Kacey Anders has been on the long road to a return to the ring, but lately the younger cousin of ‘The Living Doll’ Britney Anders has struggled to find her footing. Today, however, was a step in the right direction as she spent her day visiting KrossFit, the gym run by former world champion and current Anarchy champion, Kendrick Kross, and his sister Claire.
In what was described as ‘more than impressive’ among the other students in the facility, Kacey had shown herself and the others in the gym why she was a soon to be sure fire signing for any wrestling promotion looking to add a boost to their roster.
Now though? She was tired and sweaty and happy to be heading home. She spent her whole drive home daydreaming about the hot shower she was about to take, and before she knew it she was pulling into her driveway in record time.
Kacey unlocks her door and walks in, pulling up a live feed on Instagram as she dumps her gym bag in the living room and makes her way though the house as she records a mini-vlog about her day. Giving a smile for the camera, Anders pulls back the phone to show her outfit to the fans. She is dressed in orange legging athletic pants, and an orange KrossFit hoodie. Her long hair is pulled into a ponytail.
KACEY ANDERS: What’s up, everyone? I just wanted to give a shoutout to KrossFit and my trainer, Kendrick Kross. Today was unbelievable. I’ve been working really hard to get back in ring shape, and I think I’m just about there. I don’t have much time to be on here tonight, but I figured I would pop on and say hi and maybe answer a few questions.
Kacey looks through the questions popping up on her Instagram Live feed, but just before she can answer, her phone shuts off. It was dead!
KACEY ANDERS: Shit. Of course, my phone would die….
Anders sets her phone on the kitchen counter and walks over to the fridge. She opens it up and grabs a Fiji water, pausing at the counter to shuffle through her mail.
Meanwhile, just down the block, three men pile out of a black mid-sized rental sedan that Kacey just so happened to miss on her way into the neighborhood. All three move around to the trunk, which pops open electronically, and they each pull out their own individual kits.
Inside each kit are a ski mask, a fully charged cattle prod, and some zip ties. The largest of the men also grabs a pair of bolt cutters before the trunk is closed, returning the street to complete darkness.
The three assailants make their way down the block, each of them taking a moment to tug the ski mask on and power up the cattle prods as they close the gap on Kacey’s house. It’s almost like the assault is choreographed with how fluidly the men move into place. The largest man pops the chain on the privacy fence and makes his way around to the back door while the two other men approach the front cautiously. Finally, one of them speaks to the other softly as they take up position in the bushes at the front of the house.
MAN #1: Are you sure you’re down for this? You always asked me what it was like to be a part of THAT life. Well, this is about as close as you can get. When we cross that threshold right there? There’s no turning back. You are all in. So if you’re not? This is your chance to walk away brother. No judgment. No Repercussions. But once we enter this house… there’s no more walkin’ away.
The second man looks torn as he listens. It’s clear he’s deliberating on his choice, but the hesitation only lasts for a few seconds as he gives his partner a nod.
MAN #2: I’m in. All in bubba. Ride or fuckin’ die. You know this. Let’s do this shit.
There’s a visible smile from the first man, and without another word, he pushes himself up and turns the front door to splinters with one well-placed kick. Another crash echoes out in the backyard as the back sliding glass door is turned to rubble courtesy of the bolt cutters and the men storm the house. There’s a loud scream heard, obviously belonging to Kacey as she sees someone running into the kitchen from the front area.
KACEY ANDERS: What is going on? What do you want!?
Her voice was full of fear as she turns around, ready to make an escape towards the backdoor where she sees the shards all over the floor and encounters a second masked man. She puts the brakes on and holds both hands up towards the man near her shattered sliding door. She begins to walk backward slowly, already a teary-eyed mess.
KACEY ANDERS: “I don’t know who you are or what you want, but I have money. I’ll give you whatever you want, just please don’t hurt me.”
Kacey was able to get those few sentences out before she begins to stutter the rest of what she was saying as her lips were moving faster than her brain could process what she wanted to say. The young woman continues to back up until she feels something stopping her path. She slowly turns around to see it was one of the masked men. Anders puts her hands together and begins to beg him to leave her home and take whatever he wanted.
The man shakes his head and raises the cattle prod into the air. He hits the button and the 4000 volts arc from the tip, crackling in the air as a warning.
MAN #1: Get on your knees and shut up. We don’t want your money. What we want is Kendrick Kross, and you’re going to bring him to us.

MAN #2: Well… more like we’re going to bring you to him. But anyways… you wanna go easy, or do we have to hogtie you and stuff you in the trunk?
The third man hasn’t spoken. In fact, he’s kind of shifty-eyed and panning the exits quickly, taking mental notes just in case the law shows up. Kacey, meanwhile, is beside herself. She moves to her knees, shaking in fear from the cattle prod. She keeps her hands up.
KACEY ANDERS: Get in the trunk? I’m not getting in any trunk. I’m not leaving my house.
Anders continues to follow their orders, remaining on her knees. She glances at each of them individually, trying to make out any features to determine if she knows any of them, but their faces were well concealed.
KACEY ANDERS: Please! I don’t know what you want with Kendrick, but I can give him a call. My phone is on the counter. It’s dead, but if I can charge it for five minutes, I can call him and you guys can talk to him? Maybe he can help you. Just, please…I’m literally begging you. I have NOTHING to do with him, other than working out at his gym!

With one flick of the switch, there is a zap and Kacey crumples into a heap on the kitchen floor. The largest man immediately starts zip-tying the girl’s arms and feet, and he pulls out a roll of duct tape to place a piece over her mouth.
The third man breaks his silence with an exasperated sigh and he quickly helps lift Anders up onto the shoulder of the big man with a grumble. The three of them then disappear into the night, ducking through the backyards just as quickly as they came, leaving the empty house, her dead cell phone, and zero evidence behind.
15 minutes later…
Kendrick Kross is finishing up his day at the gym making sure everything is cleaned up and ready to go for the next day. He isn’t alone though as his sister is there as well finishing up the books and checking the revenue for the day. She calls him over and has him look at everything as well.
KENDRICK KROSS: Looks like we actually did good today and look at all the students that we’ve gotten since the new year, but Kacey has been a standout hasn’t she?
Kendrick smiles at his sister and then goes back to his cleaning up and getting ready to leave for the day but as he does he hears a car pull up which causes him to raise an eyebrow and look out of the door but doesn’t see anything.
Suddenly, the phone rings.
Claire answers right away, and there’s just the sound of a woman sobbing uncontrollably for a few seconds. She opens her mouth to speak, but before she can there is another muffled voice in the background and the phone goes dead.
A few more seconds later and there is a blood-curdling scream from outside of the gym.
KACEY ANDERS: HELP ME! PLEASE!! KENDRICK!! HELP!
Bang bang bang
The sound of her pounding on the front door echoes throughout the gym.
Kendrick looks over at Claire surprised at the pounding. Claire cautiously gets up from her chair and goes to check the door. As soon as she sees Kacey, she opens up the door and screams for Kendrick.
CLAIRE KROSS: Kendrick! Get your ass over here! Kacey's here and something’s clearly up!
Kendrick quickly rushes over to the door and pushes past Claire, kneeling beside Kacey to try and check on her.
KENDRICK KROSS: Kacey, what’s wrong? What happened?
As he keeps trying to get answers from her, Claire steps around them into the night air to try and see if she can figure out what happened. As soon as she steps out of the gym though she is ambushed by one of the men in the ski masks. Kendrick sees this right away, but before he can do anything Claire is grabbed by one rather large man, and another one steps in front of Kendrick with a grin on his face.

JACK GRAVES: Ask and you shall receive. Here I am motherfucker. Are you still feeling tough?
A Louisville Slugger connects to the ribs of Kross, doubling him over. Another kick follows, and the size 14 cowboy boot lands flush on the jaw of the Anarchy Champion.
JACK GRAVES: I can’t hear you, Kenny. Speak up! I said ARE. YOU. STILL. FEELING. TOUGH?
The last five words are accentuated by kicks to the body and side of the head.
CLAIRE KROSS: Stop it you asshole! Get away from my brother!!
Jack looks over at Claire and just kicks him harder as she’s yelling at him.
KENDRICK KROSS: You’re still a little bitch.
Kendrick barely gets those words out as he’s clearly hurting at this point but he pays for it once more being kicked by Graves who is still being yelled at by Claire. She tries to run at Jack to stop him but she is stopped by a knee to her gut dropping her to the ground as she lets out a loud scream. Jack turns to look at the larger man, Benjamin Atlas, and he jerks a thumb toward Claire.
JACK GRAVES: Shut that bitch up.
A huge right-hand lands on the jaw of Claire Kross and she is instantly silenced as she falls to the concrete unconscious, laying across from Kendrick who at this point is bloodied up and wheezing for breath himself. Graves clearly isn’t done with him yet though, and he puts a boot to Kross’ throat, pointing the bat down at him as he speaks.
JACK GRAVES: I told you. You keep pokin’ the bear and you are gonna get mauled. You didn’t believe me though. How about now? Do you believe me now? This was just a warning Kendrick. I can and will do so SO much worse if you keep fuckin’ with me. Do you understand me? You see them?
He points the bat at Claire and Kacey.
JACK GRAVES: Their blood is on your hands, and it’s on Britney fuckin’ Anders’ hands. You should’ve never FUCKED WITH ME. You live and learn though. Consider this a lesson.
On that note, Jack’s foot raises up and it comes straight down with a stomp that cuts the lights out for Kendrick Kross. It’s probably a good thing too because he didn’t have to see the beating that his friend and sister took on his behalf.
By the time he comes back to reality, all three men are gone, and the women have been left bloodied and disoriented as well.
Kendrick slowly tries to push himself up though it isn’t exactly the easiest thing for him at this point. He sees Claire and Kacey both bloodied up and he crawls over as quickly as he can to check on them and they all help each other back to their feet..
