reason alone, I deserve respect. Im not a pushover whos been put into this match just so you can pad your defences stat before your match against Jessica. Im in this match because right now, I am the biggest threat to your reign. Perhaps Jessica is a better wrestler than me - were yet to find out for sure - but youre not facing Jessica tonight. Youre facing me!
If Avery wanted Helenas attention, now she got it. The CanAm champion turns her attention back to her challenger, staring right in her eyes for a few long seconds. Tim Anderson takes a step back, the tension building between the two women is clearly making him uncomfortable.
Helena Noir: Well, look at this
She says with a smile.
Helena Noir: Look at the fire in your eyes, look at this determination Bring some of this to that ring tonight and we may actually have some fun. Back up your words with some action and I may even change my mind on you. But I wouldnt hold out much hope if I were you. This title isnt going anywhere, not tonight.
She walks past Avery, stopping in front of Jessica and extending her hand.
Helena Noir: See you on Thursday, Jessica.
Jessica Anderson: Ill see YOU on Thursday!
It should be noted that Jessicas eyes were fixed on the CanAm Championship throughout the entirety of that sentence, rather than Noir. She then raises her gaze and meets Helenas hand, the pair sharing a brief handshake before heading off in opposite directions. Tim steps forward, with the tensions having lowered considerably.
Tim Anderson: What are your thoughts on what just transpired, Avery?
Avery rolls her eyes in disgust.
Avery Smith: Who in the hell does she think she is? So, shes had a few successful defences - who cares? Shes not defended that Championship against anyone like me before. Ugh!
Tim Anderson: Well, tonight she will - and if theres one thing youve showed us so far, its that youll stop at nothing to get what you want.
A sadistic smirk appears on Averys face, as she contemplates what shell need to do to pick up the victory.
Avery Smith: Exactly, Tim. Im unfazed by the prospect of facing my sister next week, because Ive learned that there is no place for sentiment in this business. So imagine what Im willing to do to Helena - who means absolutely nothing to me - to get what I want.
Tim gulps at the thought of it.
Tim Anderson: So, what you want is the CanAm Championship correct?
Avery laughs uncontrollably for a moment, before managing to regain her composure.
Avery Smith: Of course. But thats just the tip of the iceberg. I wont stop there; I want to go further. Im not talking about the Liberty Championship. Im talking about the CWC World Championship. Im tired of making a name for myself in Liberty; I want to broaden my horizons. By winning the CanAm Championship, I get to show the Empire Roster exactly who I am. Starting with my sister!
Avery grins with intent, before departing the scene. Tim Anderson shrugs, before the screen fades.
MATCH SEVEN: TAG TEAM MATCH
Seth Lawless & Trent Grundy vs Izzi Grimes & Finn Brady
wrote:
Winner: #TheSociety
Finishing Move: Detroit Is Burning
Near Falls: N/A
Match Length: 04:00
Match Notes:
This match was dominated by #TheSociety from bell to bell. Grundy used his power to isolate Izzi for most of the match. When the smaller wrestler would attempt to fight back, the Original Big Daddy would nearly decapitate her with a clothesline that flipped her inside out. After the impressive showing, Grundy tagged in Seth Lawless. Lawless would continue where Grundy left off, showing his dominance as Finn would hype up the crowd and insist to Lawless to let Grimes make the tag. Lawless watched Grimes crawl towards the corner, only to pull her back to the middle of the ring by her foot just before she could tag in Brady. In the center of the ring, Lawless would hit his patented pop-up powerbomb 'Detroit is Burning'. Trent Grundy would cut off Finn Brady to stop him from breaking up the count, giving the decisive win to Lawless and Grundy of #TheSociety.
Post Match:
Seth and Trent celebrated their victory before they looked over at Finn checking on Izzi. Trent charged him and took him out with a big boot before Seth hit another Detroit is Burning for good measure on Finn. Finn and Izzi laid flat out on the mat as Trent and Seth exited the ring laughing and dusting their hands off.
BACKSTAGE
Riley Savell is standing backstage looking irritated, already dressed in her all white ring gear, shes running a hand through her hair and sighing at her phone. Her body language shows some aggravation and shes not quite her usual cool, calm self as she glances to the camera and then glances just off it and gives a slight nod.
Riley Savell: Okay
Yasmine Mancini walks into the scene holding a Liberty Pro microphone and totally hamming it up as she tries to play the reporter role. Looking directly into the camera she speaks with the cadence of an old time radio news anchor.
Yasmine Mancini: Liberty Pro reporter for a day Yasmine Mancini here with the latest headlines straight from the mouth of Liberty Pros biggest star no its not everyones favorite bumbling co-champions Becky and Mel its none other than EPW Canadian Champion AND Liberty Pro Gotham Champion RILEY SAVELL!!!
Yasmine takes a moment to catch her breath before coming deathly serious.
Yasmine Mancini: Were excited to have you here Ms. Savell, fresh off such an explosive performance at EPW Aftershock. Your recent contest against Artemis Kaiser ended in a draw, but thats just as good as a win, wouldnt you say?
Yasmine offered the mic towards Riley with a huge grin on her face, knowing full well that notion caused all sorts of drama in the twitterverse. Still, she waits for an answer while trying not to laugh. Riley frowns at Yas and shakes her head slowly.
Riley Savell: Stop That, if you talk about Empire, Howard is probably going to sue me, or dock more wages, or cry or something and honestly I dont want to be the one who has to change his Manpon when you set him off, so stick to Liberty.
Riley smirks some and turns her full attention to Yas, lifting a brow as she drops her tone to more of a whisper.
Riley Savell: I can still get your dad to step in if youre gonna be a smart ass, just do what Bethany does, stand there, look kinda dull and ask obvious questions like a good child who wants to see her phone this side of the weekend.
Rileys tone is slightly playful as she smiles and then turns her head back to look directly into the camera once more. Yasmine laughs dismissively.
Yasmine Mancini: Look dull as if.
She clears her throat before joining Riley with an almost sultry gaze into the cameras lens.
Yasmine Mancini: Tonight on Liberation youre facing one of owners many offspring in Brendan Callaghan. Is it true that in light of recent events Brendan will be making his entrance wearing flame retardant tights just in case you Kenzie Rydell him?
Riley leans over, licking the end of her thumb she runs Yasmines cheek.
Riley Savell: You had some dirt
Yasmine turns about six hundred shades of crimson before scowling and wiping at her cheek. With another smirk Riley looks back to the camera and fixes her hair with an eye roll.
Riley Savell:I dont care what he shows up in, honestly. So long as the Weasley little fucker shows up, flame retardant suit of armor another shitty superhero costume or lame disguise that he thinks passes him off as endearing or funny when really hes just an embarrassment to his father, the company and this industry as a whole.
Riley shrugs her shoulders in an indifferent manner, matching it with a shake of her head.
Riley Savell: Brendan will likely bumble around in the ring, piss his pants at the sign of some kid in a Void mask and then run backstage to ask if he can find Scarlett for another hair pulling match. The fact that hes even considered competition for me would be insulting, Were it not for the fact that I know Nate just wants me to beat a little seriousness into his loser son. And really, who else would Nate ask to do that for him, when he knows he has the very best in me.
Yasmines tone turns a little challenging.
Yasmine Mancini: So youre saying youre the owners hired gun? Would that make you a hitman or a henchman?
Riley simply shrugs off Yasmines words with a condescending tone in her response.
Riley Savell: I know youre still a little lost on how this works, Im hired to do a job, this Week? That job is to put Brendan back in the trash heap he crawled out of. Am I going to apologize that I am recognized for my greatness by Nate? No. Am I going to down play that he sees me as the outstanding competitor and spectacular champion that I am? Definitely not I will destroy Brendan in the ring because he doesnt deserve to be there, because he is an insult to those of us who work damn fucking hard to be able to call ourselves professionals. The fact that itll likely win me some favor with my personally, favorite boss, well thats just the cherry on top.
Yasmine nods along as she listens.
Yasmine Mancini: So what youre saying is that Nate knows how to recognize talent and run a company where someone like saaaaaay Howard, doesnt have a fucking clue?
Riley cant help but laugh as she nods her head.
Riley Savell:Well, he certainly knows how to recognize and celebrate talent and not give in to the woe is me attention seeking bullshit certain sandwich making little bitches fall back on anyway.
Yasmines next question comes quick, following Rileys last answer.
Yasmine Mancini: Im sure with the Kenzie incident and with you clearly aligning yourself with Nathan Callaghan you can see how some may perceive you as being a bully.
Yasmine tilts the mic in Rileys direction and arches her brow.
Riley Savell: Some people are fucking idiots who shouldnt be let out of their cages.
Rileys tone is short and sharp followed by her folding her arms over her chest as Yasmines jaw drops a little at Rileys choice of words, seemingly taking offense.
Riley Savell: Im not concerned about the court of public opinion and I never have been, I have always said I will do what it takes to win and if youre too fucking weak to keep up with those of us who will do what it takes, then sit the fuck down and stay out of the way. People like Brendan and Kenzie are pathetic, they want the whole world to fix their issues for them, because they refuse to see they cause them for themselves.
Riley shakes her head adamantly and her gaze down the camera is as steely as her tone.
Riley Savell: I have made a success out of myself by not giving up, by not falling back or expecting other people to do the work for me. I didnt win championships by letting others do all the hard work then standing up at the end like I fought the crusade. And I didnt win by having a hundred chances to beat a social media sensation. No. People who call me a bully? Are uneducated apology making morons who want to see the good guy win out because they have a skewed sense of reality.
Riley pushes the microphone away as she keeps talking.
Riley Savell: You people want a villain, well you have one and I wont ever fucking apologize for doing what needs to be done, the world isnt black and white, it isnt good versus evil and there isnt some comeuppance at the end where the so called loser good guys win, this is the real world. This is my fucking life, my career and MY ascension to the top. So if Kenzie, Brendan or ANYONE else wants to try and stand in my way? Theyre going to get burned.
Riley chuckles softly.
Riley Savell: Literally.
Yasmine just stands there, speechless, staring at Riley with a confused expression. Riley then turns to look at Yasmine, plucking the mic from her hand she holds it out with her arm extended and then drops it, turning her head to wink at the camera before walking out of sight. Yasmine look down with a shrug as the mic hits the floor and rolls away.
Yasmine Mancini: Fuck it. Guess were done.
As she turns away the camera catching a glimpse of her expression and shes clearly upset as the scene cuts away.
Helena Noir vs Avery Smith
wrote:
Winner: Helena Noir
Finishing Move: Fondo Au Noir
Near Falls: Helena (2), Avery (2)
Match Length: 09:51
Match Notes:Avery and Helena go hard at one another from the start of the match, setting an even pace between the two. Avery pulled out all the stop with some amazing technical precision and went for a near fall but Helena was able to kick out. Helena came back hard and nailed the young Avery with sine hard shots that backed her into the corner, dropping her shoulder to ram into her midsection and rearing back for a hard kick but Avery caught the foot and span her out. Bringing her own foot up to catch Helena on the chin rearing her back. But Helena stayed on her feet, locking up with Avery to get the upper hand.
Helena took Avery down the mat and drilled some hard body shots as Avery defended her face, before bringing a knee up into the back of Helena and sending her off, but Avery was unable to capitalize when the appearance of Emily Jackson at ringside drew her eye. Avery walked the ropes yelling at Emily before she was bounced off the ropes and turned into the Fondu Au Noir. Avery struggled in the move for quite some time and she almost reached the ropes but eventually she gave in and had to tap out.
Post Match: Emily looked pleased as Avery lost her chance at the CanAm Championship. The title was handed to Helena, who raised it in the air. Avery soon recovered and she tackled Helena down and began to hit her with several blows. Emily got into the ring but Avery saw her coming and she grabbed the CanAm Championship and laid Emily out with it. When Helena got up, Avery smashed the belt into her face as well. Avery then stood over Helena and held up the CanAm Championship in the air, screaming that this was far from over. Avery dropped the belt on Helena and then she kicked Emily for good measure before she left the ring.
BACKSTAGE
The scene opens to a not so busy catering area where theres a table full of food and drinks all set for the backstage crew and roster members. On one side of the table sits a plate full of tacos. As if on cue, a blurry image of a man is seen tip-toeing in the background of the shot before emerging into sharp focus, revealing to be a man wearing a Captain America mask and carrying a Captain America shield (of course). He seems to be on the lookout for something or someone as he cautiously scampers towards the table. Upon reaching it, he holds up his shield as he checks if the coast is clear before pushing his mask up and picking up a taco to take a big bite of it. The camera catches a quick glance of Brendan Callaghan who seems to approve the taste. He then looks around again before snatching up the plate of tacos and scurrying out of there. In his rush, a couple tacos fall off the plate and he accidentally steps on one. It crunches under his shoe and he literally squeaks in horror. He jumps back and picks up the squashed taco while muttering apologies to it before high-tailing out of there.
MATCH NINE: TAG TEAM MATCH
Girls of Summer vs Coda & Honey
wrote:
Winner: Coda & Honey
Finishing Move: N/A (Countout)
Near Falls: Girls of Summer (5), Coda & Honey (3)
Match Length: 5:42
Match Notes:
Coral once again started for the Girls, and Honey started for her team. She offered the handshake and Coral took it with a smile, and Nami clapped with delight in their corner, which seemed to annoy Coda who muttered something. The bell rang through and went right to a highly competitive bout, Honey getting the upper hand during a tag in to Nami as she caught her with That Banned Move, the Corner Shiranui getting her a two count though Coral got a blind tag and then the twins hit stereo Side Kicks on Honey, sending her reeling. Coral got a two here, and then Honey broke free and tagged in Coda. Coda was definitely working stiff so to speak, getting a two count quickly after a Release Spinebuster on Coral.
Coral threw up the shoulder and Nami screamed at Coda, calling her a variety of things in surfer lingo that might not have been all that decipherable but they were definitely disrespectful and Coda's eyes narrowed at this. This distraction allowed Coral to roll her up for a two count which of course further annoyed the focused wrestler. Coda hit a Rolling Release Suplex but this ended up a mistake as there was some twin magic going on at the ropes and her pinfall was waved off as one of them had a foot on the ropes. Coda grabbed up one of them and dragged her to her team's side and then she and Honey kept Coral occupied a bit but Coral escaped out after a Monkey Flip on Honey! She dropped her into an Indian Deathlock, and when Honey broke out she caught her with an Inside Cradle for another near fall. The twins kept Honey isolated this time, but even with more near falls they couldn't put the plucky wrestler away! Things were looking grim though as they kept dragging Honey back, and Coda was staring cold holes into the Girls and they mocked her just a little!
The tides turned firmly to the favor of Coda and Honey though as Honey tagged in Coda after crawling to their corner. Coda came in on fire and oh! She hit the Symphonic Elbow on Coral as she moved to tag in Nami even though it wasn't at her preferred set up against a turnbuckle (well, we think it was that way, but after what happened earlier who knew?), and as Nami was then the legal twin, Coda hit ANOTHER Symphonic Elbow, this time on Nami as she started to come through the ropes and knocking her down quite violently to the mat! Coda's expression however during this entire time never changed, which disturbed the announcers. She backed up to hit a Running Knee Lift as she saw that Nami looked caught in the ropes, this was too much for Honey who ran into the ring with her arms out, yelling at Coda to stop!
Coda paused but saw Coral working hard to free her twin and the pair escaping, and Coda violently shoved Honey down and out of the way! The fans are booing a bit, as Honey is quite beloved, and the Girls mock Coda and they leave the ringside area! Honey is trying to stop Coda even from her position down on the mat. This is enough time for the referee to finish the count of ten that he started as the twins were clearly leaving the match and the bell rings.
Post Match:
Coda moved to climb over the ropes to exit the ring and give chase to the Girls who were already halfway up the ramp to the back, pointing at her and loudly berating her for her 'Cheaty McCheaterface' actions! Coda was clearly ready to run after them but she hesitated, as she heard Honey groan at her feet. She sighed and let go of the ropes, going back in to the ring and she picked Honey up off the mat, checking her and making sure that she's going to be alright. She showed some emotion then, as Honey gave her wide eyes due to the fact it had been Coda to knock her down so cruelly, but Honey saw she was feeling bad about it and gave her a little one-armed hug. Coda stared hard though as the Girls paused at the curtain and Nami snickered and waved 'bye bye' at her as they vanished into the back.
BACKSTAGE
The cameras cut to the back where they see Coral and Nami arm in arm with none other than Big Daddy Nathan Callaghan as is not unusual - what's unusual perhaps is that they've obviously very quickly gotten cleaned up after their match and are wearing just some sweats and t-shirts, which cling interestingly on still wet skin. They are chattering up a storm to Nathan who looks bemused, though not unhappy as Nami slips her hand in his back pocket and winks at him while Coral talks.
Coral Azul: Just WAIT until you see these dresses Big Daddy. It's really going to be the most special day.
Both twins sigh dreamily and then giggle at him as Coral leans in and kisses his cheek.
Coral Azul: But right now we want to reenact that scene from No Way Out ....
Ahead of them is the parking garage exit and waiting for them is a long stretch limo. Nathan sees it and grins wide, laughing as he pulls the girls in close to him.
Nathan Callaghan: Goddamn I love you two and as much as I want to leave right now, I need to stay for these last two matches and then Ill be back to the hotel so we can reenact that scene you speak of. I just want you two to get out of here and be safe.
Coral and Nami nod before they both give Nathan a kiss and then enter the limo before the driver shuts the door, Nami looks out the window and then tells the driver to hurry up because she thinks some crazy woman is headed their way, and the limo leaves. Nathan then starts to walk away towards his office when hes confronted by an irate Coda.
Coda: Where are they!?
Nathan laughs and shakes his head.
Nathan Callaghan: Theyre gone. Sorry, kiddo. You and Honey will get another match with them next week at March Madness for the Tag Titles. Until then
Nathan leans forward.
Nathan Callaghan: You better think twice about your actions.
Coda scowls before she walks past Nathan and hits him with a shoulder check. Nathan simply laughs and shakes his head before the scene fades out.
HEADLINE: GOTHAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Riley Savell vs Brendan Callaghan
wrote:
Winner: Riley Savell
Finishing Move: The Unsaved
Near Falls: Savell (2), Callaghan (1)
Match Length: 08:53
Match Notes:
Despite the excuses on Twitter prior to the match, Brendan promptly showed up to the ring. Wearing just his Captain America mask, Brendans demeanour showed how reluctant he was to be here. The match was an entertaining one though, with Riley showing off her aggressive style and Brendan mostly countering in a variety of ways that amused the crowd. Riley tried to get Brendan to take off his mask but he was adamant to keep it on for the sake of safety. After a lucky but huge powerbomb reversal that bought him some time as Riley recovered, Brendan would look around the arena as if expecting someone, most likely to be Voidstar, to come out. But he never showed. The match resumed with Riley soon taking advantage of Brendans distracted behaviour with a tornado DDT and getting a couple of near falls after. Brendan eventually regained his focus as he finally pulled himself together and managed to catch Riley with his Boston Full Throttle signature, a delayed spinebuster first before setting up for a giant swing.
Thats when some weird tinkling music started playing on the sound system and Riley immediately got dropped as Brendan fell sideways on the mat. The referee rushed to check on Brendan and pulled his mask off to reveal that hes actually fast asleep! Confusion set in the arena as the referee tried to wake him up. There was no response from Brendan until the music stops and this time when the referee called his name, he opened his eyes sleepily and wondered where he was. Since he claimed to be fine, the referee allowed the match to continue. But Brendan was still disoriented as he walked around clumsily and it didnt take long for Riley to capitalise with her superkick signature before ending him once and for all with her curb stomp finisher, The Unsaved.
Post Match:
Riley rolled out of the ring and grabbed her Canadian and Gotham Championships and raised them in the air with a grin on her face. Brendan got up on his hands and knees in the ring and looked around in confusion, confused as to what had just happened to him. Riley laughed mockingly at Brendan before making her way to the back.
BACKSTAGE
The room is dimly lit at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Handwritten messages on loose leaf paper are scattered about. The camera zooms in to capture one of those messages that reads 'Make her feel our pain'. Becky Balfour-Lawless sits with her back against the hard walk. Her Liberty championship rests between her legs, with a leg straddled around each side of the championship belt.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: I'm not a champion, they say.
With a laugh, Becky picks up one of the pieces of paper next to her and holds it up for the camera to see. This particular message says 'Whine and Cry'.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: I whined. I cried my way into holding my Liberty championship for a second time, yet they fail to realize I pinned Melissa Reeves, just as I have done in the past. It's a vicious cycle of insults, assumption, and bitterness, and Nathan Callaghan has decided to put an early end to it. So, tonight, I get the opportunity to do what Melissa and countless others have said I failed to do, and that is definitely defeat Melissa Reeves and become the sole Liberty champion.
Becky places a hand on the championship between her legs and runs her fingernails against the faceplate, making an eerily uncomfortable noise, a scraping essentially. Her eyes avoid the camera, instead glaring down at the prize that she has held on two occasions.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: The world doesn't give me a chance. I'm not good enough. Melissa is just better. She's prettier. She's a more worthy champion. The funny thing is, none of those outside words matter once the bell rings and she has to look me in my eyes. We've done this before, and more times than not, Melissa has gotten the upper hand, but things have changed. Melissa has gone from being a confident, defending champion, to someone whose confidence has been shattered at the revelation that she NEARLY, ENTIRELY, had that lengthy run as champion ended permanently. She has been flustered, and I'm in her head. It shows. It makes a difference.
Becky slithers forward, snake like in her movement as she grips the Liberty championship between her teeth before dropping it into her hands. She stands up and the lights flicker. As they do, Followers are now seen behind her. The lights flicker again and even more Followers appear.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: The fight for Liberty supremacy is at hand. One of us leaves with the ultimate prize, the other with nothing. I've been handed NOTHING my entire life. Tonight I TAKE what I want.
Becky spreads her arms as The Followers creep up behind her. A few of them each grab an arm, almost as if she's a life vessel. They delicately hold the co-champions arm with expressionless faces.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: What has Melissa Reeves done for Liberty? She spends most of her time parading her body while neglecting Liberty. The Liberty championship is simply another accomplishment to her list. She brags about being 'top champion in both companies I work for'. After tonight, you will no longer be a top champion in LIBERTY. WE...we will see to that.
Becky slowly turns her head with a closed mouth grin, her lip piercings nearly glowing in the dimly lit room.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Respect is a funny word, a word that you fail to understand the meaning of, Melissa. Since you fail to give it to me, tonight...I will beat it into you. #TheSociety has been the dominant force in all of CWC since our arrival, and tonight...Liberation is mine. Liberty is ours.
With a final grin, she pulls her arm away from The Followers.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: And justice...for....all.....
The lights shut out as Becky's laugh grows maniacal before the camera moves out of the dark room.
MAIN EVENT: LIBERTY CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Melissa Reeves vs Becky Balfour
wrote:
Winner: Melissa Reeves
Finishing Move: Facial Deconstructor
Near Falls: Becky (3), Melissa (3)
Match Length: 18:52
Match Notes:
Melissa eyed the outside of the ring before the match began, looking out at Seth Lawless and Trent Grundy. Warren Corbett stayed in the back due to the chair shot to the head he received earlier in the night from Nora Lee. The match started off with Melissa charging towards Becky but Becky rolled out of the ring. Becky taunted Melissa from the outside of the ring before Melissa got out of the ring and started to chase her. Becky kept running until Seth Lawless and Trent Grundy of #TheSociety stepped in Mels way. Becky slid in the ring and then Seth and Trent finally moved. Mel then slid in the ring and Becky began to stomp on her before she could get up. Becky lifted Melissa up and dropped her with a snap DDT. Becky pinned Mel but only got a one count. Becky quickly picked Reeves up and Balfour hit her with an exploder suplex. Becky pinned but Mel kicked out after two.
Becky lifted Melissa up and set her up for her patented Reverse DDT. Becky screamed in Melissas ear and right before she could finish the job, Melissa spun out of the hold before pulling Becky in by the arm and dropping her with a brutal clothesline. Melissa quickly grabbed Beckys head and put her into a crossface hold. Becky screamed in agony as she tried to reach the ropes but as soon as she almost touched them, Melissa pulled her away. Mel applied more pressure when Seth Lawless got on the apron and distracted the referee. On the other side of the ring, Trent stepped up onto the apron, causing Melissa to release her hold.
Melissa charged Trent Grundy and took him off of the apron with a brutal forearm. As Melissa turned around, she was met by Becky Balfour, who raked Melissa in the eyes. Becky then nailed her Hear Me Out (Reverse DDT) finish on Melissa. Becky pinned Melissa and Seth dropped off the apron, no longer distracting the referee. The referee counted to two and Reeves kicked out right before the three count. The crowd and Becky were in disbelief. Becky lifted Melissa up off of the canvas and Melissa drove her elbow into Beckys gut several times before she grabbed her and nailed her with a Reaver Slam (Angle Slam). Melissa pinned Becky and he referee counted to two before Becky kicked out just before three. Melissa looked stunned.
Melissa wasted little time as she lifted Becky up and Becky shoved Melissa off. Melissa then dropped Becky with a superkick. Becky looked out of it as Melissa pinned. RIght before the three count, Seth Lawless grabbed Beckys foot and placed i on the bottom rope. The referee counted to three but then saw Beckys foot resting on the ropes. Melissa got up, thinking she had won but the referee explained to her about the foot on the rope. Melissa sighed and shook her head before going to pick up Becky but Becky was playing possum and she rolled Melissa up. Becky grabbed Melissas tights and got the two count before the referee stopped counting when he noticed Becky had the tights.
Becky and the referee argue for a moment and this gives Melissa time to drop Becky with another Reaver Slam. Melissa pinned Becky but Seth and Trent jumped on the apron again, distracting the referee. The referee argued with both of them before pointing to the exit, demanding both of them to leave. Seth and Trent argued but the referee was having none of it. Melissa stood up, upset that the referee wasnt started the count. Seth and Trent left and Melissa told the referee to pay attention but Becky came from behind and dropkicked Melissa in the back, causing her to crash into the referee. With the referee laid out, Melissa looked down in shock. Becky grabbed her from behind and hit her with the Hear Me Out (Reverse DDT) and then Becky pinned Melissa. The referee was knocked out though and couldnt make the count. Becky got up frustrated, upset that the referee was knocked out.
Becky left the ring and grabbed her Liberty Championship and waited for Melissa to get to her feet. When Melissa did, Becky charged with the Liberty Championship and went to hit Melissa with it but Melissa countered with the Facial Deconstructor (Codebreaker), driving her knees and the belt straight into Beckys face. Melissa noticed the belt and tossed it out of the ring before she pinned Becky. The referee started to stir and he made the count to three. The bell rang and Melissa was announced the Undisputed Liberty Champion.
Post Match:
Melissa grabbed both of the Liberty Pro Championships and raised them in the air as the fans cheered in excitement. After weeks of bickering over who was the rightful Liberty Champion, Melissa finally made it clear that she was still the champion with this hard fought match. Melissa soon exited the ring and when she got to the ramp, Becky could be heard on the microphone, as she was still in the ring.
Becky Balfour: Stop right there, Melissa! FUCKING STOP!
Melissa turned around and rolled her eyes.
Becky Balfour: You and I both know that I had you beat but you, you knocked out the referee and what did he do? He still gave you a fair count. Once again, Ive been cheated and I DESERVE A REMATCH NEXT WEEK!
Melissa shook her head and yelled for a microphone to respond when Bad Company by Five Finger Death Punch blared over the PA system. Nathan Callaghan walked out to the entrance way with a microphone in hand as he stood next to Melissa.
Nathan Callaghan: There will be no rematch, Becky. You lost.
Becky stomped her foot.
Becky Balfour: No! Melissa shouldve lost! Look back at the tape, Nathan! LOOK AT IT!
Nathan laughed and shook his head.
Nathan Callaghan: I saw it and there were plenty of controversial things on both ends. But the one thing that wasnt controversial? Was Melissa unifying these belts. Sorry, but you lost and its over.
Melissa smiled and Nathan turned to leave when Becky yelled again.
Becky Balfour: ILL PUT MY CAREER ON THE LINE!
Nathan turned around in surprise as Becky took a deep breath and continued.
Becky Balfour: No #Society, nobody at ringside Just Melissa Reeves versus Becky Balfour in a normal match for the Liberty Championship with my career on the line. Nathan This belt means everything to me and what #TheSociety represents. I need this I want it. Give it to me.
Nathan thought it over before shrugging.
Nathan Callaghan: You got it. Next week, at March Madness, you will fight Melissa Reeves for the Liberty Championship and it will be the last ever match between you to for the championship, whether you win or lose. Well, if you lose, then your ass is gone.
Nathan turned to leave before he paused and looked back at Melissa then back at Becky.
Nathan Callaghan: Actually, if you lose? Then all of #TheSociety is fired. Good luck.
Nathan dropped the microphone and Beckys eyes widened as she stood in the ring in shock. Melissa raised both of the Liberty Championships in the air with a smile on her face before the show went off the air.
