PERSONALITY INFO
Gimmick
An honorable and compassionate second-generation Muay Thai fighter branching out into wrestling while continuing her late father’s legacy and sharing his teachings
Strengths
Tremendous leg power
Due to her Muay Thai expertise, her striking game is top-notch but her kicks are just something else: quick, precise and powerful
Cool under pressure
Due to her many years of fighting competitions and coaching and natural ability to refocus and adapt even during times of high stress
Family reputation
Her late father Somchai’s legacy is known all over Thailand and Southeast Asia, and with her own contributions over the years, she has earned the respect of her peers too
Weaknesses
Always with grace and mercy
She can be too kind sometimes and this can easily be her downfall by those who are deceitful
Strict personal code
She can give her all in big matches but if it comes down to a point where things can get ugly, she knows when to stop and will refuse to cross that line and partake in anything selfish, immoral or sadistic and violent. This means never hitting an opponent who isn’t ready, giving a chance to a disadvantaged opponent to even the playing field, never landing the killing blow if it will compromise the safety of others and letting go when the bell rings or as instructed by the official. Even if the opponent is her biggest rival or the world’s worst piece of shit of a human being (though that doesn’t mean she won’t be stern).
Lack of wrestling experience
She has only wrestled a few special indie promotion matches in Thailand and Singapore

CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
Angun (aka Ann) is the daughter of a legendary Muay Thai fighter turned Kru named Somchai Chen (who was undefeated in kickboxing until a car catastrophic accident that destroyed his knee) and a twin brother named Somsak. Somchai first taught them the sport when they were four years old before they started entering competitions a few years later. It was around this time when Seven Wolfe’s father Sebastian moved his family to Bangkok to learn from Somchai. The two families grew very close and the kids even became best friends. Unfortunately, Seven was left in Somchai’s care after his parents left one night and never returned. So Somchai raised Seven alongside the twins and also taught him Muay Thai. The kids grew up enjoying healthy competition with one another.
When they reached the age of 18, Ann and Seven fell in love but hid their relationship from Somchai. However Somsak knew about it as Ann never lied or kept secrets from him. Being more traditional than their father, Somsak told Somchai who immediately demanded for them to end their relationship. Somchai felt disrespected after all he’s done for Seven who then distanced himself from the family. Ann was left heartbroken and got into the worst fight with Somchai over it. Somchai’s health later took a turn for the worse and asked Ann to contact Seven for one last conversation. But he passed away while Ann and Seven were on the way to the hospital. Somsak, who was at his father’s side when he died, said that his last words were that he would forever disapprove of Ann and Seven. Ann called Somsak a liar but Seven believed it so he walked out, holding back tears and ignoring Ann’s calls for him to stop. That was the last time Ann saw Seven and she was so emotionally hurt and broken from everything that happened that she delayed trying to find Seven until years later.
Meanwhile, she and Somsak repaired their relationship with each other and took over their father’s Muay Thai school with help from Somchai’s friends. She quickly became a well-respected coach and a role model for many young girls. At the same time, she continued representing the school and her family in various competitions all over Thailand and Southeast Asia. Her reputation as the compassionate fighter with powerful kicks and a charming personality caught the internet’s attention and after one thing led to another, she’s offered a tryout at Liberty Pro. Thanks to the help of Somsak, close friends and neighbours, she moved to the United States alone to embark on this new chapter in her life as a pro wrestler.
