LIBERTY PRO WRESTLING PRESENTS...
LIBERATION: EPISODE TWENTY-SEVEN
LIVE ON SATURDAY, APRIL 7TH, 2018 FROM THE MATTHEWS ARENA IN BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS
RINGSIDE
The lights in the arena fade out as the big screen comes alive. Two taped fists appear on opposite sides of the screen, one glowing red with fire around it, the other a pulsating blue with an electrical current running over it. The two fists then crash into each other with an explosion revealing the the name Tyson Gregory in their aftermath.
"Dangerous" by Shaman's Harvest starts playing throughout the arena as a bright spotlight shines at the top of the ramp. Tyson Gregory thensteps out through the curtain with his head lowered and covered in a black hooded, sleeveless zip up hoodie and his ring gear. Tyson flips his head up and the hood drops off his head and smirks as the crowd pops for his first official appearance for Liberty Pro. He plays up to some of the fans a bit getting them louder and more active before he as makes his way down the ramp.
Once at the ring he pulls himself up on the apron where he leaps over the top rope and into the ring. He paces for a moment before walking to the corner of the ring and getting a microphone.
Tyson Gregory: So A lot of speculation has been going on about why I came out and celebrated with Becky only to drop her on her head and leave her as easy pickings for Ana.
He laughs slight and shrugs his shoulders.
Tyson Gregory: Sorry, just thinking back to when it happened always makes chuckle. But to get to why I did what I did, I need to bring up some things from other companies that might not be very pleasant for people to hear. It all started in ECWF where if you look at who is there and have been there at the top of the card, you can see why the place is slowly dying. Same was to be said about Gulf Coast here in the CWC. I went there to break up the monotony in their top championship level. It was passed around, the same old same old and while I got there and claimed the Gulf Coast Championship for myself and to save the company from falling to a bland death, it was all in vain.
Tyson leans on the ropes and looks into the camera.
Tyson Gregory: I will say that I am a fan of Mel Reeves, I enjoy her as a friend and as a wrestler. Becky? Well shes a trash panda But a trash panda that has been at the top of the Liberty mountain for a while now. So, I had to take action before Liberty became the way of Gulf Coast. I took the championship off the two that have had a stranglehold on it since the start and I let someone else grab it. Because anyone else needed to be there than Mel or Becky. That being said, if Mel won the match and kept the belt would I have done the same to her as I did with Becky?
Tyson gives a devilish smirk to the camera before coyly wetting his lips.
Tyson Gregory: Well I guess we wont really know that will we? And I know what youre thinking; Tyson, why didnt you just strike a deal with Nathan Callaghan to get a title match and then bide your time and take the belt yourself. Well, I care about Liberty Pro more than a selfish conquest like putting the championship on me. I knew that for this place to stay away from the foul and pretentious bog of blandness, I had to get that championship on someone, anyone else than who has held the monopoly. So it worked out that Ana had that golden ticket for a title match and I struck while no one else could do a thing about it. Now that being said, with the title on a brand new champion, dont you even question if Im going to be coming for it.
Tyson walks around the ring some and slowly bring the microphone to his lips.
Tyson Gregory:
I am Tyson fucking Gregory after all.
He winks at the camera before dropping the mic and sliding out of the ring. "Dangerous" by Shaman's Harvest starts playing again as he makes his way back up the ramp.
MATCH ONE: GOTHAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Riley Savell vs Nora Lee
wrote:
Match Notes:
Nora starts off the match with a heavy offense, throwing everything she has at the Gotham Champion in hopes of getting an early lead. Bringing Riley off the ropes and into a huge clothesline, she goes for a pin but falls short at one count, slapping the mat before getting on Riley again, but this time Savell is ready for her, wrapping her legs around Nora she pulls her into body scissors and slaps on a choke hold, for a moment it looks as though Nora is going to tap, but she fires back several fairly sloppy elbows, but one connects and does the job, forcing Riley to break the hold.
Both women get to their feet and Riley forces a lock up, using her height advantage to back Nora into the corner, Riley uses the full count to press her forearm against the throat of Nora before being forced to back up, Riley is back in it immediately though and lands several open handed slaps across Noras chest. Savell follows that up with some heavy chops that seem to rock Noras whole body, before flinging her out of the corner with a butterfly suplex.
Savell is to her feet first and she sends Nora back to the canvas with a buzzsaw Kick, it looks for a moment as though Riley May go for a pink but she instead drops to the mat next to Nora and starts screaming in her face to get the fuck up, as Riley bounces to her feet, she toys with Nora some, kicking her in the ribs and stomping at her shoulder blades as Nora tries to rise as per her request, eventually the official steps in to caution Riley.
This gives Nora time to get to her feet, she looks a little wobbly though and this brings a smirk to Rileys lips, she walks around Nora in a circle, Noras eyes follow Savell but shes not quick enough and Riley slams her elbow into the back or Noras head, following it up with a bulldog that forces Nora to eat the canvas.
Riley stalks her opponent waiting for her to get to her hands and knees, its all over when Riley lands the Unsaved Stomp, bouncing Noras face off the canvas and hooking the leg for the three count.
Winner: Riley Savell
Finishing Move: Unsaved Stomp
Near Falls: Nora (2), Riley (2)
Match Length: 06:51
Post Match:
Riley Savell looks down at Nora with a sneer, shaking her head slightly she moves over to the ropes, running her hand over them she demands her Championship and a microphone. Once she has been handed them, Riley turns and walks back over to Nora who has rolled over to get to her feet, Riley flips her to her back and straddles her, holding the championship above her face and rocking it like a pendulum.
Riley Savell: Poor, Poor Nora. Just another pathetic little sob story for the fans to crow over. Do you remember when you came here? Because I do I remember how you stalked the halls and cried out about how you were practically family to Nate, about how you worked so SO hard just to be back here
Riley leans in a little closer, a smirk forming on her lips as she shakes her head.
Riley Savell: Time and time again, you were given opportunity to show your worth and you floundered, you were nothing. For whatever reason, despite feigning disdain for your Nathan was convinced you deserved chance after fucking chance and then, when you couldnt best the lesse Gregory, when you couldnt topple the most forgettable member of the society, you had the fucking audacity to come out here and challenge ME!?
Riley shoves the belt into Noras face, slamming it against her and rubbing it hard across her nose and forehead, putting her weight behind it as she leans right in, her tone a hiss.
Riley Savell: You will never, ever, be this close to MY Championship EVER again.
Riley pulls back and stands up, staring down at the woman she beat only moments ago, her championship resting over Noras face, Riley stomps down on the back of her championship with a growl.
Riley Savell: I ask for challengers and THIS is what I am given? Some washed up never fucking was who can barely lace her own boots Last show, I was given Chris Night, a man who has seen more downfalls in his career than inclines and now THIS!?
To illustrate her disgust, Riley slams her boot into the side or Nora before scooping down to pick up her championship, she holds it up high for a moment before settling it over her shoulder, wiping off a smear of blood.
Riley Savell: This, it simply won't fucking do Whilst others have been crying and whining online about not getting enough attention, about Ana not tweeting enough, about catering or the color of their entrance spots or whatever fucking else you pathetic, ungrateful pissants like to harp on about
I, have been out here elevating this championship. I have been acting as undoubtedly the most valuable member in this entire fucking roster. Week after week I deliver, I show EXACTLY why Nathan showed all the faith in the world in me when he added me to that triple threat, I am the one who has done the work, I am the one who has put in the effort. And what do I get?
Riley points down at Nora with a sneer.
Riley Savell: This? No. I refuse to accept that this is the best possible contender for my championship, I REFUSE to be placated with subpar challengers. As much fun as it has been, taking out the trash, its time you all took notice of who actually gets shit done around here.
Riley leans on the top rope as she approaches the ropes closest to the ramp, looking up them with a smile she tilts her head to the side.
Riley Savell: Fuck Melissa Reeves. Fuck Becky. Fuck Tyson whilst all of you rest on your laurels and your past victories, Ill be out here, taking on anyone stupid enough to try and take this.
She taps the faceplate of her championship with a nod.
Riley Savell: From me.
BACKSTAGE
The scene opens inside of the Anarchy Champion, Cole Gregorys locker room. Cole hasnt gotten in his ring gear yet and is pacing around in black track pants and a black shirt with the Liberty logo on the front. The Anarchy Championship belt is sitting on a table, propped up and freshly
shined. Cole occasionally looks over at the belt then back down to the floor with a sigh as he continues to pace. Trinity Locke walks into his locker room with a smile on her face, she stops as she walks in the door.
Trinity Locke: Hey.
He looks up at Trinity and bites at his lower lip, a questioning look in his eyes and Cole nods slightly before letting out a sigh.
Cole Gregory: What if I fuck this all up? What if I let everyone, including my family down? I mean Its Tyson Im teaming with out there
Trinity pauses for a moment before she shrugs, leaning back against the wall and folding her arms over her chest.
Trinity Locke: Okay firstly? If Tyson is going to hinge his entire feelings about you as a wrestler on one match, then thats fucking stupid. All youre doing right now is putting unneeded pressure on yourself. You just said it, this is your family. And the one thing I know for sure is, even if you fuck up, even if you ruin everything
She seems to trail off for a moment before coming back to the present with a shake of her head.
Trinity Locke: Family still loves you. If you fuck up tonight, then you fuck up. Whats going to happen Cole? Whats the worst thing that will actually happen? Youll be pissed at yourself, youll agonize over how else it could have gone and then youll pick yourself the fuck up and do it all again next week.
She walks over to him, her tone softening as she stands behind him, running her hand over the back of his shoulder.
Trinity Locke: There are two of you out there tonight, do you think your cousin is back in his locker room agonizing over how youre going to feel if he fucks up? No! Hes Tyson fucking Gregory and you, are the god damn Anarchy Champion - fuck all this pressure. You go out there and you show those hypocritical pieces of garbage who the fuck you are and if you lose? You lose, its one match, that doesnt define your whole career, being a champion, doing the best you can do and having faith in yourself, thats whats going to define your career.
Cole lets out a sigh as he eyes up the Anarchy Championship belt sitting just away from them.
Cole Gregory: I know youre right Trin I know you are. But its my mind thats messing with me. Its my first match in Liberty after winning that title, its my first match being just a Liberty talent and its my first time working with Tyson. Its just A lot, thats all.
He turns and faces Trinity now, a smile slowly coming to his face.
Cole Gregory: Thank you for just Being you. You have no clue how much you mean to me.
Trinity smiles and leans up to gently kiss his cheek.
Trinity Locke: For what its worth, Im going to be proud of you regardless. You go out there and you leave it all in the ring, win or lose, nobody can take that away from you.
He leans forward and rests his forehead against hers.
Cole Gregory: Thank you.
RINGSIDE
Suddenly "Ready or Not" by the Fugees blares over the PA system and out walks the new Liberty Champion, Anastasia Hayden! Behind her is her long time friend Isabella Strickland and the two are accompanied to the ring with a sea of boos from the hostile Boston crowd. As promised on Twitter, Anastasia is strolling to the ring in a pair of Timberland
boots to match with the unusual sight of her in a black dress with the Liberty Championship on her shoulder and the NJFC Global Championship around her neck like a scarf. As she steps up onto the apron, Isabella sits on the middle ropes and holds the top rope up as Ana makes her way into the ring.
Stepping to the center of the ring, Ana holds up her hand and index finger before lifting up the Liberty Championship high above her head to some more boos from the Liberty Pro crowd. Isy grabs a microphone from a ring crew member and passes it onto Ana, who has nothing, but a cockiest of grins on her face as she brings the mic up to her lips. But as soon as she opens her mouth, the crowd gets louder, and she continues to smirk, looking back at Isabella and shaking her head. After some time passes, the fans finally settle down and Anastasia begins to speak.
Anastasia Hayden: "And your new Liberty Champion!"
And just like that, the fans are rabid once again, forcing Ana to talk over them.
Anastasia Hayden: "When I signed my contract to Liberty, when I made my debut on November 17th, I had one goal in mind. It wasn't becoming the Liberty Champion, it wasn't beating the 'best' that Liberty Pro has to offer...it was me coming here to RULE Liberty. To let everyone know that I don't need championships to be the best, I don't need to beat anyone to be the best...I just am the best. And quite frankly? There's nothing anyone here can do about that."
Ana seems so proud of herself after the statement, offering a shrug in sympathy.
Anastasia Hayden: "Safe to say, I'm ruling Liberty now. People can try and discredit my winning of the Liberty Championship, but you can't say I didn't warn you. Becky and Melissa knew what I held. If they were able to get out of their own frail egos for more than five minutes, they'd see the world around them, and they would've known that I was ready to strike at any given moment...and that's exactly what I did. You can hate it, you can say whatever, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm still Liberty Champion."
As she says it, Ana holds up the Liberty Championship once more for confirmation that she is indeed still champ.
Anastasia Hayden: "I will do the things that no Liberty Champion before or after me will ever do. I'll defend this belt every single week, I'll go anywhere they want me to, and I'll defend it there too! Because while Becky is playing pretend wrestler in Liberty and Empire or wherever she gets booked before complaining on Twitter, I've got commitments for actual companies. Companies that matter. I'm touring all over Japan with NJFC and KAMIKAZE Pro, I'm touring all over the fucking world with 4CW, so as it stands? You should all be honored that I grace you with my presence week in and week out."
This sets the fans off again and Ana's arrogant smirk dampers down into a cold glare.
Anastasia Hayden: "The moment I stepped foot inside Liberty Pro was the moment you gained the biggest star in professional wrestling today! I don't need likes on Twitter or praise from everyone else to realize that. It doesn't matter what happens online because all that matters is what happens inside these four corners! I'm the best in this ring and on this microphone and there's nothing you motherfuckers in the back can do about it!"
Yelling this out, Ana steps up toward the ropes, looking back at the entranceway.
Anastasia Hayden: "I dare one of you pussies to come on out and step up to me."
But before anyone could even attempt to, she goes back to the center of the ring, and glares back into the camera.
Anastasia Hayden: "Here's the reality for you kiddos in the back. I make Liberty more money than any of you just by being here. I get more people talking about Liberty because of me. So if you get it in your head that you think I'm not the most valuable wrestler here...then throw down the motherfucking gauntlet and I'll pick it right up! Because if you wanna take a shot at the champ, you better not fucking miss! I don't want to fight anyone's bitch ass on Twitter, I'm here to fight them inside a ring."
Ana looks around the arena, pulling more heat from the crowd.
Anastasia Hayden: "My job description isn't to be a social media whore, it's to be the greatest professional wrestler in the world! My brand comes before everything else. These belts? They don't mean a fucking thing to me, but I'll gladly carry these burdens everywhere I go just to know that no one else will hold them because of me. And that...that warms my heart to know. To know that so many of you are going to try...you're going to THINK you've got a chance against Anastasia Hayden. And when all your little buddies on Twitter are making you feel real good inside..."
She looks right into the camera.
Anastasia Hayden: "I'll bring you back to reality by dropping you right on your fucking neck. And that starts tonight as I take down another goon from The Society. When I break Gray Malone's face with my boot and then Becky is more than welcome to get back on Twitter, whine about how I didn't beat her clean, and then issue her rematch, show up next week, and I'll bash her fucking head in too! After that? It's open season. Melissa Reeves can keep ducking me, it can be Cass Baumer, it can be Katie Anderson...it really doesn't fucking matter because every single night when Liberty comes to a close, there's only one person standing tall."
Without another word, Ana flips the microphone out of her hand, and holds up the Liberty Championship once more, taking her time in the center of the ring before making her exit to the back with Isabella Strickland in tow.
MATCH TWO: SINGLES MATCH
Isla Carter vs Kendrick Kross
wrote:
Match Notes:
Carter and Kendrick start off locked up and Kendrick easily overthrows Carter, slamming her down into the mat with a hip toss after pulling her in close against him, he wastes no time in mounting his opponent and dropping several hard rights and lefts to her face, the official having to pull him away. Kendrick looks down at Carter and steps back, waiting for her to get up. Carter finally gets to her feet, pulling herself up with a slightly slow movement.
Kendrick pulls her in for another lock up, backing her up to the ropes he throws his full weight into her before whipping her off the opposite ropes and into a clothesline, but she ducks at the last second, catching her on the bounce back thought Kendrick takes Carter to the mat with a drop toe hold, both opponents getting back to their feet for Carter to eat an elbow to the face swiftly followed by a knee to the gut and a chop to the back of the head that sees her go down once more.
Kendrick gets the rush on her and takes her off the ropes with a scoop slam back to the mat, he pulls her back up and twists her around belly to back, Isla manages to counter her way out before he can land the suplex and goes for a headlock, but Kendrick turns it on her and ties her up into a leg sweep, sending her to the mat where he locks in a triangle choke hold, with nowhere to go, Carter Taos out before she loses consciousness in the ring.
Winner: Kendrick Kross
Finishing Move: Carter Taos
Near Falls: N/A
Match Length: 4:21
Post Match:
Kendrick has his hand raised by the referee but he pulls it away. He celebrates on his own before making a championship sign around his waist, declaring he will be a champion in Liberty soon. He then headed backstage as Isla starts to gain consciousness in the ring.
BACKSTAGE
Katie Anderson is sitting in her dressing room alone she's in her ring gear she sits in a chair, her head down as she wraps her wrists with tape, she slowly looks into the camera.
Melissa Reeves, and Cassandra Baumer two big name in this business. Many wonder what I'm doing in this match, most of you probably think I don't stand a snowflakes chance in hell I know I've hit a dry spell, it happens but every match is another opportunity to prove my detractors wrong, another chance to prove I belong here.
She stands and smirks.
Many if you have probably already counted me out, hell my opponents may have even counted me out, but that's ok. I like playing the role of Dark horse...for those of you who don't know what that means a dark horse is someone who comes out of nowhere to win.
Stands in front of a full length mirror, making adjustments to her hair and ring gear.
I don't like going against my friend, but it was inevitable we're in the same company, but I won't let that affect me in the ring. Cass, Cass is another story I'm really going to enjoy hurting her. This is a big chance for all three of us, unfortunately there can be only one winner...and unfortunately for Mel and Cass it will be me, get ready Ana The Beautiful One is after you.
Camera fades to black.
MATCH THREE: HANDICAP MATCH
Romeo Black vs #TheSociety (Seth Lawless & Trent Grundy)
wrote:
Match Notes:
As The Society discuss who will start its painfully obvious that Romeo Black will be undersized and outgunned during this contest. Romeo is determined to make the most of his underdog status though, yelling across at Lawless and Grundy to get it started. The match gets underway with Grundy standing toe-to-toe with Black. The bigger man looks to lock up but Romeo knows he needs to use his speed to his advantage. Black launches an offense based on quick attacks, using the ropes to propel him towards Grundy, rocking the bigger man and putting him back on his heels. The longer it goes the more momentum Black seems to be building. Finally Grundy tags out to Lawless but the momentum continues and the crowd is roaring as Romeo stuns Seth with his electrifying offense. Romeo manages a near fall before Grundy makes the save by stomping on the back of Blacks head. After a quick double team Grundy tags back in and The Society appears to have the match well in hand. Through a series of quick tags and power moves they begin to beat the fight out of Romeo, leaving him crawling towards his corner in search of a tag that isnt there. As Black reaches out his hand Lawless stomps him between the shoulder blades and laughs, mocking Romeo and telling him to go ahead and make the tag. Each time Romeo reaches out Seth stomps him down to the canvas. On the third attempt Seth raises his leg about to stomp down on Romeos bruised torso only the lights cut out, plunging the arena into darkness. From the corner Romeo was reaching towards two batons illuminate. They glow bright blue, pulsing with electricity as they move in a swirling motion as if guided by an invisible maestro. Lights from camera phones cast a dim hue over the ring and as the batons launch towards Seth it becomes evident theyre being wielded by a catlike silhouette. Lawless does his best to defend himself but hes unable to see in the low light while the mysterious figure seems to have no such difficulty. The batons crackle with electric current as they strike Lawless in rapid succession before he crumples to the canvas in a heap. Grundy races into the darkness to help his partner but meets a similar fate in a blur of blue light and crackles of current. The figure holds both batons over her head and they extinguish. When the arena lights come back up the figure is gone and Romeo Black slowly crawls over to drape his arm across Lawless chest. One two three!!
Black staggers to his feet as the referee holds his hand up in victory but the celebration is short-live as Nathan Callaghan appears on the stage with a microphone in his hand.
Winner: The Society (Seth Lawless & Trent Grundy)
Finishing Move: N/A
Near Falls: Romeo Black (1), #TheSociety (3)
Match Length: 07:51
Post Match:
Nathan Callaghan: Nope. No. Uh uh. First of all Mr. Referee? Whatever the fuck your name is. Youre fired.
The referee looks shocked as he stares up at the stage.
Nathan Callaghan: Thats right fired. So put down Blacks hand and get to stepping. Do not pass Go and kiss your last fucking paycheck goodbye!
The referee lowers his head and slinks from the ring.
Nathan Callaghan: Now to undo this clusterfuck... The winners of this match by DISQUALIFICATION, the team of SETH LAWLESS and TRENT GRUNDY!!
Nathan lowers his microphone and looks towards the ring where neither Lawless or Grundy appear conscious.
Nathan Callaghan: Thats fine, theyll thank me later. As for you Black, it seems your guardian angel has struck again, only this time she got you disqualified AND shes pissed me off. So heres what were going to do if this vigilante wants to continue to appear on MY show then shes going to have to sign a contract. If she appears again before a contract is signed then you sir are fired.
Romeo shakes his head, obviously disagreeing with the decision.
Nathan Callaghan: Hey, Black! Read my fucking lips I dont care if you didnt ask for her help. I dont care if you dont know who she is. All I care about is ending this bullshit. She shows up again without signing a contract youre gone and Ill have her ass arrested. End of story. Now someone tend to the mess in the ring, weve got a wedding tonight and I dont want to keep my beautiful brides waiting because of annoying superhero bullshit.
Nathan drops the mic and walks to the back as medical personnel tend to Grundy and Lawless while Romeo Black exits the ring, talking to himself in frustration.
BACKSTAGE
Honey: US Champion, Honey Smith!
Honey appears wearing some glasses in a little business suit with some business cards tucked in her pocket.
Honey: Hello! I am, like, the contender for the very prestigious US Title of Liberty Pro! Mmhmm! I have lots of plans for the title.
She says patting her binder, the same one she had when she did her GM stint.
Honey: Like, contenders and stuff and lots and lots of US Title plans. I also think I can do other stuff too. Like a Liberty Lucky Draw to find out who is the next two contenders.
Honey abruptly stops and pulls out what looks to be her handwriting showing a schematic of picking two contenders for them to compete and be the new number one contender to face a doodle of Honey with the title, very much like a funko Honey doodle.
Honey: And I can be a proud, tip top champion when I wrestle in other places too! Like, being in New York for GOL and also!!! Maybe doing little matches for..
Honey lists some of the US based CWC territories as she doodles and coloured in their logo.
Honey: Red State and Future of Wrestling and Sixth City Pro and Millennium! Lots and lots and LOTS of places for me to go and seek the best US Wrestlers to test my metal.
Honey narrows her eyes and nods, trying to look intimidating with a straight face.
Honey: But now I want a hotdog
She says in her best, gruff voice looking to the camera and turns to go get herself a hotdog before the match from her favourite cart just outside the building.
MATCH FOUR: SINGLES MATCH
Helena Noir vs Avery Smith
wrote:
Match Notes:
The bell rang and it did not take long for Helena to charge towards Avery, taking her down with a lariat. Avery was quickly back on her feet and as she lunged up towards Helena, she caught her with a Lou Thesz Press. Avery threw a few punches to the side of Helenas head before she picked Helena back up to her feet. Avery whipped Helena into the corner, forcing her to crash against the ropes. Helena slouched in the corner as she attempted to catch her breath and she seemed to be completely winded. Avery charged in after her and attempted a spear, but Helena leapt out of the way causing Avery to connect her shoulder with the steel post instead.
Avery pushed herself from the corner and grabbed onto her shoulder in obvious pain. Helena quickly went on the offensive and took advantage, grabbing Avery by her hair and then delivering several knees into Averys chest before hooking her arm around her head and dropping Avery down with a DDT. Helena attempted a pin, but Avery kicked out before the three count. Helena got back to her feet, momentarily holding up three fingers, telling the referee that was three, until Avery tried to push herself to her feet and recover. Helena noticed and she reverted her attention back to Avery.
She quickly took Avery back down with a running knee to the head. Avery lay on her back and Helena began to drop a flurry over elbows down onto Averys chest. Helena picked a dazed and confused Avery Smith up from the canvas and pushed her into the corner, driving several hard elbow shots into Averys face. Helena then followed this up by delivering a knee to Averys gut before delivering several more. Helena then hit Avery with a running bulldog. She pinned but Avery kicked out. Helena went to pick Avery up but Smith rolled her up and picked up a two count. The two women got back up to their feet and Avery hit Helena with a dropkick to the knee, knocking her down to her knees.
Avery then hit the ropes as Helena got to her feet and Avery took Helena down with a slingblade. Smith pinned but Noir kicked out after two. Avery tried to put Helena in a Fujiwara armbar but Helena shoved her off. Helena got up and sprinted to Avery before leaping in the air and hitting a hanging DDT. Noir pinned Smith and got another two count. Helena started to stalk over Avery when she noticed Venus LeCavalier of Empire Pro walking down towards ringside with her tranq gun in her hand. Helena went towards the ropes to yell at Venus and didnt notice the recovering Avery. Avery grabbed Helena from behind and hit her with Endgame (Wrist lock). Avery pinned helena and picked up the three count and the win.
Winner: Avery Smith
Finishing Move: Endgame
Near Falls: Helena (3), Avery (3)
Match Length: 09:51
Post Match:
Avery is announced the winner but she continues her assault, stomping on Helena over and over again. It doesnt take long for Venus to slide into the ring but before Avery could even turn her attention towards Venus, Venus fires the tranquilizer gun and a tranq dart goes right into Averys arm. Avery soon passes out and drops to the ground and Venus grins. LeCavalier notices Helena stirring and she decides to help the CanAm Champion up to her feet but it doesnt take long for The North Star to turn on Helena as she grabs her and nails her with Killer Queen, Act II (Spinning Unprettier). Venus then grabs the CanAm Championship and raises it up in the air over Helenas body with an evil grin on her face. Venus then drops the belt on Helena and walks away.
BACKSTAGE
The scene opens up backstage with Lizzy Taylor pacing back and forth, dressed in action with the Liberty United States Championship draped over her shoulder. She stops suddenly and glares into the camera lens.
Lizzy Taylor: Ya know whats annoying loves? Being put through two nights of hell only to ave people spit in your face. Being rewarded with something shiny and new only to ave people compare it to old and dusty relics. In fact, it doesnt even exist anymore as theyve changed it to the CWC United Kingdom Championship. Funny ow for all of her defending of it being the CWC US Championship, she hasnt complained about the name change. Kaelan took it the hardest when I was named Libertys United States Champion and when I tried to reason with her, she accused me of kissing her arse. Now I know shes used to that bloke AJ Morales and Sam Tolson getting on their knees to worship her, but not ere sunshine. In fact, with the little name change you all just proved me point .that no one would reject a championship, no matter the name, thats awarded to them. Now Im sure there will be no one coming out of the woodwork with apologies, Im sure you will all happily continue to try and compare my reign to Kaelans...go for it. Guaranteed mine will ave less bitching behind it.
With a smirk, Lizzy shrugs.
Lizzy Taylor: And it all starts tonight. See Cass Baumer tucked her tail between her legs and scattered off claiming that her shit talking to me was pre-match banter which is expected of us all on the twitter. Nope. I for one have no issues with Honey. She seems sweet .
Lizzy comically bounces her eyebrows at the camera and a pun which is quite possibly, overdone.
Lizzy Taylor: So I havent felt the need to talk crap to her at all. In fact its a little refreshing to be able to go out there to the ring and ave a match that isnt so full of hate. Youll learn one day Cass that its not all about egos and hatred to make a name for yourself. Two people can absolutely go to the ring and ave a respectful match that is still entertaining to the fans. Why dont you sit back and watch ow two pros do it, youll absolutely learn a thing or twelve.
And with that, Lizzy walks off as the scene fades.
MATCH FIVE: TAG TEAM MATCH
Emily Jackson & Finn Brady vs Rylee McKenzi & Felix Vialpando
wrote:
Match Notes:
Rylee and Jackson kick things off in this tag match. The two tie up in the center of the ring, vying for power, but its Jackson who manages to get the upper hand, pushing Rylee to the neutral corner. McKenzi shoves her away and as Emily comes back, Rylee throws a savage slap right across her face! Emily retreats, tagging in Finn Brady.
Brady rushes Rylee, who dodges him, diving to the corner to slap Felixs hand. Vialpando steps into the ring, sneering at Finn. Finn immediately goes on the attack, but Felix takes him down with a hurricanrana. He immediately goes on the attack, mounting Finn and raining punches on the defenseless Brady before the referee has to pull him away. Felix retreats, allowing Finn a chance to get to his feet. Felix races to the ropes, springboarding and coming back. He catches Finns head, driving him to the mat with a swinging DDT. He goes for the quick cover kickout at two!
Vialpando shakes his head, rolling back to a standing position. He stalks Finn, waiting for him to get to his feet. Finn slowly gets to a standing position. Felix charges Superman punch! Finn hits the mat like a sack of potatoes. Vialpando is feeling it! He retreats to the corner, climbing to the top rope, measuring Finn up for the Birds Eye View. Rylee slaps his ass, tagging herself in. Felix rears on her, looking furious. The two argue in the corner for a moment, the referee ordering Felix to get out of the ring. Finn slowly stirs. Rylee shoves Felix aside, vaulting herself over the top rope and taking Brady down with a sunset flip! She goes for the pin! One two three!
Winner: Rylee McKenzi & Felix Vialpando
Finishing Move: Sunset Flip
Near Falls: Rylee (1) Felix (1) Finn (0), Emily (0)
Match Length: 05:54
Post Match:
Before Rylee can even celebrate the win, Felix comes into the ring with a chair and he cracks Rylee in the back with it. He slams her with it a few more times before throwing it off to the side. Vialpando then grabs his notepad and he writes down some notes while shaking his head. He then scoffs and walks away and the scene cuts to the backstage area.
BACKSTAGE
Backstage now and Tim Anderson walks along a corridor and rounds a corner. Ahead lies a locker room door and, as he gets closer, its clear that the door says MELISSA REEVES.
Tim gives the door a knock and steps back. The door opens and out steps Melissa, wearing her ring gear and ready to battle. She looks at him, then at the camera.
Tim: Melissa, I was hoping tha-
Melissa: That you could get a word? That I might stand here and put on display my thoughts about tonight? My hopes, my dreams, my feelings?
She scoffs.
Melissa: Why would I do that? All those words mean nothing. What matters, Tim, is what I do out there, in the ring.
Tim: Yes, but-
She shakes her head and shushes him.
Melissa: The fans want to hear it? No, what the fans want is me out there, kicking ass. So if you dont mind
Without waiting for a response, she brushes past him and heads off. Apparently shes in no mood to chat but is most certainly in the mood to fight.
MATCH SIX: #1 CONTENDER FOR THE US CHAMPIONSHIP
Trey Peterson vs Isabella Strickland W/Anastasia Hayden
wrote:
Match Notes:
As Isabella Strickland is halfway through the ropes following her entrance when Trey Peterson jumps her right away, knowing hes going to have his hands full with the Liberty Champion, Ana Hayden, being ringside. Peterson gets Strickland hung up in the ropes and he takes her down to the mat with a DDT! The referee tells Trey to back up and once he does, Isabella is given some time to recover, and once shes kneeling, the bell rings and Peterson tries to end this one early, going for Game Changer (Handspring Over Head neckbreaker) but Isabella catches him in midair, showing off her strength. She counters with The End Is Extremely Fing Nigh (Bridging German Suplex). Isabella holds onto the bridge and the referee counts but Trey kicks out before the three and he gets back up to his feet quickly, falling back into the corner. As he does so, Isabella taps her knee and takes off toward Trey in the corner, looking for her bicycle knee, but Peterson jumps out of the corner with a Lou Thesz press.
When the two wrestlers get back on their feet, they pick up where they left off and its an absolute brawl. A spinning backfist by Strickland catches Peterson flush and she tries to take off toward the ropes, but Trey pulls her back in by her tights and hits an inverted DDT! Hes not done as he drags Strickland right back up to her feet and he nails her with a Float Over Northern Lights Suplex and pins Isabella but she manages to kick out after two. Kicking out just in time, Isabella escapes a loss, but Trey doesnt let up as he just starts stomping down on Strickland. Anastasia Hayden jumps up on the apron and she distracts Trey, giving Isabella some time to breathe. Ana jumps off of the apron and Isabella rolls up Trey from behind and grabs his tights but Peterson manages to kick out just before three. The two get back up and Peterson tries to grab Isabella but Strickland drives her elbow into the side of Treys head. A couple more blows to the head forces Trey to put Isy down and she as soon as she lands on her feet, she plants a boot into Petersons midsection. He doubles over and that allows for Strickland to lift him up in a suplex position, looking for Lady Death, but its his turn to drive his knee down and knock Isabella in the head.
Isabella drops Trey and he lands behind her before he springboards off of the ropes, hitting Game Changer (Handspring Over Head neckbreaker). Trey pins Isy but Ana grabs Isabellas foot and places it on the ropes BUT NO! The referee sees it! The referee yells to the Liberty Champion to go to the back. Ana cant believe shes being treated in such a manner but she scoffs and walks off. Isabella quickly grabs Trey from behind and pulls his tights as she pins him but he kicks out after two. Trey then counters and rolls Isabella up, grabbing her tights and the referee counts to three and Trey gets away with holding the tights.
Winner: Trey Peterson
Finishing Move: Roll Up
Near Falls: Trey (4), Isy (3)
Match Length: 12:28
Post Match:
Trey is announced the winner and new US Championship number one contender. He gets up but when the referee tries to raise his hand, he quickly pulls it away and rolls out of the ring as he sees Ana running down to the ring. Ana slides in and she stands there with Isy as the two trash talk Trey.
RECORDED EARLIER...
The loud booming echo of thunder rolls in, the dark clouds above. Where there was once bright flowers by the dozens, now is an empty and barren field. Theres a short clip of Cole Gregory and Warren Corbett falling from the turnbuckle and crashing through the table down below. Another loud BOOM of thunder. A sped up clip of Tyson Gregory showing up in Liberty, attacking Becky, followed by Ana Hayden getting a quick win on the new champion, Becky Balfour. And still, another loud boom.
Warren Corbett: They say that April showers bring May flowers
Slow at first, the sound of light droplets can be heard, but within seconds, the rain becomes heavier and louder, until it appears to be pouring.
Warren Corbett: Its supposed to remind you that your dismay of your current state will soon pass, and all thats going to be left is the beauty of flowers. It was the MADNESS of March that brought on these April showers, left us in the rain once again. I held the Anarchy Championship for months, I defended it over ten times total...Warren Corbett IS Anarchy. On the other hand, Becky has single-handedly revolutionized the Liberty Championship. An unprecedented three reigns. Both of these accomplishments, rained down upon...by the Gregorys.
The camera focuses in on a grouping of trees, the almost dead branches linking together and almost creating coverage for the two members of #TheSociety. Becky and Warren both dressed in black #TheSociety hoodies, the CWC Tag Team belts on their shoulders.
Warren Corbett: We may be out in the rain now, left out in the cold, but you didnt take everything from us. We still remain the most successful CWC World Tag Team Champions, and now you two want to come at us again. You want to continue taking what we rightfully earned. No more. #TheSociety isnt going to let the pair of you get under our skin again.
Warren seems almost in a trance, reaching out and touching the raindrops, letting them drip through his fingers.
Warren Corbett: Ill be the first to admit, it was pure madness. Cole winning the Anarchy Championship, Tyson costing Becky the Liberty Championship. But when you look back at the events that played out, how do they look? With the rain washing away that madness, how do these two individuals look? Because it looked to me like I was the one that eliminated Nora Lee, and it looked to me like Cole simply happened to land with his arm on me out of luck. It looked to me like Tyson banked on the coverage of the Followers, and went after the biggest target in Liberty. But what happens when thats stripped away. The game is different this time, we know who were standing across the ring from, we see you.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Do we ever see you.
Becky rolls up the sleeves of her hoodie and sticks her arm out into the pouring rain, allowing it to run down her pale arm.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Tyson and Cole, two men sharing the same last name. Family, apparently. Two men that plan on reaping the rewards of the Madness they created. But the question remains, are they truly ready? Despite sharing the same blood, are they truly the family that we say we are?
Becky looks at Warren who simply shakes his head slowly. Becky rolls her sleeve back down and cuddles her arm around herself.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: How many matches have Tyson and Gregory wrestled together? How many of those matches have they won? How many tag team championships have they held? The sad thing is? They are coming into this match with heads bigger than their hunger. Their ego bigger than their stomachs. We have never let our success render us complacent. Were traveling the world to defend these.
Becky smacks the championship on her shoulder.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: So Liberty? Against the Gregorys...should we fear? We have already come to the conclusion that there is no Liberty or Justice for #TheSociety. Nathan Callaghan has gifted this opportunity to Tyson in his first official night in the company. Callaghan has claimed to own us, but #TheSociety? Weve owned EVERYONE weve defended these titles against.
Becky looks at Warren.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Fame hasnt changed us. If anything, it has made us more aggressive in our pursuit of a better existence for those that Follow Us. Tyson Gregory has always been out for himself. A leader to none. Selfish for his own causes. Tonight is his moment. Hes going to walk into our home, and take what we covet most, professionally. At least thats what hes thinking, but were going to make sure we send a message of our own. Warren
Warren Corbett: #TheSociety have always been the kind of people that werent going to wait for May. We couldnt, we werent allowed to. Because if we did, if we waited around for the world to give us our justice, then we would have been waiting for ages. We were forced to make our own opportunities, forced to grow our own flowers.
From his pocket he pulled a single dead flower, usually seen by Becky herself.
Warren Corbett: You may think that gunning for #TheSociety is whats going to get you your flowers, gents. You aimed directly at the best in Liberty Pro, and you didnt miss. But you failed to learn the lesson that so many others have learned before you. Vitor Mata...Coda...Melissa Reeves.
He put out fingers like he was counting, but didnt bother mentioning any more names, the raindrops now getting into his eyes. He didnt seem to care.
Warren Corbett: Together, weve stood by each other, and together, weve rid ourselves of nearly every individual trying to bring us down. The truth is that weve lived in the rain for far too long, were used to it. So many people probably expect us to crumble, but isnt this when you think wed thrive? Thrown back down into the dirt where you THINK we belong. If anything, weve had to fight and claw just to get here, and were ready to go even further for what we believe, what we stand for.
Warren stood up straight, crushing the already dead flower in his hand.
Warren Corbett: Weve been fighting our entire lives, what makes you think wed just roll over and give up now?
Becky holds her hand out and opens it as Warren drops the dead flower into Beckys palm.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: The fight will never end. The message will never be silenced. If we are YOUR dead flowers, then we will continue to show you why the dead will always rise until you bury us.
She looks at the flower and drops it to the wet ground, opting not to bury it.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Its a good thing weve never feared the rain.
Becky and Warren link arms and walk out from under the tree, into the pouring rain as the camera fogs up until the two are no longer visible as the scene fades out.
BACKSTAGE
Backstage, Rylee McKenzi is clearly not happy with Felixs actions after her match, storming her way through the hallway, she shoves aside a production assistant and slams them into a stack of steel chairs, as the chairs crash to the floor, so does the worker, who cries out with pain on impact, Rylee scoffs and looks to walk away when she notices the camera, storming up to it.
Rylee McKenzi: I Told you Id rather team with a fucking panda, you all saw that shit out there, little pretty boy couldnt stand not getting the W all for himself, so he had to go and attack me like a frightened little bitch.
Rylee scoffs and shakes her head, her hands clenched in fists at her sides.
Rylee McKenzi: You have NO idea the mistake you just made out there tonight Felix, you are a fucking marked man and you should thank your lucky stars I got places I would rather be than back here looking for your dorky little face to smash in, because let me assure you that if it came down to it, right now, toe to toe, youd be on your ass and crying for your mummy faster than it takes for you to like every damn ass pic you see on twitter.
Rylee scoffs and shakes her head.
Rylee McKenzi: Seriously though, you need to get fucking laid, not just because you actually look like youre one wet dream away from needing new bed sheets, but because nobody wants to die a virgin Felix and when I finally get my hands on you? Youre a fucking DEAD MAN!
Rylee shoves the camera man out of the way as she storms off down the hall.
MATCH SEVEN: US CHAMPIONSHIP
Lizzy Taylor vs Honey
wrote:
Match Notes:
The match for the United States Championship is a technical battle right from the start as Lizzy Taylor gets Honey in a collar-and-elbow tie up early on. Taylor transitions it into a hammerlock, pinning Honeys arm behind her back. She wrenches Honeys arm for a few seconds before spinning her around for a snapmare. With her opponent in a seated position, Lizzy connects with a dropkick to Honeys upper back and neck. Taking a step toward Honey, Taylor looks to pick her up, but Honey surprises her by swiping Lizzys feet from underneath her. A quick pin attempt barely gets a one count for Honey, but she doesnt let up as she tries for a roll-up and again gets a one count.
Both women get up to their feet at the same time and Honey catches Lizzy with an arm drag, but Taylor rolls back up and gets Honey with her own arm drag. A high angled dropkick puts Honey back down onto the mat and Taylor slowly takes over the match. Lizzy starts working on Honeys legs as she applies a figure-four in the center of the ring, but its not applied too tightly as Honey manages to kick herself free. Honey tries to get back at Lizzy with a clothesline, but Taylor goes underneath it and gets behind Honey with a dropkick to the back of her knees. Rolling backwards, Lizzy drops Honey to the canvas with a DDT. Rolling Honey over, Taylor hooks the legs for a pin attempt but Honey manages to kick out after two.
Lizzy tries picking Honey up, but gets a shot to the abdomen instead. A second shot allows Honey to create some space, but Taylor stops her momentum with a forearm to the side of Honeys head. A European uppercut knocks Honey back into the ropes, but she catches herself as she falls back and returns by hitting Honey's Ultimagic (Jumping Spike DDT transitioned into a Guillotine Choke with her legs wrapped around the body) from out of nowhere. Honey holds Lizzy in the guillotine choke as Taylor struggles towards the ropes. It looks as if Lizzy is going to tap out but she finally finds an escape by propping her legs up to roll Honey back onto her shoulders in a pinning predicament!
Lizzy gets the two count but Honey is able to kick out, as she has to release the hold before the referee hits the mat a third time. Taking a brief moment to catch her breath proves to be dangerous for Lizzy as she almost gets caught in another Honey Ultimagic but this time she scrambles her way out of it and flips Honey over, locking in her sharpshooter! Taylor wrenches in the leg lock and Honey tries to get out of it! Honey starts dragging herself over to the ropes and just as shes about to reach them, Taylor drags Honey right back to the center of the ring and re-applies the sharpshooter! Honey manages to hold on as she drags herself to the ropes again, this time grabbing them. The referee orders Lizzy to let go but she refuses. The referee counts to four and Lizzy finally lets go. Lizzy wastes no time as she picks Honey up and whips her into the corner before grabbing her and hitting her with Direct Hit (Dudebuster DDT). Lizzy pins Honey and gets the three count and the win.
Winner: Lizzy Taylor
Finishing Move: Direct Hit
Near Falls: Lizzy Taylor (2), Honey (2)
Match Length: 13:34
Post Match:
The bell rings and Lizzy Taylor is handed her US Championship. With a smile on her face, Lizzy holds the belt up in the air but she gets confused as the fans start to go wild with boos. As Lizzy turns around, shes clobbered in the face by a chair with a man dressed in black jeans and a black hoodie with the hoodie up. The man stands over the fallen US Champion before dropping the chair to the side and then pulling the hoodie down and WAIT ITS NONE OTHER THAN NERIAH HOLST! The final SWA Champion! Neriah smirks before he grabs the US Championship and raises it in the air over Lizzy Taylor, yelling out, Yo! This is gonna be my belt soon! Neriah then notices Honey in the corner of his eye and as Honey goes to charge him, Neriah counters by smashing the US Championship in her face. Neriah laughs before dropping the belt in the middle of the ring and exiting, leaving the fans in shock.
BACKSTAGE
Helena Noir left her locker slamming the door. Looking like thunder, she walked the hallway with a fast and steady pace, dragging her gym bag on the floor. On her way to the emergency exit, she found Tim Armstrong staying on her way, but she didnt seem to notice him, passing in front of him carelessly. Or, most likely, she deliberately ignored him-
Tim Armstrong: Helena?
Helena Noir: Not tonight Tim
She said, without even deeming him worth a look. The backstage interviewer didnt give up though and literally stood in her way. Something that surprised the CanAm champion, especially if we consider Tim has always been somewhat intimidated by Helena, during their previous meetings.
Helena Noir: Not. Tonight. Tim.
She spelled out those words, to make sure hed get them this time.
Tim Armstrong: Actually Im not here for an interview. Youd miss the wedding if you leave now
That was enough to stop her on her tracks. Dropping the bag, she slowly turned to him with a cold stare.
Helena Noir: Seriously? After what just happened do you really think Im in the mood to attend this wedding? Im not a social butterfly, and I couldnt care less of my boss personal life. Dont get me wrong, Im happy for them and I extend them my best wishes But I need to get out of here, before I punch someone
Tim gulped, taking this as a not-so veiled threat.
Tim Armstrong: Uh Im not gonna stop you, Im just saying that mister Callaghan would be very disappointed .
Whatever point he was trying to make, Helena cut him short.
Helena Noir: You wanna know what is disappointing, Tim? When you try your best to be a fighting Champion, when you say, time and time again that you will accept any and every challenge from both company, that you have no problems in defending it on Thursday in Toronto and on Saturday in New York and people keep jumping on you just to prove a point. Its frustrating even
Its a different side of her personality the one transpiring from her words.
Helena Noir: Im a wrestler, Tim. I come to the show, beat someone up -or die trying- and leave. Youll never see me attack someone after the bell rings just for the hell of it.
And damn sure youll never see me using a tranquilizer gun on a colleague.
Its getting ridiculous Tim.
I remember when this sport was about two people fighting, when it was all about to prove that youre the best. When there was respect.
She paused for a moment.
Helena Noir: This sensationalism at any cost, this desperate need to impress and shock just to be relevant is the ruin of this generation of wrestlers. They want everything, and they want it now.
Take a look at Venus.
She already earned herself the right to challenge me. So what was this about? What point she was trying to make? Should I be impressed, or scared, or even worried now?
Shaking her head vehemently, Helena raised the tone of her voice.
Helena Noir: No, what I really am is pissed off. And let me tell you, this is NOT how you wanted me to be before our match.
As for you, Avery, congratulations, you now have one over the champion. Lets not quibble on how you got it but, please to me and enjoy your fifteen minutes or fame, till they last. Like they say, every dog has his day
She cracked a smile.
Helena Noir: You wanted my attention, ladies? Now you got it.
Picking up her bag, she left the Arena.
MATCH EIGHT: CWC WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
#TheSociety (Warren Corbett & Becky Balfour) vs Tyson Gregory & Cole Gregory
wrote:
Match Notes:
Becky and Cole start the CWC World Tag Team Championship match off with Becky pointing to Tyson saying 'I want him'. Cole shrugs and then goes over and tags Tyson is. The decorated multi time champion enters the ring officially for the first time in Liberty and walks towards Becky, only for Becky to back track to her corner. Becky tags in Warren. As Warren enters, he charges towards Tyson who counters the former Anarchy champion's momentum, hitting a high back body drop. Becky acts as if she's going to enter the ring to attack Tyson but Gregory cuts her off, freezing Becky onto the apron. The temporary distraction is enough to give Warren time to recover. Corbett clubs Gregory in the back and then grabs the young veteran, hitting a T-bone suplex. Warren shouts out aggressively as Becky claps on the ring apron.
Warren works over Tyson with a few stomps as Gregory attempts to cover up. Warren drags Tyson over to the corner and tags in Becky. Warren holds Tyson's arms behind his back and Becky hits three consecutive stomps to the midsection of Gregory. As Tyson bends over, Becky leans her head down and begins biting the ear of Gregory, prompting the referee to interject and warn Becky about her dirty tactic. With a smile on her face, she approaches Tyson again, but this time he's ready for her. Tyson reacts with a snap spinebuster, driving the voice of #TheSociety into the mat aggressively. He goes for a pin and picks up a two count.
Tyson maintains control of the match by applying a seated headlock to the smaller Balfour, who stretches her legs out towards the ropes but is unable to reach them with her feet. The hold begins wearing Becky down until Warren enters the ring and delivers a kick to Tyson's back which forces him to break the hold. Becky uses this to her advantage as she crawls to the corner and makes a tag. At the same time across the ring, Tyson makes the tag to the fresh Anarchy champion, Cole Gregory!
The 6'2'' champion springboards over the top rope and hits a charging Warren with a shoulder. Cole then runs over and tags Becky in the face, knocking her off the apron and into the arms of a few Followers. As chaos begins to ensue, Cole measures up Warren as he slowly stands. Cole connects with the Cole-Lateral Damage (Springboard roundhouse) and goes for the cover but the referee is distracted by Gray Malone who has made his way ringside. As Malone shouts at the official, Cole breaks the pin to turn his attention to Malone. Tyson meanwhile is up and runs across the ring towards Gray, who runs up the entrance way, leaving Tyson to give chase. With the referee still watching Tyson chase Gray, from the crowd emerges Trent Grundy. He slides into the ring and hits a big boot to Cole, dropping him. Grundy slides out of the ring as the referee turns around to see Warren drop Cole with The Battle Axe (High Impact Spinebuster). Warren makes the pin and gets the three count, retaining the tag team championships for #TheSociety.
Winner: #TheSociety
Finishing Move: The Battle Ax
Near Falls: Tyson (2), Cole (1), Becky (1), Warren (1)
Match Length: 15:51
Post Match:
With Cole Gregory down and out on the mat, Seth Lawless has now joined the rest of #TheSociety at ringside. Seth, Trent, Gray, and Warren all begin stomping the helpless Cole until Tyson re-emerges from the backstage area. Tyson hits the ring and drops Trent with a punch. Warren turns to Tyson and swings but Tyson blocks it and drops him as well. Seth and Gray each eat a shot from Tyson next until Becky slides into the ring and delivers a brutal chair shot that brings Tyson to his knees in pain. Becky then delivers a second chair shot to Tyson, dropping him face first onto the mat as the fans boo as Becky puts a boot on his back, laughing as we cut to commercial break.
BACKSTAGE
Cass Baumer: So this is it, huh? Number one contender match for the chance to compete for the Liberty Championship.
Sitting alone in catering, Cass Baumer was given a large girth as she casually picked at her food all the while. One pretzel at a time, several of her other co-workers made sure to keep their distance from the notorious rumormonger but she kept her eyes forward and never quit saying what she wanted to say.
Cass Baumer: Got a $100,000 cash prize for my performance in the Liberty Pro March Madness tournament with the addition of a guaranteed title shot at the Trials Championship or the Gotham Championship whenever and wherever I see fit. That's quite the reward, huh? I suppose Nathan Callaghan was impressed by the performance so much that I got this chance to carry the whole of Liberty Pro on my shoulders and to be one hundred with all of you? It's not a chance I'm taking lightly by any means.
She stuffed another pretzel in her mouth and swallowed it down with the assistance of a couple chugs of her water bottle. Pretzel shards swam aimlessly inside the bottle but she paid it no mind.
Cass Baumer: Am I happy I wasn't able to defeat Lizzy Taylor, though? Nah. Not at all. Earning the Liberty Pro US Championship would have felt like the sweet redemption I've been searching for ever since the lackluster CW US Championship run I called my own but I suppose semantics don't matter much. I got rewarded handsomely and tonight is all I've got on mind right now.
The Headliner sits up straight as she eyes her contemporaries eating their own food amongst themselves, talking to each other while ignoring the originator of the Baumer Report's words.
Cass Baumer: You know the thing about Katie Anderson? She keeps saying she doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell at winning this bout but she's gonna try her best! She's gonna train her heart out and be the role model the daughters and the kid sisters of the world can learn to emulate one day! Isn't that just the most delightful story you've ever heard?!
Cass smiled wide with her extended index fingers on her dimples, emphasising the cutesy nature of the whole ordeal with her high pitched voice.
Her smile vanished and her hands dropped back down to the table in one sudden movement. It was replaced with a scowl.
Cass Baumer: And you thought I was fake?
She laughed and took a bite of another one of those small pretzels scattered on her white plate in front of her.
Cass Baumer: This sport was built on the burial grounds of people trying their best. People forget the hundreds of thousands of people who wanted to be in Katie Anderson's shoes right now but for whatever reason, their best wasn't good enough to even be signed by a major promotion. So what makes Katie Anderson different than all those talented men and women who desperately tried their best to even get a taste of that spotlight? What does Katie Anderson have that those people don't?!
The Sensational One's voice took a serious turn in its inflection.
Cass Baumer: Honestly... I don't know the answer. I thought it was charisma, The 'it' factor people like me and Melissa Reeves possess in spades but then you got Katie Anderson who's got as much charisma as a cardboard cutout of Caleb Houston at a fan event that Lauren Parker convinced Caleb to go to instead of to his match for the Empire Pro Extreme Championship against Katie Anderson herself.
Cass' biting commentary continued.
Cass Baumer: You think if Katie Anderson fought one of those talented people who trained for years of their lives with so much dedication and so much commitment to the craft that they sacrificed their own bodies for an unreachable dream everybody told them would be easy to reach, she'd be able to come out on top? You think fighting against the lost generation of fighters who never got their shot, Katie Anderson would even come CLOSE to prevailing?
She shook her head.
Cass Baumer: Nah! Luck brought her here and that's it. She's talented but no more talented than anyone else who tried to get here and if she tries to tell you otherwise, she's full of shit. So let her try her best. Let her give it her all out there. We all know what she needs to come out the winner and that's a mountain of luck she doesn't have so she might as well just admit defeat right now and walk away so someone more deserving can take her spot in this match instead.
She smirked and took another bite of her food.
Cass Baumer: Are you watching, Sam? Yes. You. Sam Tolson.
Cass waved mockingly.
Cass Baumer: You hold me to this standard where I'm not allowed to break the rules even slightly to redeem myself in your eyes but Katie can happily be apart of #TeamLauren and cheat her way into an Extreme Championship reign and that's alight because she's the one who's tunnel you penetrate with a strapon every night. She cheats to get everything she's ever called her own and yet there you are... claiming you've got this whole tragic backstory about how cheating during matches makes you so upset you're willing to attack me after a fuckin' match 'cause you're bitter when it's you who's the victim but when your newlywed wife does the same goddamn thing, you'd rather ravage her in one of your many dungeons to congratulate her for not just doing the same exact thing I woulda done but doing shit much worse!
She shook her head once again, disappointed.
Cass Baumer: I thought the two of you were supposed to be role models, paragons of virtue, but as far as I'm concerned, the only thing the two of you care about is stroking your own egos. And don't give me that 'Caleb screwed Caleb' propaganda either. You might as well be Info Wars' Alex Jones if you wanna blame the victim.
She paused and shifted her attention to her other opponent of the night.
Cass Baumer: And you wanna know the one thing Melissa Reeves cares about?
Cass grinned.
Cass Baumer: Championships.
Shrugging, The Headliner chuckled.
Cass Baumer: Everybody knows I still woulda had the shot at the Vengeance Pro Undisputed Championship I rightfully earned if I wasn't unceremoniously ripped from the roster but yet I still needed to watch Melissa constantly tweet about how she'll walk into the arena with the gold and walk out the same way she came 'cause I'm not there to cash in my opportunity to take it from her! And she did the same for the Liberty Championship, constantly retweeting her own predictions just to rub it in everyone's face and when she lost the championship to Becky Balfour-Lawless a woman who couldn't even survive 20 seconds against Anastasia Hayden in her first defense or beat Melissa clean in the span of eight matches I smiled.
Cass grinned deviously once again.
Cass Baumer: I smiled 'cause I wouldn't have to see her smugly and arrogantly claiming she was the best damn fighter in all of Liberty Pro and all that shit. She thought she was the greatest thing who ever called CWC her home 'cause she held up two federations but I was never given the chance to take her down. I was never given the opportunity I rightfully earned but now that Nathan Callaghan has control of the booking, I've got it! I've got the opportunity to beat Melissa Reeves and Katie Anderson in a triple threat match and go on to claim my spot at the top I shoulda been given back in 2017!
She wasn't done.
Cass Baumer: So remember this night. Remember the night I finally took every brick you threw at me and made a castle out of it! Remember the day I beat Melissa Reeves and Katie Anderson all in one night and once it's over... once I got a spot at the top of the card for the biggest prize in all of Liberty Pro... Feel free to @ me. @devilmaycass. I can't wait to see your hatred for me when that storybook ending of Melissa reclaiming her spot at the top just ends in disappointment!
She took another pretzel, stuffed it in her mouth, and stood on top of the table for every one of her co-workers to watch. Dramatically, she spread out her arms and shouted her words at everyone watching.
Cass Baumer: YOU AIN'T SHIT COMPARED TO ME!!
She pointed to all of them and then to herself as she shouted with intensity.
Cass Baumer: ALL THE ATTENTION LIBERTY PRO'S BEEN GETTING LATELY? IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF ME! NATHAN CALLAGHAN SIGNED THE CONTRACT BECAUSE HE KNOWS EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THIS COMMUNITY KNOWS WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO! HE KNOWS I'M ELEVATING LIBERTY PRO'S VIEWERSHIP FAR BEYOND WHAT YOU ALL WERE ABLE TO ACHIEVE SO I EXPECT A THANK YOU WHEN I BECOME LIBERTY CHAMPION AND FINALLY MAKE THIS SHOW WATCHABLE AGAIN!
Cass' voice was loud and obnoxious but she managed to get each and every co-worker in the room to look in her direction. She started walking forward, stepping between everybody's food as she traveled down the length of the long catering table that stretched from one side of the room to the other.
Cass Baumer: MAYBE I'LL CASH IN ON THE TRIALS CHAMPIONSHIP OR THE GOTHAM CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE SAME NIGHT I BECOME LIBERTY CHAMPION! NONE OF YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE THOSE CHAMPIONSHIPS RELEVANT SO I MIGHT AS WELL DO YOU ALL A FAVOR OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF MY HEART!
She hopped off the catering table and grabbed a handful of her pretzels. She stuffed them in her mouth and took a swing of her water before finally settling to take the plate itself. She walked back to her locker room with the plate of pretzels balanced on one hand and the water bottle in the other, spilling crumbs and slashes of water behind her as she continued to enjoy her meal in her locker room instead.
MATCH NINE: #1 CONTENDER FOR THE LIBERTY CHAMPIONSHIP
Melissa Reeves vs Cass Baumer vs Katie Anderson

Match Notes:
The bell rang to begin this triple threat match for the number one contendership for the Liberty Championship. Cass Baumer stood in a corner and across from her in a corner was Melissa Reeves, and in the corner opposite Reeves was Katie Anderson. Cass with her Baumer report has made a lot of enemies, so it made a lot of sense when bother Reeves and Katie both had their eyes on Cass. Cass shows her smarts off as she she stepped out onto the ring apron, prompting a round of jeers from the Boston crowd. Reeves looked to get Cass in the ring and walked towards her but Katie Anderson took Melissa out with a surprise clothesline. Cass took the opportunity to slowly climb back into the ring, but Katie saw her coming and dropped Cass with a dropkick and Baumer rolled to the floor to regroup.
With The Headliner momentarily out of the picture, Katie and Melissa tied up again and this time, the former Liberty Champion, Melissa Reeves, pulled Katie into a headlock. Anderson immediately pushed her off and into the ropes and hit a spinebuster as she returned to her. Anderson went for a cover and only picked up a one count. Cass had slid back into the ring and as Katie stood to her feet, she was grabbed by Baumer and taken down with a picture perfect russian leg sweep. Baumer then turned her attention to Melissa who was slowly getting up. Cass measured her and connected with a running dropkick to the side of Melissas head as she was getting up. She tried to steal a quick victory but only managed a two count.
Cass watched as both of Katie and Mel rose to their feet. Katie went for a straight punch to the side of her face but Cass dropped and Katie connected with Melissa, knocking her down. Cass laughed and put a finger to her head to show off her smarts, only to turn around and be knocked down by the same right hand from Katie Anderson. Melissa was back on her feet and spun Katie around to face her. She grabbed the back of her head and fell backwards towards the mat, holding one foot up, driving Katies face into her boot with tremendous impact. Cass meanwhile had pulled herself up in the corner but Melissa ran towards her and jumped up, hitting a corner dropkick that sent Cass to the mat. Reeves looked around at the fans, but turned her focus back to the creator of the Baumer Report quickly as she scaled to the top turnbuckle. With Cass down in perfect position for it, Melissa hit the Death From Above shooting star press and the fans could sense victory as the referee dropped down and made a count, but Katie Anderson broke the pin up at two.
Cass rolled out of the ring as Melissa and Katie began arguing with each other and Katie slapped Melissa in the face. Melissa then shoved Katie hard, knocking her down to the canvas. Katie quickly got back up to her feet and she was steaming with anger before she went for a right hook to the face that Melissa managed to avoid, spinning Katie around and rolling her up picking up a very deep two count. Melissa remained focused as she stood back up, waiting for Katie. Reeves went for a clothesline that Anderson ducked, before hooking her arms around Melissa and sending her to the mat with a german suplex. Katie began to scream at Melissa before yelling at the crowd, who were now booing her. Melissa began climbing to her feet and Katie hit her with a knee to the gut before dropping her with a piledriver. Anderson pinned Reeves but Melissa kicked out after two.
As Katie rose to her knees, frustrated that she couldnt finish the match with that last move, Cass slid back into the ring. She hurried up to Anderson and dropped her with a lightning quick snap DDT and went for a cover, picking up a two count. Meanwhile, Melissa Reeves was still down on the mat, attempting to recover and Cass went for a cover on her, again only getting a two count and Baumer looked clearly frustrated as she argued with the referee from her knees. Finally, she stood back up and hit a standing moonsault on Reeves, but Anderson was right there to greet Cass as she stood back up, connecting with a superkick. Cass dropped to her knees in a daze and Katie hit another superkick to knock Baumer out.
Katie began to trash talk as she sensed victory with both Melissa and Cass down and out. The first to began to stir was Melissa as Cass looked to be completely unconscious. Katie soon leveled Reeves with a clothesline and then shouted Its over before she started to climb the top ropes. Katie flipped off, going for her Moonsault finisher but Melissa sprang up and she hit an inverted Facial Deconstructor (Code Breaker), that looked completely ridiculous but somehow Reeves pulled it off. Melissa fell down on top of Katie and hooked a leg but Baumer grabbed Melissa by the hair and threw her out of the ring. Cass then pinned Katie and picked up the three count, giving Cass the win and making her the number one contender for the Liberty Championship.
Winner: Cass Baumer
Finishing Move: Facial Deconstructor
Near Falls: Katie (2), Melissa (3), Cass (1)
Match Length: 23:24
Post Match:
Cass Baumer is announced the winner and she cant believe it. The referee raises Cass hand in the air and she celebrates. Cass yells some trash talk at Katie before exiting the ring and heading backstage. Meanwhile outside, Melissa is starting to recover. She shakes her head and sighs as she starts to head up the ramp as well but suddenly a chair cracks over her back from behind and Melissa crumbles to the ground. A furious Katie stands over Melissa before she slams the chair over and over onto her until its bent in half and referees are pulling Katie away. Backstage personnel now tend to Melissa as Katie is pulled backstage.
BACKSTAGE
The shot opens up in front of a locker room door with the words THE SOCIETY on it. The Boston crowd boos, until the door opens up and out steps one of Libertys newest signings, Gray Malone. When he enters the scene cheers are heard mixed with the boos, as he closes the door behind him, and stares into the camera.
Gray Malone: We all know why I am here. The Society is now complete, here in Liberty. After the travesty set into place by Tyson Gregory, followed up by Anastasia Hayden and my new boss himself, Nathan Callahan, I quickly set a meeting with the latter. He quickly signed me here. What I didnt know would happen is he would grant me a shot at the Liberty Pro Championship .a title that should still be within The Society regardless.
He shakes his head a bit.
Gray Malone: But who am I to blame you Ana? To be honest, I would have done the exact same thing. By all means, maybe tonight, something along those lines could happen to you? However, I am no stranger to this. I am pretty sure how things will go down tonight. See, Ive been in this business longer than damn near all of you on this roster. I have felt the shrill sting of corruption over and over again. It follows me like ...like a shadow. I know Nathan didnt put me in this Main Event because he feels I deserve a shot at the Liberty Championship. Hell, no one in this entire industry wants to see a companies top title around the waist of the baddest bastard in professional wrestling.
He smiles a bit.
Gray Malone: Cmon, Nathan. We all know this is a farce. I know you enjoyed every moment of sticking it to Becky after she won the title for the 3rd time. I know you enjoyed it when Tyson Gregory did what he did. It all stems back to you, Nate. So why not pull the bucket of pigs blood down on the head of the biggest joke in all of your minds .Gray Malone? By all means go for it. Just remember. I have an incredible long memory. In time, whoever gets involved or whatever happens to me in this match, it will be repaid in full.
The smile goes away.
Gray Malone: Then again, there may be no ulterior motive. Perhaps this is a legitimate shot at the Liberty title. In which case, Anastasia Hayden? There isnt a corner of that ring that you can run from me, because I will stalk you down and make you do everything in your power to earn that title you smugly carry. And once your body can no longer protect yourself from the immortal storm known as Gray Malone? I will raise you into the sky, and the last thought you will have before I bring you down into the shadowy darkness of unconsciousness
He moves closer into the camera, hearing the boos.
Gray Malone: Is You Just Lost .
He walks away, down the hall.
HEADLINE: LIBERTY CHAMPIONSHIP
Anastasia Hayden vs Gray Malone

Match Notes:
The bell sounds and as Gray Malone tries to take a slower, methodical approach to this match, Anastasia Hayden refuses him that as she steps up right to the center of the ring, egging him on to meet her. Gray smirks, hanging back for a moment before stepping up, and as soon as he does, Ana spits right in his face! Gray doesn't react much, just wiping the spit from his face, and decking Ana with a big lariat! Hayden takes the strike and rolls to the outside, taking a quick breather as Malone stands, slowly motioning for Ana to get back in.
She takes her time, stepping up onto the apron, and never breaking eye contact with Gray as she makes her way back in the ring. Ana gets Gray with a collar-and-elbow tie up, trying to out-wrestle him, but Malone's size advantage lets him dictate his position as he gets behind Hayden, pinning her arm to her back with a hammerlock. Ana reaches behind with her free arm to grab onto Gray's beard, yanking at it, and freeing herself to deliver a back elbow to knock Malone back. Hayden spins around with a forearm to knock Malone into the ropes before sending him across the ring and leapfrogging over him before Ana drops Gray with a dropkick.
Ana goes for a pin, but Gray kicks out almost immediately after the one. She transitions into a chinlock, trying to wear out Malone as much as she can. Hayden keeps applying as much pressure as possible, but Malone manages to get himself up to a standing base before driving his elbow into Ana's abdomen to get free. Gray grabs Ana and throws her into the corner before charging in after her with a back elbow. He then tries to send her across to the opposite corner, but Ana reverses it and sends Gray into the corner instead.
This time Hayden charges in, looking for a move, but Malone steps out of the corner and grabs her for an exploder suplex right into the turnbuckles! Malone pulls Hayden away from the ropes and hooks the legs
ONE!
TWO!
T-NO!
Ana gets her shoulder up relatively early into the count and Gray rolls Hayden over, reaching back to grab her leg, and Malone sets Hayden up with a single leg Boston crab. Malone starts working on the dangerous legs of Hayden and wrenches back until Ana manages to crawl out just far enough to grab the ropes. Following the clean break, Gray goes to lift Ana up again, but she pulls him right into the ropes throat first. As Malone tries to recover, Hayden hits the ropes, and charges Gray out of the ring with a clothesline.
As Malone lands on the outside, Hayden starts hyping herself up before hitting the ropes, and flying out with a suicide dive! The referee starts an outside count and Ana is up to her feet first, lifting up Gray, and trying to throw him into the ring, but Malone grabs Hayden and slams her head right onto the apron. He rolls Ana into the ring and picks her up again, dropping her with a stalling vertical suplex before rolling over and putting Hayden into another single leg crab.
But this one doesn't get locked in as Hayden manages to roll away from Malone and as she gets to her feet, she stuns him with an enziguri. A spinning back kick to Malone's midsection doubles him over and Hayden pulls her leg up for a switchblade kick right to the back of Gray's head! Gray drops down to a knee and Ana sees her opening as she runs at him for the Wolf Down (Hurricanrana Driver)! After spiking Gray's head onto the canvas, Ana scrambles over, and makes the cover
ONE!
TWO!
TH-NO!
Malone breaks the count much to Hayden's dismay and she slaps the mat out of frustration. She steps over to Gray, scraping her boot across the back of his head, and Ana starts taunting the elder Society member. As Malone starts slowly getting up to his feet, Hayden then starts passive aggressively slapping Gray until he practically explodes at Ana with a series of forearm strikes! Gray keeps hitting Ana until he pushes her back into the ropes before sending her across the ring and catching her on the rebound with a high back body drop!
Ana rolls up to her feet, but she's stunned and Gray realizes it as he sizes her up before nearly going right through her with a spear! Malone rolls onto Hayden and hooks the leg
ONE!
TWO!
THRE-NO!
Perhaps out of instinct alone, Hayden manages to kick out and Malone nods as he grabs the hair of the Liberty Champion, dragging Ana up to her feet. A kick to the midsection from Gray doubles Ana over and he sets her up for a powerbomb, looking for You Lose, but Hayden counters it as she spins around and hits the Black Star (Reverse Frankensteiner)! Malone gets up to his feet after being spiked again, dazed, and Hayden goes for She Was Only Seventeen!
But Malone manages to get out of the way and he goes for his running knee strike! And Hayden gets out of Malone's way, allowing him to run into the ropes, and as he stumbles back, Ana gets him with the Deadman's Curve (Somersault Reverse DDT)! Ana puts Gray down right in the center of the ring and she goes for the pin
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Winner: Anastasia Hayden
Finishing Move: Deadmans Curve
Near Falls: Helena (2), Avery (2)
Match Length: Anastasia Hayden (3), Gray Malone (3)
Post Match:
The bell sounds and the fans boo as Anastasia Hayden rises to her feet, hand held up in victory, and the Liberty Championship handed back to her as she marks her first defense in Liberty. As Ana holds up the Liberty Championship, she looks into the camera, and reiterates that she'll take on any challenger with some extra colorful language to accompany that message. The last shot is of Anastasia Hayden standing in the center of the ring with the Liberty Championship by her side before we cut backstage.
BACKSTAGE
The scene cuts backstage to Brendan Callaghan standing near catering. Hes eyeing some tacos but shakes his head, whispering under his breath that he doesnt deserve them. Soon Tessa Sweet steps up with a microphone in hand.
Tessa Sweet: Brendan, you asked me to interview this week and that youd give us your thoughts on everything thats happened with Voidstar, including with what he did to Jade. What do you have to say?
Brendan looks up and stares at Tessa, and theres clearly a ton of emotions going through his head. He opens his mouth as if hes going to speak but he cant get any words out. He simply shakes his head as he looks down and whispers out a couple of words.
Brendan Callaghan: ...Im sorry
Brendan then walks away, leaving Tessa in shock. She eventually chases after him.
Tessa Sweet: Brendan, wait! Please!
Tessa drops her microphone as she catches up with Brendan and walks with him, trying to console the eldest Callaghan son, who seems to have lost his smile. As Tessa and Brendan disappear, the camera cuts to Voidstar in a dark room and hes laughing like a maniac. The scene then cuts to ringside.
BACKSTAGE
Backstage Honey walking around and marvelling at all the flowers coming by. The arch and everything else for the grand wedding.
Honey: This will be amazing! I can't wait to see the happy couple all married and together and stuff!
Isla Carter was leaning against the wall, a bit puzzled about tonight's ceremony
Isla: are you sure? Because I have doubts
Honey turns around to see Isla and tilts her head, stumped quizzically why she wasn't feeling the love.
Honey: What do you mean? I think Nathan - I MEAN! Mr. Callaghan is going to have a lovely wedding and make some new Callaghan kids and, like, live happily ever after!
Honey: But my daddies are together and love each other very much and me too!
Honey says walking over.
Isla: also in this business, I haven't seen an in-ring wedding go smoothly
Honey: I haven't ever seen one before actually. But maybe this one is going to be nice, like, smooth sailings.
Honey then thinks to herself out loud.
Honey: I wonder if Mr. Callaghan had a yacht.
Isla: I might come with you later, but I think we should make a bet, if either the brides or the groom get attacked, you owe me twenty bucks, if not, I'll owe you twenty bucks
Honey: My daddy says gambling is very bad, but I can give you twenty dollars if you need some.
Honey says as she goes to route out her purse.
Isla: come on, it will be fun
Honey narrows her eyes and thinks.
Honey: I do like fun...
And instead pulls out a strawberry kitkat.
Honey: Umm, okey dokey.
Isla: awsome, let's go then
Honey: Where are we going?
Isla: to the wedding
Honey realises it and chortles before breaking off half her kitkat and offering it to Isla.
Honey: Okey dokey!
As Honey starts to hum lion King's can you feel the love tonight , the two walk away and the scene cuts out.
MAIN EVENT: A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY
Nathan Callaghan Marriage to Girls of Summer
wrote:
As the cameras come back from commercial break theres a restless buzz on the crowd and theres a soft bit of guitar music playing on the PA. The lights dim, and then spotlights come up to make a sort of runway of the ramp. The soft guitars are being played by a live band, and they shift tune to play Bad Company! A few whistles and cheers as out on the stage comes Nathan Callaghan dressed to the nines and looking fine in a tux, carrying two gold florists boxes as he struts down the ramp. As he passes the small spotlights they grow brighter, revealing for the camera all the beautiful decorations set out for this celebration of love. The commentary team are talking about the reactions of the fans as waiters and waitresses move through the crowd handing out plates of wedding cake and flutes of champagne to those of age, making the fans show a whole lot more love to Big Daddy Nathan. He climbs the ringsteps and a man in full Southern Baptist Minister garb sits on the middle rope and allows him to enter the ring with flair. Inside is set up a big arch decorated with silver and white balloons, a table near that holds a gorgeously decorated wedding cake and another nearby table holds presents.
There are flower garlands on the ropes, the barricade, and even around the ring apron, making the scene look positively heavenly. The song fades and is replaced by a sort of traditional Wedding March, and the lights dim down again until just one pure white spot is on the curtains. As the song gets louder out from the back step Coral and Nami, dressed in identical wedding dresses all lace and shimmery beads, pearls, glistening in the lights as they wave to the fans and then start down the aisle arm in arm until they get to the ring. They climb the steps as Nathan looks on pleased as punch, and he holds the ropes for them as they enter the ring with surprising ease considering the confection of dress theyre both wearing. Nathan goes then and takes up those florist boxes, revealing gorgeous wedding bouquets for his ladies, and then the trio come to stand before the Minister. Nathan pauses then, and takes up the microphone as the music fades.
Nathan Callaghan: I just wanted to take a couple moments to say a few things before we get this shindig started. One
He turns a warm and happy look at Coral and Nami who are both blushing.
Nathan Callaghan: Goddamn I love you two.
The fans laugh as the Minister gawks, and Nathan moves around to stand between the twins.
Nathan Callaghan: In fact I am the happiest man on the face of this planet, and man I cant think of another man who deserves it half as much. But you know what they say - the Lord works in mysterious ways, he who helps himself, blessings, all that. But that said, yeah. I am blessed.
He hands the microphone to the Minister and then much to the delight of the fans he plants a deep kiss first on Coral and then on Nami! The Minister clears his throat.
Minister: Excuse me, Mr. Callaghan? Thats usually how we end the ceremony
Nathan scowls at the minister and his deep voice can be heard as he responds, despite having no microphone.
Nathan Callaghan: Do you think I give a shit? Im paying you to do a job like everyone else here, and youll do it the way I like it. So, get this shit started.
The Minister looks at Nathan wide eyed in shock as he doesnt know what to do but Nathan gives the Minister a glare to start the wedding, striking fear into his heart. The Minister nods and clears his throat.
Minister: Friends and Family, welcome and thank you for being here on this important day.
We are gathered together to celebrate the very special love between Coral & Nami and Nathan, by joining them in marriage.
All of us need and desire to love and to be loved.
And the highest form of love between two people is within a monogamous
The minister pauses, realizing the marriage isnt so monogamous and Nathan rolls his eyes.
Nathan Callaghan: Shut the fuck up and get to the end!
Minister: Oh! Well, uh, Nathan, do you take Coral & Nami to-...
Nathan cuts him off.
Nathan Callaghan: No! I dont think you heard me clearly. Get to the END!
Nathan pulls out his barbed wired bat from his jacket and twirls it around with a sickening grin as the Minister looks afraid.
Minister: Oh, yes, right! Um, Nathan Callaghan, you may kiss the bride, uh, I mean brides!
Nathan smiles widely before he goes to kiss Coral & Nami but before he can, 'Don't Fear (The Reaper)' by Pierce The Veil blares over the PA system and the entire arena is in shock as Becky Balfour-Lawless steps out to the entrance way. She glares down towards the ring where Nathan Callaghan is furious. He points his barbed wire bat towards Becky before he begins to speak with the microphone he took from the minister.
Nathan Callaghan: Cut that disgusting fucking music! Becky, you better get the fuck out of here before I make your life a living hell.
Becky raises a mic to her face as she laughs and responds.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Oh? You will? Im sorry Nathan, but youve already MADE my life a living hell. Time and time again, youve screwed over me and #TheSociety. Youve taken everything from us.
Nathan scoffs and rolls his eyes.
Nathan Callaghan: What do you mean!? I gifted a win to Seth and Trent earlier tonight when that vigilante retard attacked them. I mean, they were knocked out still and it was hilarious, but thats besides the point.
Nathan laughs and shrugs before Becky yells.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: NO! Maybe if you did your job, attacks like that wouldnt happen. Maybe if you did your job, I would still be the Liberty Champion. Youre a piece of shit but you know what? Dont worry about me, Im just here to get a front row view of the Wedding Or whats going to be left of it.
Becky crosses her arms and grins as Nathan tilts his head as he looks at her in confusion. Suddenly, the ring is swarmed by Warren Corbett, Seth Lawless, Trent Grundy and Gray Malone, as they cover each side of the ring. Nathan holds his bat up, ready to strike as Coral and Nami prepare to fight as well. The Minister meanwhile exits the ring in fear but Trent Grundy delivers a big boot straight to the holy mans head, knocking him out. Becky then starts to walk down the ramp as she speaks.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Whoops, looks like you need someone to officiate your wedding, Nate. As one of the leaders of #TheSociety, my Followers have needed me to officiate their weddings, you know, since men like you were afraid to give them jobs. Men like you refused to hire them, leaving them to struggle to do so much as get married, so I got certified. Dont worry Big Daddy, #TheSociety is going to take care of you.
Becky stands in front of the ring, facing Nathan and distracting him from whats going on behind. Seth, Gray, Warren and Trent all slide into the ring and they start to beat down Coral and Nami, the numbers too much. When Nathan turns around, Becky quickly slides in and she grabs Nathan from behind. Becky lets out a sickening scream before dropping Nathan with Hear Me Out (Reverse DDT). Warren then drops Coral with The Battle Axe [Spinning, High Impact Spinebuster]. Seth hits Nami with Detroit is Burning (Pop-up Powerbomb). Warren then lifts up Coral and throws her to Trent, who hits Coral with Absence of Hope (Crucifix Powerbomb). Gray then grabs Nami and hits her with You Lose (Powerbomb into Piledriver). Becky then grabs Nathans special bat and begins to hit him with it over and over onto his back, shredding the clothes hes wearing with the barbed wire on the bat. The rest of #TheSociety then begins to dismantle the entire wedding set up, destroying everything in their path as Becky admires their work with a sneer.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Stop.
#TheSociety pause in place, all turning their heads to Becky who kneels next to the fallen Callaghan.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: The blood of a coward runs so that the sins he has committed shall be free.
She turns to Coral and Nami who are unconscious and laughs.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Two sacrificial lambs, being lead to a slaughter that they could have avoided. This is all on you.
Becky leans closer to Nathan, whispering into the microphone as she holds it next to his ear.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Their pain is because of your actions. Their suffering is directly linked to the choices you have made. If I remember correctly, you said you own us. You own #TheSociety.
Seth, Warren, Trent, and Gray surround Becky and Nathan, glaring down at their fallen boss.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: You will NEVER own us, our Followers and you will NEVER silence us. For too long, Ive ALLOWED you to dictate where we wrestle, who we wrestle, how long will get to deliver our message, and who that message reaches. Tonight, that ended. Youre officially on notice. You refuse to deliver us the same treatment as your favorites?
Becky sits the microphone down and laughs into it while pointing towards Coral and Nami.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Then we will liberate ourselves from your tyrannical grasp.
Becky reaches over to Nathans back where his clothes are shredded and rubs her index and middle fingers over his back. She lifts her fingers up to show the blood on them before rolling Nathan over to his back. She then writes F.U. on his forehead in his own blood.
Becky Balfour-Lawless: Have a happy honeymoon.
The fans are silenced as Becky now rises to her knees as the other members of #TheSociety line up behind her, all of them staring at the chaos they created as the cameras shut off, ending the show.

Melissa Reeves vs Cass Baumer vs Katie Anderson
wrote:
