Markus Frei vs ??
Markus Frei vs ??
RECAP The Callaghan Warehouse was buzzing with anticipation as the crowd eagerly awaited the next match. Suddenly, the lights dimmed, and the familiar chords of “Silvera” by Gojira blasted through the speakers. Markus Frei, the reigning Gotham Champion, emerged from the curtain with a cocky swagger. He carried the championship belt over his shoulder, a smug grin on his face. Markus made his way to the ring, soaking in the mixed reactions from the crowd. He climbed into the ring, grabbed a microphone, and looked around, his grin widening. Markus Frei: "You all know who I am. I'm the Gotham Champion, and I've held this title for so damn long that no one, and I mean no one, can stop me!" The crowd erupted in boos, but Markus seemed to revel in the negative response. Markus Frei: "I've beaten everyone they've put in front of me. There isn't a single person in this company who can take this title from me. So, if anyone in the back thinks they can step up and challenge me, now's the time!" For a moment, the arena was silent, and then, the lights flickered, and the opening notes of “Watchtower” by The Devil Wears Prada echoed through the venue. The crowd's reaction shifted to shock and excitement as Hjalmar Kempe, "The Prince," appeared on the stage. Hjalmar stood at the top of the ramp, his eyes locked on Markus. The crowd's cheers grew louder as he made his way down to the ring, his focus never wavering. Hjalmar Kempe: "Markus, you talk a big game, but let's see if you can back it up. I'm here to answer your call and take that Gotham Championship from you!" The crowd roared as Hjalmar entered the ring, and the referee signaled for the bell to start the match. Markus and Hjalmar circled each other, the tension palpable. Markus attempted to use his size and strength to his advantage, lunging forward with a series of powerful strikes. Hjalmar, however, used his speed and agility to dodge Markus' initial assault, countering with quick kicks and forearms. Markus managed to grab Hjalmar, lifting him into a bear hug, squeezing with all his might. Hjalmar grimaced in pain but used his elbows to strike Markus' head, forcing him to release the hold. Hjalmar bounced off the ropes and delivered a running front dropkick, staggering Markus. The crowd was on their feet as Hjalmar climbed to the top turnbuckle, launching himself into a missile dropkick that sent Markus crashing to the mat. Hjalmar quickly covered Markus for the pin, but Markus kicked out at two. Markus, now visibly frustrated, got to his feet and charged at Hjalmar, who sidestepped and executed a slingblade, taking Markus down again. Hjalmar wasted no time, hitting a standing moonsault and going for another pin, but Markus powered out once more. The match continued with Hjalmar maintaining control, using his high-flying moves and quick strikes to keep Markus off balance. Hjalmar attempted a springboard leg lariat, but Markus caught him in mid-air, using his strength to counter with a spinebuster. Markus took a moment to catch his breath, then lifted Hjalmar for a powerbomb, but Hjalmar reversed it into a hurricanrana, sending Markus into the turnbuckle. Hjalmar seized the opportunity, climbing to the top rope for a diving knee drop. He leaped, aiming for Markus' head, but Markus rolled out of the way at the last second. Markus took advantage of Hjalmar's missed move, hitting a running lariat that nearly took Hjalmar's head off. He covered Hjalmar, but the resilient high-flier kicked out at two and a half. As Markus stood, a confident smirk spread across his face. He lifted Hjalmar again, this time for his signature move, the Frei Train. However, Hjalmar wriggled free, landing behind Markus and delivering a devastating enziguri that sent Markus reeling. Hjalmar, feeding off the crowd's energy, set up for his finisher, The Thorn. He measured Markus, who was slowly getting to his feet, and launched forward with a bicycle knee strike, connecting perfectly. Hjalmar’s bicycle knee strike connected perfectly, dropping Markus Frei to the mat. The crowd erupted as Hjalmar quickly went for the cover, hooking the leg. The referee slid in for the count. One... Two... Markus kicked out just before the referee's hand hit the mat for the third time. Hjalmar couldn't believe it. He slapped the mat in frustration but quickly refocused, knowing he needed to keep the pressure on. Hjalmar pulled Markus to his feet and whipped him into the corner. He charged in, delivering a high knee to Markus' face. Markus staggered out of the corner, dazed, and Hjalmar followed up with a springboard moonsault, but Markus caught him in mid-air again, this time delivering a thunderous sitout spinebuster. The impact echoed through the arena, and the crowd gasped. Markus covered Hjalmar, pressing his weight down for the pin. One... Two... Hjalmar kicked out, much to Markus' frustration. The Gotham Champion pounded the mat in anger and stood up, signaling that it was time to finish the match. Markus hoisted Hjalmar onto his shoulders, setting up for the Go FK Yourself triple powerbomb. He lifted Hjalmar for the first powerbomb, but Hjalmar countered in mid-air with a hurricanrana, sending Markus flying across the ring. Both men were down, the exhaustion and physical toll evident on their faces. The referee began the count as the crowd chanted for Hjalmar. At the count of six, both men started to stir, pulling themselves up with the ropes. Hjalmar was the first to his feet. He charged at Markus, who was leaning against the ropes, and clotheslined him over the top rope to the floor. Hjalmar quickly climbed to the top turnbuckle, looking down at Markus on the outside. With the crowd on their feet, Hjalmar leaped off, executing a breathtaking topé con hilo, crashing into Markus and sending both men sprawling to the floor. The crowd erupted in a "This is awesome!" chant as both wrestlers lay on the outside, catching their breath. Hjalmar was the first to rise, pulling Markus to his feet and rolling him back into the ring. Hjalmar climbed to the top rope again, this time aiming for his other finisher, the Prince of Roses. He steadied himself, took a deep breath, and launched off with a diving double knee drop, hitting Markus square in the chest. Hjalmar quickly hooked the leg, and the referee began the count. One... Two... Three! The referee's hand hit the mat, and the bell rang. The crowd erupted in cheers as Hjalmar's music hit. The referee raised his hand in victory, and the ring announcer made it official. Robb Hardy: "Kaia, what can I do for you? Make it quick, I'm busy."
Kaia steps closer to Robb's desk, her eyes filled with intensity.
Kaia Grainger: "I want a match with Rayven Hardy. And I want it now."
Robb raises an eyebrow, leaning back in his chair.
Robb Hardy: "You’ve had your chances, Kaia. What makes you think this time will be any different?"
Kaia leans forward, placing her hands on Robb’s desk.
Kaia Grainger: "I don’t care if it’s for the title or not, Robb. I just want Rayven in that ring. This isn’t about titles anymore; it’s personal."
Robb studies her for a moment, noticing the change in her demeanor. The usual composed and driven Kaia has taken a darker, more intense turn.
Robb Hardy: "You’re serious about this, huh? You’ve changed because of this feud, and it’s changed you."
Kaia nods, not breaking eye contact.
Kaia Grainger: "Don't pretend like you wouldn't be this way in my shoes when dealing with that two-faced daughter of yours. I need this match, Robb. Give it to me."
Robb rolls his eyes and sighs, tapping his fingers on the desk.
Robb Hardy: "Alright, Kaia. You’ve got your match. But this is your last chance. You better make it count."
Kaia smirks, a flicker of satisfaction crossing her face.
Kaia Grainger: "Oh, I will. Thanks, Robb."
She turns and walks out of the office, leaving Robb to ponder the potential chaos this match might bring.
Robb Hardy: (muttering to himself) "This is either going to be great... or a complete disaster."

The scene opens in the locker room of TJ Techniques, who is dressed in his backstage attire, leaning casually against a locker. His two championship belts, the Liberty Championship and the Anarchy Championship, are laid out on a bench beside him. The door opens, and both Jade Night and Robb Hardy step in, their expressions serious.
TJ looks up, noticing the presence of both General Managers. He straightens up, sensing the gravity of the situation.
TJ Techniques: "What's up, y'all? What brings both of you here?"
Jade steps forward, her gaze steady.
Jade Night: "TJ, you've been an incredible champion. You've held both the Liberty Championship and the Anarchy Championship with pride and honor. But we have a situation that needs to be addressed."
Robb nods in agreement, stepping beside Jade.
Robb Hardy: "The Anarchy Championship belongs to Empire, TJ. You're a Liberty competitor. As much as it pains us to say this, you can't represent both brands. Therefore, we have to take the Anarchy Championship from you."
TJ furrows his brow, a mix of frustration and understanding in his eyes. He lets out a deep sigh before speaking.
TJ Techniques: "I get it, I really do. But it's still tough, man. I've put my heart and soul into this."
Jade nods, her expression softening slightly.
Jade Night: "We know, TJ. You've done an outstanding job as Anarchy Champion. But we need to keep the brands distinct. You've been a cornerstone of Liberty, and you still have the Liberty Championship to defend."
TJ looks down at the Anarchy Championship, then back at Jade and Robb.
TJ Techniques: "Alright, I understand. Can't be in two places at once, right?"
He reaches down, picking up the Anarchy Championship, and holds it out to Robb.
TJ Techniques: "Here you go, Robb. Take care of it."
Robb takes the championship belt from TJ, a look of respect and gratitude on his face.
Robb Hardy: "Thank you, TJ. This wasn't an easy decision, but it's what's best for both brands. I have no doubt you'll continue to be a phenomenal Liberty Champion."
TJ nods, a determined look in his eyes.
TJ Techniques: "You can count on it. I'll keep giving my best for Liberty."
Jade places a hand on TJ's shoulder, her expression one of encouragement.
Jade Night: "We know you will, TJ. Keep your head up, champ."
With that, Jade and Robb turn and leave the locker room, carrying the Anarchy Championship. TJ watches them go, a mix of emotions on his face, but ultimately, his resolve remains strong as he focuses on his role as the Liberty Champion.

She rolls out of the ring once more, this time grabbing a bag of thumbtacks from under the ring. The crowd gasps as she pours the tacks onto the mat, creating a dangerous obstacle. Carli drops to the mat, blood streaming from her forehead. Chase, bleeding from multiple cuts and still feeling the effects of the thumbtacks, pulls Carli up and sets her up for the Last Train Home (Last Ride Powerbomb) again. He lifts her high into the air, but Carli, showing incredible resilience, counters with a frankensteiner, sending Chase crashing into the mat. Both competitors are down, the crowd chanting "This is awesome!" as they struggle to their feet. Carli is the first to stand, grabbing the steel chair and placing it in the center of the ring. And trust me, I’ll keep getting back up until I reach the top."

Tyson smirks, nodding in agreement. Robb’s expression shifts to a more serious tone as he addresses the crowd and The Division.
Robb Hardy: "Now, I've got some important news to share with everyone. There have been some major changes behind the scenes. Championships have been retired, names have been changed, and there have been roster moves because... Empire is officially over. It's closed. Chuck Matthews is leaving with all of the Empire media and name rights, etc. But, the contracts of everyone in Empire have been bought by an investor in the Agora Network."
The crowd murmurs in surprise as Robb continues.
Robb Hardy: "But this investor? They have partnered with someone we are all familiar with. The guy who ran Inferno Wrestling, the guy who created #FSociety Wrestling, and is officially bringing it back as Liberty Pro Wrestling's sister brand... Chris Night!"
"The Pretender" by Foo Fighters hits, and the crowd goes wild as Chris Night makes his entrance, carrying something covered with a cloth in his hand. Tyson steps forward, taking the championship with a look of pride and satisfaction. He raises it high, the crowd cheering.
Chris Night: "But, there's a catch. Liberty has Cassandra Mason, who won the Society Heavyweight Championship from Warren Corbett. We don't like the name similarity, so the titles will be combined right now."
The crowd buzzes with excitement as Chris continues.
Chris Night: "Tyson, you'll fight Cassandra Mason for the combined championship. Let's settle this right now!"
Before Cassandra's music hits, the camera captures the intense standoff between Chris and Julian, their long-standing rivalry evident. Julian’s displeasure is clear, but he remains silent for now, allowing the segment to unfold.

Tyson nods, a determined look on his face as he hands his newly awarded #FSociety Heavyweight Championship to the referee. Cassandra does the same with her Society Heavyweight Championship. The referee holds both titles high, signaling the stakes of the match.
