MATCH ONE: SINGLES
Sheeva vs Trey Peterson
Sheeva vs Trey Peterson
RECAP The match begins with Trey cautiously feeling out his masked opponent. Once they finally lock up it becomes obvious that Trey is more experienced and more accomplished in the grappling game. He’s able to overpower his smaller, less skilled opponent and drive her to the mat with a series of German suplexes that leave her stunned and gasping for air. He bridges on his final attempt and gets a near fall with a count of two and a half before she finally gets a shoulder up and rolls out of the attempt. Sheeva’s break from the assault is short lived through as Trey drops her with a vicious lariat and follows that up by driving a knee between the eyes of her mask. He holds her down for another near pinfall though it was only a count of two this time. Visibly frustrated Trey scoops his opponent up and holds her in a long stalling vertical suplex, letting all the blood rush to her head before dropping her to the mat immediately cover for a two and three quarters count! Trey looks over at the ref and complains of a slow count before yanking Sheeva to her feet and dragging her over to the nearest turnbuckle. Trey hoists her up and once she seated on the turnbuckle facing away from him, he climbs up to join, preparing her near lifeless body for a belly to back superplex… only Sheeva was playing possum. Before Trey can execute the move Sheeva springs to life with a series of elbows the face, jaw and even one to the throat of her opponent. Caught completely off guard and reeling from the onslaught Trey is momentarily stunned and Sheeva seizes the opportunity hitting a Salida del Sol from the top turnbuckle and immediately hooking Trey’s leg for the three count and a stunning come from behind victory. Winner: Sheeva Finishing Move: Salida del Sol from top turnbuckle. Near Falls: Romeo Black (3), Sheeva (0) Match Length: 05:56 WINNER Sheeva METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 07:35 FINISHING MOVE Salida del Sol from top turnbuckle |

Romeo Black: Somebody get some fucking help! Somebody!!
The camera pans to the left where Avery Smith is watching everything from from behind a vehicle with an evil grin on her face. EMT’s soon show up to take care of Emily as her boyfriend, Romeo Black, is frantically begging them to help. The scene then cuts away.

Cass Baumer: Let's be real.
Cassandra speaks in her kiwi accent with one arm perching her upward with an extended hand on the hallway wall backstage. Her tag team partner Melissa Reeves appears uninterested in anything her strange bedfellow said, but she listens regardless.
Cass Baumer: I know this situation tonight ain’t exactly optimal and I know you’ve got a problem with me but we can’t let that deter us tonight.
The CEO of #BaumerReport crosses her arms and leans on the wall instead.
Cass Baumer: We’ve got Brendan & Honey in one corner, and Katie & Helena in the other but if we’re on the same page, we got this match won 100%. So how ‘bout we skip all that “stay out of my way” bullshit that costs most tag teams the victory and decide to work together here? ‘Cause at the end of the day, we both want the same thing, yeah? Victory. And we’re not about to get that victory if we’re at each other’s throats. You agree with that?
Melissa nods. Her silence is notable, but before Cass can continue her monologue, Reeves finally speaks up.
Melissa Reeves: Look, we’ve got our issues, and those aren’t going anywhere. But tonight isn’t about that, it’s about winning. It’s about beating Brendan, Honey, Katie and Helena. We both need this win. You know we do.
Cass nods in return.
Cass Baumer: All bullshit aside, I meant what I said when I called you the best Liberty Champion thus far. And that’s by a country mile. Everybody knows it’s true. And I’m the new number one contender for the same championship right now. So together? We’re an All-Star team. We’ve got this.
Melissa watches Cass, perhaps cautiously...perhaps with a little optimism. But, of course, she knows better than most that Baumer is far from trustworthy, and she remains stoic in her silence again.
Cass Baumer: Just make sure you don’t let the beef with Katie cloud your thoughts too much. Trust me when I say if you let it get to you, that’s her advantage. Easier said than done; I get it.
Melissa Reeves: Katie?
She scoffs.
Melissa: She’s just another opponent in this match.
Cass smirks deviously at the assessment before switching the subject. Her facial expression softened as she tried to connect with Melissa with her dark blue eyes. She hadn’t given off the aura of The Headliner anymore. She looked like Cass Baumer instead.
Cass Baumer: I take it Cade’s watching this match from somewhere. You two are happy together, yeah? Completely off the record.
Reeves licks across her lips and just stares at Cass for a moment. Finally, she takes in a deep breath and entirely ignores Cass’ question.
Melissa: We should talk match strategy.
Cass sighs.
Cass Baumer: This is match strategy. Building chemistry as a team, so we’re on the same page is one of the most important parts of matches like these. Nathan made this match ‘cause he expects all the teams to explode on one another, but we gotta be the team who doesn’t, else we’ll end up on the losing side of history.
Reeves frowns a little.
Cass Baumer: I accepted we’re never gonna be anything but acquaintances thanks to my own actions but fuckin’ hell… If we’re not 100% together on this out there, just for one goddamn night, either one of those other teams are gonna take advantage. I don’t know about you, but I don’t wanna take that chance.
Melissa Reeves: Great, then let’s discuss the match and not my personal life.
She folds her arms. She’s not budging on this one.
Cass let out an audible grunt of displeasure before noticing the cameraman watching them. With a growl, she reverted back to her ways and shoved the camera away with her palm.
Cass Baumer: Get out of here! Do you want our opponents to hear what we’ve got up our sleeves? Are you trying to screw us over?! Get out!!
The camera operator stumbled backward out of the room before the door shut in his face.

Romeo Black & Emily Jackson vs Avery Smith & Kendrick Kross
Romeo Black & Emily Jackson vs Avery Smith & Kendrick Kross
RECAP Romeo Black finds himself alone in a handicap match against Avery Smith and Kendrick Kross. Avery starts the match off and Romeo, having an idea it was Avery who attacked Emily brutally, charges her and takes her down with a spear. Romeo hits Avery with several closed fist punches as the referee tells him to stop before he starts the count to five and Romeo stops after four. Romeo stays on top of Avery, showing an aggressive side that we haven’t seen before as he keeps Avery down with some stomps before picking her up and hitting her with a DDT. Romeo pins but Kendrick breaks up the pin before the referee orders him to leave. With the referee distracted, Avery hits Romeo with a low blow. Romeo grabs his nuts and drops to his knees before Avery takes in Kendrick Kross. Kendrick wastes little time as he hits Romeo with a superkick. Romeo drops down onto his chest. A Kross lines Romeo up as Romeo pushes to his his hands and knees before Kendrick charges and takes him out with a brutal curb stomp. Kross pins Romeo and gets the three count and the win. Tim Anderson: Veronica you are the manager of Liberty Pro’s newest wrestler Kristina Spencer. What can we expect from Kristina here?
Veronica smirks
Veronica Chandler: Violence!
Tim Anderson: Um excuse me?
Veronica moves in closer
Veronica Chandler: You want to know what to expect right? Well you can expect pure, unadulterated VIOLENCE from my client! Starting today me and my client do what we want and when we want to do it!
Veronica starts laughing
Veronica Chandler: Actually you can expect that violence from both my clients! Tonight Katie Anderson-Tolson will once again beat the hell out of her personal bitch Melissa Reeves and maybe even Helena Noir if she gets out of line tonight. Also tonight Kristina Spencer will show no mercy just violence Felix Vialpando & Isla Carter.
Tim Anderson: Well Kristina does have a tag partner tonight in Scotty Latimer. Also there is another team in Katie’s tag team match so…..
Veronica starts laughing again
Veronica Chandler: Oh please you mean Team Honey? That pathetic little girl with the Strawberry Kit Kat Fetish? She is not even worth mentioning! As for Scotty? He stays in line and tonight he gets a W in the win column and gets to leave under his own power but if not then i guess we will see how violent Kristina Spencer can truly get!

MATCH THREE: TAG TEAM
Scotty Latimer and Kristina Spencer vs Felix Vialpando & Isla Carter
Scotty Latimer and Kristina Spencer vs Felix Vialpando & Isla Carter
RECAP The match starts off with Scotty Latimer and Felix Vialpando starting things off for their respective teams. Scotty charges towards Felix who counters the former Sixth City Pro competitor’s momentum, hitting a high back body drop. Kristina acts as if she's going to enter the ring to attack Felix but Isla cuts her off, freezing Kristina onto the apron. The temporary distraction is enough to give Scotty time to recover. Latimer clubs Vialpando in the back and then grabs him before hitting a T-bone suplex. Scotty shouts out aggressively, clearly he’s hyped up as his partner Kristina claps on the ring apron. Scotty works over Felix with a few stomps as Vialpando attempts to cover up. Scotty drags Felix over to the corner and tags in Kristina. Scotty holds Felix's arms behind his back and Kristina hits three consecutive stomps to the midsection of VIalpando.Kristina grabs Felix and she places his neck on the bottom rope before driving her foot into the back of his neck, choking him out. This prompts the referee to interject and warn Kristina about her dirty tactics With a smile on her face, she approaches Felix again, but this time he's ready for her. Felix reacts with an elbow to the gut, followed by a snap spinebuster, driving the Kristina into the mat aggressively. He goes for a pin and picks up a two count. Felix maintains control of the match by applying a seated headlock to the smaller Spencer, who stretches her legs out towards the ropes but is unable to reach them with her feet. The hold begins wearing Kristina down until Scotty enters the ring and delivers a kick to Felix's back which forces him to break the hold. Kristina uses this to her advantage as she crawls to the corner and makes a tag. At the same time across the ring. Scotty charges Felix and Felix sees him coming and ducks when Latimer tries to hit him with a clothesline. Felix takes him out with a pele kick before getting up on his feet and he stalks over Scotty but Isla slaps Felix on the back, deciding to tag herself in. Felix looks back at Isla who enters the ring and the two begin to argue. Isla blows past Felix but he grabs her and takes her out with a reverse DDT. Felix then leaves the ring and heads up the ramp, pulling out his notepad as he takes notes. Scotty gets up and he hits Isla with the Final Wave (blade runner) before he tags in Spencer. Spencer then locks Isla into the Extreme PMS (Crippler Crossface) and Isla wastes little time tapping out. The bell rings and Spencer keeps the hold on. The referee tries to get Kristina off but she refuses. Scotty gets in the ring and he pulls Spencer off of Isla, telling her the match is over. Kristina nods and agrees, telling him she was overexcited. She extends her hand for a shake and Scotty accepts it but it was a trap and Kristina nails him with Hand of the Wicked (Heart Punch), laying Latimer out. Kristina stomps on him for good measure before exiting the ring with a wicked grin on her face. Standing in front of a camera now are Coral and Nami Callaghan, their hands loosely entwined as Coral starts talking, their matching gear a lovely shade of lavender tonight.
Coral Callaghan: Warren Corbett. You out of all The Society used to show us a bit of respect - at least to our faces. You were quick to be snide if you didn’t think we were paying attention, but even then you seemed to listen to what we told you. That was fine. But then, you showed us a disrespect that was beyond the pale, and you knew it when you did it. Nothing we had ever done to you, ever warranted what you did to us.
Nami Callaghan: You claimed it was because you chose family, but they aren’t your family and you know it. Becky is your boss, whether she’s here or not. You are all her sycophants, cultists of the weakest and the worst sorts. You claim you’re not weak, that you are strong, but you all play that numbers game don’t you? Then you cry cry cry if someone else has the guts, the nuts, the fortitudes to do it to you and Becky is the weakest and worst of you whole lot.
They nod, and Coral continues.
Coral Callaghan: Worthless together, worse apart. The very dregs. You had a hope to be more, Warren, and that’s why it’s such a shame that you’re where you are now. It never had to be like this. This was your choice. Just like it was Nathan’s choice to book this match. WE didn’t ask for it. Nor did we ask for the two on one against Becky. She ran her mouth like the worthless trash she always is, and you all applaud and stick those little hearts and retweets on her posts as if they aren’t the same deluded dredged up sewer spew they’ve always been. Becky uses you all, and she will use you up with that succubus vajayjay of hers, just you wait and see.
Nami tries not to burst out laughing, she looks away a moment to compose herself as Coral keeps talking.
Coral Callaghan: Look back, you will see mistakes were made. Your biggest mistake Warren, is not knowing who we are. Assuming. Always screwing up the sheer basics with this, the whole rancid bunch of you. You don’t know us. You’ve never asked the right questions. We’ve been sweet, Warren. We’ve been benevolent, even, up until now. But you made our husband bleed, and well you said it yourself. We choose family.
Nami Callaghan: We’re not sorry, that we showed you a lick of respect, Warren. We are sorry you chose to piss on it just like Becky did. You’re going to be sorry about it, because if you think how you lost your precious title was enough payback? That Seth and his little Mr. Slave Trent Grundy cheating us to take our tag titles would get us to back off, you’re all stupider than you act, speak, and look.
Coral Callaghan: That’s pretty fucking stupid, in case you were wondering. This isn’t done until we say it is, and you bitches should have never, EVER counted on our mercies.
They turn away and saunter down the hallway, hips swinging and hair bouncing as they go.

MATCH FOUR: HANDICAP
Girls of Summer vs Warren Corbett
Girls of Summer vs Warren Corbett
RECAP The match starts out with Coral and Nami seemingly attempting to team up against Corbett. Warren tries to fight them off but the numbers game is too much as they both take him down. Girls of Summer control the beginning of the match as they share several quick tags and keep Warren there in the corner to wear him down, making the most of him not having a partner, but Warren shows his prowess in the ring and comes back with fire, a quick combination by Warren, seeing him then duck a swing from Nami, Warren then nails Coral, knocking her off the apron and to the outside. Nami goes to hit Warren with a clothesline but he hits her with a deep six, also known as a spinning back slam. Corbett pins Nami but she kicks out after two. Corbett picks Nami up and he nails her with his finisher, the Battle Ax (high lifting impact spinebuster). Corbett pins Nami but Coral enters the ring and stops the count by hitting him with a punt to the head. Corbett is completely out of it from the brutal kick and the referee yells at Coral to get out of the ring. Coral raises her hands in the air innocently as she smirks before she exits the ring into her corner. Warren is in a daze as he crawls to his corner, forgetting for a moment that he has no one to tag as Nami manages to tag in Coral. Coral is quick to get on top of Warren, stomping him with several boots into the corner. Coral then runs back to her corner before charging back to Warren and hitting a brutal knee to his face as he was leaning into the corner. Coral pulls Warren to the middle of the ring and she pins him but he kicks out after two. Coral takes Nami in and the two go for a double suplex on Warren but they can’t lift him as he holds his weight down. Corbett then counters and he hits a suplex on both girls, showing his impressive strength. Corbett then goes to work on Nami, who’s the legal one as he hits her with several stomps. He picks her up and whips her to the ropes and when she comes back, he lifts her up for a second Battle Ax but Coral sweeps his legs out from under him with a leg sweep. This gives the Girls of Summer the chance to hit Sandy Cheeks - Running High knee to the face (Nami) followed by a legdrop (Coral). Nami pins Corbett and the referee counts to three, giving the Girls of Summer the win and some redemption following what occurred the week before. Honey: Achoo!
Honey sneezes with a little itty bitty sneeze, wrinkling her nose as she fans away the spilled pepper spores causing her to sneeze. After sending a small message to Coda on her phone, Honey digs into a specially designed salad that she’d gotten from Max, who works at the Nightfall Fight Gym.
Honey: I wonder where Brendan is, like, we have our SUPER BIG tag team match tonight.
Honey says narrowing her eyes at a cherry tomato she elevates with her plastic spork.
Honey: Like, Helena and Melissa already teamed and won together so, they know each other a little better and like, are more well rounded with each other too, like this tomato.
Honey then ‘smarles’, smiling and gnarling a tad, as she shows off her incisor which piercing the tomato as it goes in her mouth and Honey politely chews and then swallows before speaking.
Honey: And then Cass Baumer is on Melissa’s side and Katie gets to team with…
She rapidly stamps her feet on the floor and throws her head back, hands in the air.
Honey: The CAN-AM Champion! I almost won that title too!
Honey says trying to be cool as she stabs through her salad leaves and eats them with a little bit of dressing on.
Honey: I got to face Helena too in my debut and, like, I didn’t win but she said I did very very well and maybe with a superman Callaghan on my team we can win! How come Superman wasn’t in your movie?
Man Off-Screen:: Superman is an entirely different universe.
Leaving Honey slightly stunned, not understanding as she slowly eats her next bite with a narrowed eyed look.
Honey: I think Superman would have been a good avenger!
And the camera slowly reveals Honey to be talking to quite an exceptional cosplayer who has dressed up in a quite professional Thanos costume today to watch the movie but dropped in on his place of work.
Thanos Cosplayer: No, little one. He’s completely different in another plane of existence.
Honey: Um..okey dokey.
Honey says, still not quite understanding.
Honey: Can I borrow your shiny glove for my match?
And the Thanos Cosplayer shakes his head and pulls his hand away.
Thanos Cosplayer: You don’t need it. You’re already a Super Falcon and tag team champion.
Making Honey modestly smile and tilt her head, unzipping her jacket to show off her super falcon t-shirt like superman shows off his S sign.
Honey: Like the robot falcon guy, Wilson!
Honey smiles and digs in her salad as the camera pulls away and her talk with the cosplayer becomes a little too spoiler polluted for Liberty viewers.

BACKSTAGE
Katie Anderson is backstage preparing for her match, her long black hair is pulled into a ponytail, she has her ring gear on. She has a very intense and cold look on her face as she paces back and forth, she is somewhat startled at the sound of a knock on her dressing room door.
“Come in”
Veronica Chandler walks in with a smirk on her face, She takes a seat making herself at home in Katie’s dressing room.
“So Mrs. Tolson are you ready to once again show the world why you are the top star here in Liberty and show everybody that Melissa Reeves is now and always has been your personal BITCH? I mean tonight is tailor made for the Showcase that is Katie Anderson-Tolson”
Katie smirks slightly then her face goes cold again.
“I'm ready, I can't wait to get my hands on Mel or that cunt Cass Baumer, there is something I want you to do for me as my manager. I want Melissa Reeves in a one one one match, I don't care what kind, just get it done.”
Veronica strokes her chin as she ponders Katie’s request
“You want Melissa one on one? No problem! I will get you her one on one and i’ll make sure to make it a match that causes her the most pain! It’s time Melissa learns her place around here and that place is beneath you. You are her superior and the sooner she learns that the better it will be for her. So about tonight. How much can we trust that partner of yours to do the right thing and stay out of your way!”
Katie tapes her wrists as she listens to Veronica*
“I don't trust Helena Noir any farther than I can throw her, she doesn't like me and I sure as hell can't stand her. But I guess for one night I'll have to trust her even if it is only slightly. But she's the least of my concerns right now. That cunt Cass Baumer runs her mouth too much and I'm gonna shut it for her. And Mel well let's just say I'm not done playing with her yet.”
A sinister grin crosses her face. Veronica smirks as she listens to Katie
“Good that is what I like to hear. Tonight you put Liberty on Notice that you will not be denied and nobody not Melissa Reeves, Not Cass baumer, Not Helena Noir, Especially not that Kit Kat eating weirdo Honey or her partner Brendan can do anything to stop it. The Katie Anderson train is running right to the top and tonight will be just a small taste of what is to come around here.”
Katie smiles
“I like the way you think Ms. Chandler, I knew there was a reason I hired you. As long as you get me what I want and the opponents I want we'll have a great working relationship...if not you're out on your ass got it?”
Katie glares at Veronica and Veronica chuckles to herself.
“No need for threats since as long as you are with me you will get everything you want. You want certain opponents to beat up i’ll get them for you. You want title shots then you get title shots. With me handling your business you will be the top dog here in Liberty for as long as you want to be. Trust me our relationship will be very fruitful for all parties involved.”
Katie smiles again a real smile she offers her hand to Veronica
“Well then it seems like we are off to a good start, we will talk about title shots later, now I must finish getting ready for my match, we will talk more after the show.”
Veronica shakes Katie hand with a smile
“That we will. I’ll let you get ready and after we can talk and celebrate your victory. Drinks will be on me.”
Veronica takes her leave
“Now I really like the way you think!”
Katie chuckles as she walks Veronica to the door, once she is out she goes back to her routine of preparation as the camera fades out.

MATCH FIVE: TAG TEAM
Rylee McKenzi & Voidstar v Gray Malone & Trent Grundy
Rylee McKenzi & Voidstar v Gray Malone & Trent Grundy
RECAP Rylee tries to bait Void into the ring with her, but the masked monster is having none of it, refusing to be dictated to, he stands on the apron and Rylee shrugs, turning to be the one who starts the match instead. Rylee taunts Gray at first and keeps flicking at his ears and slapping him round the head, this only causes the veteran to barrel into her and slam her into the mat, taking several hard strikes and boots to her. Malone easily throws her across the ring and takes her down with a hard shoulder, he then tags in Grundy and the pair use the full count to beat her down, at this point, voidstar seems to have had enough. He drops from the apron and moves around the ring, grabbing Rylee by the ankles he pulls her out of the ring, moves back to his corner, drops her over the top rope and then tags himself in the, the entire time the two society members look shocked at the action. Once in the ring, void takes down Malone and Grundy, pushing Malone out of the ring he focuses on the legal man and in that time, Rylee has come too and looks over at the pair fighting, she jumps on the back of Void and tries to press her thumb into his eye, the official, confused as to why she’s attacking her own partner tries to pull her away and send her back to her corner. Rylee stomps back towards her corner but Voidstar grabs her by the hair and slams her face down to the canvas, as she rolls to the outside, the face tags her back in and tosses her to the waiting society team. Voidstar then starts to head towards the back, shaking his head as Malone rolls Rylee up for the pin, picking up the three count. BACKSTAGE
Katie Anderson is walking backstage. She has a very unhappy look on her face, but she becomes even more unhappy when she sees Cass Baumer leaving her dressing room. Katie scowls as she tries to walk past Cass but their shoulders collide.
Cass Baumer: What’s your problem?! Can’t you see I’m preparing for a match?
The CEO of #BaumerReport was headed in the direction of the catering room.
Katie looks at Cass with a look of total disgust.
Katie Anderson: My problem is you Cass, my problem is that you breath the same air I do.
Cass Baumer: You’re welcome to hold your breath. Permanently.
Cass smirked as she stopped in her tracks, looking in the direction of one of her opponents tonight.
Cass Baumer: I thought we were over this, Katie. I wore your t-shirt last week and everything! Doesn’t that automatically make us best friends?
Cass was clearly just trying to rile Katie up.
Katie's jaw clenches and her nostrils flare.
Katie Anderson: If you think that we will ever be best friends then you are the dumbest bitch walking the Earth. You and I will NEVER be friends!
The Sensational One shook her head.
Cass Baumer: Did you wanna say something to me? ‘Cause if you did… if you want to air your grievances… tell me what I could have possibly done to make you so worked up over me aside from the whole winning the Liberty Championship number one contendership by pinning you thing...
She gestured to the space in front of her.
Cass Baumer: You have the floor.
Katie Anderson: You got personal, you attacked my wife when she had nothing to do with the match. You ran your fucking mouth one too many times to the wrong bitch.
Katie closes the space between them and looks coldly into Cass’s eyes.
Katie Anderson: I will hurt you Cass,I promise this is far from over between you and I…
Cass Baumer: Me and your wife have gone back and forth so many times that at this point, it’s expected that we go after each other every chance we get. We take potshots at each other for fun and the both of us know it’s nothing serious. And hell, it’s admirable you wanna defend her but she’s strong enough that she doesn’t need your defending.
She crossed her arms.
Cass Baumer: You wanna know something funny, though? I have respect for her. And if that’s how I treat someone I respect, how do you think I’ll treat you tonight in our match?
Katie smirks and chuckles.
Katie Anderson: I think you'll keep your sorry ass on the apron and let Mel do all the work, we all know you are the least talented one in this match. Hell you were lucky to even be in that match. So get the fuck outta my face with your tough guy act. It's not fooling anyone especially me.
Katie steps a little bit closer trying to instigate Cass.
Cass sighed and took a step forward.
Cass Baumer: You’re right. I might not be the most talented fighter in this match…
Her words were soft but her expression quickly turned more harsh.
Cass Baumer: But I’ve already beaten you twice — once in Liberty Pro and once in a tag team match with Josh by my side. So what does that say about you?
The Headliner deviously smirked inches away from Katie’s furious face.
Cass Baumer: It’s no wonder Melissa never talked about you. Not even when the two of us were friends. You’ll always be the same Katie who wasn’t good enough for her. And you’ll always be the same Katie who’s not good enough to beat me.
Katie smiles, it's an alarmingly pleasant smile as she steps back, Cass watches her closely.
Katie Anderson: We'll find out real soon sweetheart, don't worry about that. In the meantime, just remember this…
Katie closes the distance with a quick left uppercut staggering Cass, followed by a right hook to her ribs, bringing Cass to her knees. Katie grabs her by the hair getting in her face.
Katie Anderson: See you soon sweetheart…
She laughs as she lets go and walks away.
As soon as Katie leaves, Cass smiles wide as she slowly climbs back to her feet.
Cass Baumer: Mission accomplished.

BACKSTAGE
Backstage Tristin Keyes is seen talking to a group of youngsters who are treated to a backstage tour by one of the Liberty staff members. Tristin is smiling as she walks backwards, speaking to the children in a playful tone.
Tristin Keyes: And remember, whatever you do, don’t ask Mr. Callaghan if you can touch his bat. We had a kid ask that last tour…
Tristin lowers her voice to a whisper.
Tristin Keyes: ...and we never saw him again. His parents did get a couple of lovely Tyson Gregory tee shirts though so they weren’t too broken up about it.
The kids gasp and point towards Tristin with their eyes wide as she continues to walk backwards.
Tristin Keyes: I know, scary story, right?
She chuckles and turns away only to find herself face-to-face with one Becky Balfour. Tristin stops short, her disposition souring as she leers at Becky.
Tristin Keyes: You lost little girl? I think the tour went that-a-way.
Tristin jerks her thumb over her shoulder to indicate a direction.
Becky Balfour: Why weren’t they given Society t-shirts?
Becky’s face remains emotionless as she stares at Tristin, not backing off an inch. The kids can sense and feel the tension, quickly moving on as the tour continues.
Becky Balfour: The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Becky snaps her fingers and around the corner come two Followers. Both men have bushy, red beards, one of the men is totally bald, the other is balding with patchy red hair. The two hulking men stop just behind Becky, staring towards Tristin with expressionless faces.
Becky Balfour: I figured it would be cordial of me to remind you that Liberty is home to The Society. You have your job, treasure it. Smile on your way to the building, I don’t give a shit. Just...stay...out...of my way. Of OUR way.
Balfour looks over her shoulder at the two Followers before turning back to Tristin once more. Tristin laughs while looking from one man, to the next and finally over at Becky.
Tristin Keyes: Oh I’ll smile alright. I’ll smile at you calling in some muscle to try and intimidate me when all it really does is show how pathetic and scared you are. You… Ms. Balfour…
Tristin steps into Becky’s personal space, forcing her to take a step backwards into her Followers.
Tristin Keyes: ...are a petulant child who stomps her feet and whines when she doesn’t get her way. You cry foul, make up stories and do whatever it takes to get your way. That shit may work on Nate, you may be able to wear him down, but I see right through your little act. You aren’t a victim, you’re the one conducting the orchestra and until now you’ve had everyone playing whatever tune it is you want to hear. That’s about to change my dear. I embarrassed you and dragged your ass from that ring once already… I’ll gladly do it again… and again… and again. So if you’re going to stop me? If you’re even going to put up a fight… you’ll need more than these two watching your back because I don’t play by wrestling rules.
She snaps her teeth together right in front of Becky’s nose before backing off with a cocky smile. Becky shakes her head, staring daggers at Keyes.
Becky Balfour: You brag about dragging me from the ring, like it was the biggest accomplishment of your life. Do you want to know something? For years, I felt invisible. Like I didn’t matter. I felt alone. I felt vulnerable, but right here, right now, the only person I see that should feel that way? Is you. Me? I have a family.
Balfour motions to the two men behind her.
Becky Balfour: I have a career. I have people all around the world who can relate to me. They feel the pain I feel. But you? You’re making a living, creating this identity, based on the conflict with me. Be honest with yourself.
Becky steps forward, stopping nearly nose-to-nose with Tristin.
Becky Balfour: The money you make? It’s because Nathan couldn’t control us on his own. He needed you. Flying cross country to party with Gavin Grimes? Would Gavin Grimes know or care who you are if not for your encounter with Becky Balfour? I made you...WE made you...and if you push back? Eventually we can break you.
Becky turns to the two men behind her and nods her head, motioning to the hallway. The two men turn around and begin walking away as Becky turns back to Tristin.
Becky Balfour: If you like keeping this job, you will stay out of our way. I don’t know how much simpler I can put it. Oh...and you hit like a girl.
Becky goes to push past Tristin, but as she bumps her shoulder Tristin snatches her up by the wrist and yanks Becky’s arm up at an extreme angle, torquing it as she puts pressure on Becky’s wrist. Becky has no choice but to drop to her knees to try and relieve some of the pressure as Tristin smiles smugly.
Tristin Keyes: That’s a good girl, kneel.
Tristin’s eyes snap to the two Followers who stopped dead in their tracks and are about to make their way back towards Tristin and Becky.
Tristin Keyes: Uh, uh, uh… you two stay… unless of course you want me to break her arm.
They pause for a moment and remain still, seething as they stare daggers through Tristin who bends down a little to speak softly in Becky’s ear. Becky, is near tears as her wrist is near it’s breaking point.
Tristin Keyes: You will never break me little one. I on the other hand could break you right here and now. As for that bit about you making me? I was chatting up Grimes long before I stepped foot in this building. The money I make here? It’s nice. We’re well compensated and I do thank you and your compatriots for being such royal pains in the ass that Nathan had no choice but to hire us. But don’t think for a second that I NEED this job. I could break your arm, walk right out that door and never look back. So stay in your lane, behave yourself and treat me with some fucking respect...then maybe I’ll do the same and we won’t need to have awkward confrontations like this one. Yeah?
Tristin releases Becky’s wrist and shoves her arm away before taking a step back, her eyes still aware of the Followers’ presence as she glances from them back down to Becky who is delicately holding her arm close to her body.
Becky Balfour: You...just made...a big mistake.
The words fumble from her mouth as The Followers approach and help her to her feet. Becky turns to them and says something about not being able to compete under her breath before looking back at Tristin.
Becky Balfour: If I can’t wrestle tonight, it’s your fault. It’s ALL your fault.
The two Followers step in front of Becky but she grabs one of them by the back of his shirt, halting the forward motion of both.
Becky Balfour: Not now.
The two Followers now stare at Tristin, almost daring her to make another move, but cautioning her to go about her business.
Tristin Keyes: If you can’t compete tonight, you really are a coward and a child. Put some ice on that little chicken wing and you’ll be fine. Besides, you’re in a handicap match. Let your partner do all the heavy lifting.
Tristin smirks at the followers before wiggling her fingers towards them, mocking them by showing just how “scary” they really are to her.
Becky Balfour: I’m the one wrestling two others. Shows how much you pay attention to your place of employment.
Becky steps in front of the two men and nods.
Becky Balfour: Let’s go. We have a punishment of a match to get me ready for.
Becky makes sure to avoid all contact with Keyes as she begins walking down the hallway, away from her. Tristin screws up her face a little before taking out her phone and glancing down at it.
Tristin Keyes: Oh shit, would you look at that. She is fucked, isn’t she?
With a chuckle Tristin slides her phone away and walks off in the opposite direction while whistling the funeral dirge.

MATCH SIX: TRIPLE THREAT TAG MATCH
Melissa Reeves & Cass Baumer v Brendan Callaghan & Honey v Katie Anderson & Helena Noir
Melissa Reeves & Cass Baumer v Brendan Callaghan & Honey v Katie Anderson & Helena Noir
RECAP The match starts off with what appears to be Brendan, Katie and Melissa but Cass immediately slaps Melissa on the back, tagging herself in. Mel looks back at Cass and rolls her eyes hard before getting out of the ring. It turns out Cass made a mistake as Brendan and Katie both charge her and take her out with a double clothesline. The two beat The Headliner down before picking her up and dropping her with a double suplex. Suddenly the lights turn off and when they turn back on, Voidstar is standing outside of the ring. Brendan’s eyes widen as he runs over to Honey to tag her in before he exits the ring and runs through the crowd. Honey smiles and waves at Voidstar, her tag team partner in ACM. The lights then turn off again and when they come back on, Voidstar is gone and Honey is on her own with no partner. Katie takes Honey out with a DDT and pins her but Cass breaks it up. Cass then picks Katie up and drops her with a neckbreaker. Cass pins her but Katie kicks out after one. Cass tries to control the match as she goes back and forth working on Katie and then Honey but Honey manages to take Cass out with a hurricanrana from out of nowhere. Katie tags Helena in, giving Noir a hot tag as she clothesline Honey and then she takes out Cass with a wrap around DDT. Helena pins Cass but Baumer kicks out after two. Honey tries to take out Helena with a dropkick but Noir counters it as she side steps. Honey gets up to her knees as Noir charges her and takes her out with a running knee strike. Helena pins Honey but Honey kicks out after two. Noir doesn’t notice Baumer tagging in Melissa, who comes into the match on fire. She nails Noir with a clothesline and then a second before taking Noir out with a superkick. Honey charges Melissa but Melissa grabs her and hits her with a Reaver Slam. Mel pins Honey but Katie breaks up the pin right before the three count. Katie continues her attack on Melissa, hitting her with several stomps before picking her up and hitting her with a snap suplex. Katie gets back to her corner and waits for Helena to come in and tag but Baumer enters the ring and takes out Noir with a reverse DDT before she can. Katie gets in the ring and all hell breaks loose as the five competitors are all in the ring battling it out. Helena tosses Baumer out of the ring but when she turns around, she is speared by Honey and they both go tumbling out of the ring, leaving just Katie and Melissa. Melissa grabs Anderson and goes for the Reaver Slam but Katie slides off of Mel’s back. Katie then rolls up Melissa and holds her tights for the pin as the referee counts to three, giving Katie and Helena the win. Melissa looks at the referee in shock, telling him that Katie wasn’t legal and that she had her tights. The referee disagrees with Melissa and Katie and Helena are announced the winners. The scene opens to the backstage area where the Anarchy Champion, Cole Gregory is pacing back and forth in a nearly empty hallway. He is already in his ring attire and holding the Anarchy Championship in his arms against his chest. He lightly starts talking to himself, not really noticing the camera.
Cole Gregory: Another test, another battle and another hill to climb. Gotta keep moving forward and taking on all competitors. Forget this one is a former Liberty Champion and almost always finds some way to get the job done.
He sighs and stops in his tracks, looking down at the championship belt in his hands.
Cole Gregory: Am I ready to lose this? Am I ready to no longer be Anarchy Champion?
He takes a deep breath and then shakes his head.
Cole Gregory: No, I’m not ready for that and I can’t be thinking about this… I’m not going into this alone, I have..
Just then a hand touch his shoulder causing him to turn around and see Trinity Locke standing there.
Trinity Locke: I tell you to wait out here for a moment and you get all mopey? Come on, suck it up and let’s get out there and kick ass!
Her words cause Cole to smile and nod his head in agreement.
Cole Gregory: How are you always there when I need you?
Trinity Locke: I’m just fucking awesome like that.
The couple then start down the hallway to finish getting ready for their match.

ANARCHY CHAMPIONSHIP (CHAMPION MUST BE PINNED TO CHANGE HANDS)
Cole Gregory & Trinity Locke v Becky Balfour
RECAP The match starts off with Cole and Trinity charging at Becky but Becky wisely rolls out of the ring. Cole and Trinity each exit the ring on one side each so that they can trap Becky but Belfour wisely disappears under the ring. Cole and Trinity each look at one side when suddenly Cole is sprayed in the face by a fire extinguisher, blinding him and causing him to stumble back. Becky soon appears from under the ring and she decks Cole with the fire extinguisher square in the head, taking him out. Trinity comes from out of nowhere and spears Becky to the ground. The two roll around on the ground on the outside, exchanging blows before Becky thumbs Trinity in the eye. Trinity grabs her eye as she sits up before Becky gets up and drives her knee into Trinity’s face. Becky then pulls out a chair from under the ring and she slams it over and over again on Trinity’s back.. Becky goes for one last big swing as she lifts the chair in the air but Cole recovers and yanks the chair out of Becky’s arms. Becky turns and Cole slams the chair into her face. She drops and Cole goes for the cover but Balfour manages to kick out after two. Cole looks around in surprise but he stays on the offensive as he picks Becky up and he whips her into the barricade. Becky looks completely out of it as Trinity now gets up and her and Cole double team Becky with a double suplex on the outside. Gregory pins Balfour again but once again she manages to kick out. Cole goes to pick Becky up but he doesn’t notice a fan jumping the barricade, wearing a black hoodie and a skeleton mask. The masked fan pulls out a pair of brass knuckles from their hoodie pocket and puts them on before they grab Trinity and turn her around. The masked fan then decks Trinity in the face, knocking her out. Cole drops Becky and he chases the masked fan, who is most likely a Follower of #TheSociety, through the crowd. Cole continues to chase as Becky pins Trinity, who is bleeding from her skull, and she picks up the three count. The bell rings and Cole stops in his tracks as a look of frustration comes over his face. Cole retreats to check on Trinity but when he comes over the barricade, Becky takes hm out with a spear before picking him up and taking him out with Hear Me Out (Reverse DDT). Becky looks down at Cole and yells at him before she spits on him and walks away with a grin on her face. WINNER Becky Balfour METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 9:34 FINISHING MOVE Brass Knuckles |

We cut to backstage where Tyson Gregory, with his hands behind his head, is laying back in a hammock propped up by a metal frame. He has his ring gear on and a FSociety sleeveless shirt on.
Tyson Gregory: I’m sure you’re asking yourself where the hell did this hammock come from backstage here at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Well the simple answer is, believe it or not, Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains is a big hammock enthusiast. Why is that important? Well, with the upcoming two night event they have here this week, his hammock got here first.
Tyson sits up in the hammock and shakes his head.
Tyson Gregory: Man, if this thing could talk? I bet it would say “get the fuck off me!”. But enough about the hammock, let’s focus on tonight with Seth Lawless. You see Seth ran his mouth and said he would get revenge on me for attacking his ex wife and said he would take me out. I gave Seth a chance to explain himself and he stuck to his guns… for the most part. Because of all that, I now face Seth in a hardcore match tonight.
He rubs his slightly bearded chin a bit.
Tyson Gregory: Much like the front man of Alice In Chains being a big hammock enthusiast, Seth chirping and standing up at me is a very perplexing situation that leaves more questions than answers. Was Seth trying to prove himself to Becky even after they got divorced and if he was, why? Was this Seth’s big stand moment where he would make the leap from the wallflower of the Society to being a true player? Or was this his last ditch effort to try to find some team unity? I really don’t know and honestly, I don’t care. Seth has never been on my radar as far as opponents go. You see while I fit the role of the top guy, Seth normally finds himself in the role of the sidekick. If this were a cop buddy movie, he would be the one kidnapped and friend zoned by the hot chick.
Tyson shrugs his shoulders and laughs slightly.
Tyson Gregory: I mean look at the Society… Becky was off winning the Liberty Championship, Warren was being the Anarchy Champion and Seth? He was the CWC Tag Team Champion. A belt that most times, he didn’t even have to be around to defend. The only one less involved was Trent and they didn’t even remember to include him on the whole, who is the CWC Tag Champs talk. So maybe that’s why Seth stood up when he did? Saw I was the thorn in Becky’s side and wanted to finally be seen as a team leader instead of a team player.
He stands up from the hammock and eyes up the camera.
Tyson Gregory: Only thing is? Seth shit the bed calling me out. You don’t use big boy words like take me out as revenge and don’t expect a reply from me. You wanted me Seth? You got me. You wanted to take me out and show you’re a big time player? The hardcore match is where you can do it. Problem is? You will fail and you will do it in spectacular fashion. You see when that bell rings? All pleasantries with us are gone. I’m not looking forward to the beating I’m going to give you Seth… But it has to be done. Much like when a father has to put his loud mouth son in his place, I’m going to leave you with just one question Seth…
Tyson gets close to the camera and smiles.
Tyson Gregory: Who's your daddy?
He winks at the camera before turning and walking off.

MATCH EIGHT: HARDCORE
Tyson Gregory vs Seth Lawless
Tyson Gregory vs Seth Lawless
RECAP As the bell sounds, Tyson and Seth both slide out of the ring on opposite sides. Both start to toss anything they can find from under the ring. Metal chairs, trash cans, crowbars and kendo sticks fly into the ring. They both then get back in the ring where Seth charges Tyson but gets a metal chair thrown into his face. Gregory follows up with a big jumping knee. Tyson pulls Seth back to his feet and connects with a series of chops that send Lawless into the corner. Tyson picks up a chair and drives it repeatedly into the midsection of Seth. Gregory rushes across the ring and then back, using his body as a projectile with the chair between him and Lawless. Tyson goes to grab a kendo stick, swinging for Seth’s head but another fan jumps the barricade wearing a hoodie and a skull mask, one could only assume it’s another Follower of #TheSociety. The Follower grabs the kendo stick, stopping Tyson as Seth grabs a chair and is able to smack it against the side of Tyson. Seth smirks as he looks at the masked man and gives him a nod before he continues the assault with a solid chair shot to the back of Gregory, bringing him to his knees. Security then chases the masked man through the crowd as Lawless picks up a metal trash can and slams it over Tyson’s head, dropping him to the canvas. Seth sets the trash can on Tyson’s chest before hitting the ropes and coming back with a big Senton splash onto the can, crushing it on Tyson’s chest. Seth makes the cover. Tyson is able to get his shoulder up to break the count. Lawless slides out of the ring and pulls out a table, pushing it into the ring. Tyson slowly starts to get to his feet but Seth cracks a kendo stick over his back a few times, leaving him on the canvas. Lawless sets up the table in the ring before pulling Tyson to his feet and setting him on the top turnbuckle. Seth starts to go for a superplex but Gregory starts to fight back, leaving both men wobbling above the ring. Suddenly Lawless is able to hook Tyson’s head and drives him through the table with a top rope DDT. But the fall leaves both out as they crashed through the table. After some time, Lawless pushes away some of debris and is able to roll Tyson over for the cover but only manages a two count. Lawless slides out of the ring and sets up a table on the outside of the ring but before he can do much more he sees Gregory starting to get to his feet in the ring. Seth gets back in the ring and makes his way towards Tyson only have Gregory lunge at him and stab him in the forehead with a fork he was hiding in his boot! Lawless staggers a bit as blood starts to flow down his face. As Seth fights to clear the blood from his eyes, Tyson connects with a roaring elbow that drops Seth into the ropes and gets his arms tangled in them. Gregory gets a sinister look on his face as he picks up a kendo stick and cracks Seth over the head with it. Tyson then starts taunting Seth asking if he still wants to take him out before cracking him over the head with the stick again. Seth shakes his head and yells at Tyson to fuck off. Tyson then repeatedly bashes the kendo stick over Seth’s head until it’s splinters. Gregory prys Seth from the ropes and watches him fall to the canvas. He reaches down and gets his hand covered in Seth’s blood and wipes it across his chest like a badge of honor before kicking Seth out of the ring. Tyson paces around the ring for a moment seemingly plotting his next move before starting to exit the ring. Only once he steps through the ropes, Lawless is just able to spray a burst from a fire extinguisher in his face. Tyson staggers outside the ring for a moment until Seth charges at him, driving them both into the ring steps with a sickening thud. Both competitors are left laid out on the arena floor in a scene that looks like a car wreck. Somehow, Tyson is able to get to his feet first, but Seth hooks his leg and causes Tyson to fall face first on the corner edge of the steel ring steps. Tyson immediately grabs his face as blood starts to trickle out from under his hands. Seth uses the guardrail to pull himself to his feet as Tyson pulls back his hands, showing a nasty cut on his forehead. Lawless grabs some of the production cables and wraps it around Tyson’s neck, pulling back on it, trying to choke out Tyson. He lets him drop and staggers a bit to find something else to inflict pain to Tyson. Gregory, despite being choked starts to move against the ring. Once Seth returns with a chair he goes to pull Tyson to his feet, but Gregory pulls out a hammer from underneath the ring and slams it down on Seth’s foot, causing Lawless to shout out in pain. As Seth grabs the guardrail to stay upright, Tyson rolls onto the ring apron, trying to regain his composure. Lawless hobbles over and gets on the ring apron and points to the table he set up previously. He then starts to pull Tyson to his feet only to have Tyson connect with a low blow. Gregory gets to his feet, lifts Seth up for the The Vanish Of Hope (Cradle Tombstone piledriver) on the ring apron but instead jumps off the ring with Seth and dives him through the table on the outside of the ring, leaving Seth a crumpled mess on the arena floor. The fans in attendance start to loudly chant “HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!” Tyson somehow drags the dead weight of Lawless to the ring and rolls him in, leaving just enough energy to make the cover and get the win. After the bell sounds, Tyson rolls out of the ring and raises his arm in victory as he staggers on the ramp way. In the ring, Seth lays almost motionless. Just then Society Follower, Tru Kennedy jumps the guardrail and slides into the ring to check on Lawless. WINNER Tyson Gregory METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 22:43 FINISHING MOVE The Vanish of Hope |

GWA Senior Correspondent Skylar Rayner is walking absentmindedly the backstage area of the Hammerstein Ballroom. She has the biggest smile on her face as she looks at the posters of all the past events hanging from the walls in awe.
Skylar Rayner: Oh my God, there’s so much history here…
Caught up in the her own thoughts, she doesn’t notice the Gotham Champion Riley Savell walking in the opposite direction. The impact is unavoidable, but luckily for them both, light.
Skylar Rayner: Ooops totally my bad, I just got distracted and…
She quickly apologizes before even realising what she’s talking to. As soon as she turns her eyes and meet Riley’s her expression changes.
Skylar Rayner: Oh Riley…
She says almost with a sigh, remembering their previous fights on twitter. As much as she’s not one to hold grudge, she’s still clearly uneasy around the Gotham Champion.
Skylar Rayner: Look, I am really sorry… Are you ok?
Riley adjusts the Gotham Championship on her shoulder with a light huff, shaking her head.
Riley Savell: Lucky for you, I’m in a good mood…
She holds up her left hand to flash her wedding ring with a smile.
Riley Savell: Just, watch where you’re going next time.
Sky rolls her eyes, taking a step back and cursing her luck. Of all the people she could have bumped in, Riley was definitely the last one she could hope for.
Skylar Rayner: You know… I know we had our squabbles in the past, and I’m sorry for anything I could have said that might have offended, or annoyed you or whatever,,,For what it’s worth, I’m over all that and… I guess I owe you an apology, as well as congratulations for your wedding.
Her smile is honest, and so are her words. She extends her hand toward the Gotham Champion. Riley shakes her hand with a slight sneer, but then smiles.
Riley Savell: Okay… and thanks, it was. Amazing. Perfect in fact, I can’t even stay mad today because I’m still on cloud nine...
Skylar Rayner: Yeah, I saw the pics and… My God, you looked so beautiful and so happy…
She says with dreamy eyes, the memory of the pictures still fresh in her mind. Shaking her head, she shifts back to a more professional but still cordial and friendly attitude.
Skylar Rayner: I must say, I’m surprised to see you here… I thought you were taking the day off.. That’s some dedication!
Riley smiles and shakes her head.
Riley Savell: I have some time off scheduled after the super show, until then it’s business as usual. And thank you, it was important to Asher that the dress be simple, so I selected something that I could shine in, as opposed to it wearing me.
Skylar Rayner: It was a great choice… Of course, he was stylish and handsome as well, but we both know that all the eyes have to be on the bride…
She says with a playful wink, encouraged by the unexpected turn the conversation took. She wrinkles her brows lightly…
Skylar Rayner: I was thinking… Do you mind if I ask you a few questions? For once that we’re not going at each other’s throat, we might as well do something productive, what do you say?
Riley sighs and then nods her head slowly, waving her hand at Sky.
Riley Savell: Sure, why not… Lets see who’s better at this, you, or Katya?
Skylar Rayner: Ooohh.. Now the pressure is on… Katya is damn good!
She chuckles lightly.
Skylar Rayner:You literally took the wrestling world by storm… For someone in her rookie year, you already made a major impact, winning titles both in Liberty Pro and Empire and earning the respect of your peers. You definitely lived up your brother’s name and, according to some, you are destined to accomplish even greater things than Julian… But my question is, how tough was for you to carry that last name when you first started? Or, quite the contrary, did it actually help you?
Riley Savell: Neither.
She shakes her head with a soft laugh.
Riley Savell: As I said during my interview with Katya, I took the name because I wanted to best it. Some say I already have, I won both those championships in under twenty competitive matches… Do you know what a record that is? I started with the name, then, I went for the gimmick and next, will be the legacy. I love my brother, but I am better than him in every way and I have proven that again and again and again.
She nods her head.
Skylar Rayner: I find it hard to disagree. Tonight your Gotham Champion is on the line in a very peculiar match. It doesn’t happen every day that a single title is on the line in a tag team match and whether you can’t lose it unless you get pinned, it’s still a situation where anything can happen. How do you feel about it?
Riley Savell: Happy, I’ve been asking for a challenge from day one of winning the championship and now, I finally have one. I’m not an idiot, I trust Ana anymore than I trust the guys across the ring from me, but I’m confident in my ability going into this match and I know, if Nate weren’t confident in my ability, he wouldn’t have booked the match.
Skylar Rayner: You seem to get along well with mister Callaghan, which is more than can be said for most of the people on this roster. He is a polarizing figure, who’s not afraid to call for desperate measures if he feels he needs to. What’s your opinion on him? And since we’re talking about your employers, what are differences between him and Empire’s GM? To say that you and Howard are not on the same page could be the understatement of the year
Riley smiles softly at the mention of Nathan, leaning to one side.
Riley Savell: Nate has been one of my biggest supporters, he showed faith in me from the very beginning and has been like a father to me. Despite what others may be believe, he has been supportive, loving and understanding at all times. He always maintains professionalism with me, but will always do what he can to help me at times of personal matters.
Riley shakes her head slightly with a sigh.
Riley Savell: I’ve never faired well with authority figures, I need to feel like they are coming at me from my point of view. Howard? He doesn’t do that, it’s his way or no way, he’s cut and dry. He will never be the boss or the man that Nathan is, but he has his way and I’ve learned to respect that.
Sky smiles nodding her head.
Skylar Rayner: I know Howard quite well, he has his own way to do things but he’s not a bad guy…
It’s no secret that she’s been friend with the Empire GM and his step sister for quote sometime, even before they took their positions in the Canadian company.
Skylar Rayner: Going back to tonight’s match, Neriah Holst, a former Sentinel Champion, made his presence felt in Liberty attacking the US Champion, Lizzy Taylor. Tonight, living up the name of this week’s episode, they find themselves to be strange bedfellows in our main event. Do you think they can actually coexist?
Riley Savell: I honestly don’t give a fuck either way, they can fight, they can kiss, for all I care they can get down in the ring, so long as I leave with my championship, nothing else matters.
She can’t hold a light a chuckle, quickly shaking off and regaining her composure.
Skylar Rayner: One last question Riley, and it’s about your future… Or at least a possible one.
She stares at the Gotham Champion, pointing at the title resting on her shoulder.
Skylar Rayner: Ashleigh Powell, the girl you beat for that title. Next thursday she will compete in a fatal 4 way match for a shot at the other title you’re currently holding, the Canadian Championship. And she’s coming off strong from her big win against your friend Megan Rydell at Zero Hour. Do you think she has what it takes to take a shot at your throne?
Riley smiles and offers a shrug.
Riley Savell: Ashleigh is a strong competitor I’m looking forward to facing her in Paragon, but she’s not me. I don’t doubt she will give me one hell of a fight, but I’ll come out on top, just like I always do.
Skylar Rayner: One thing I know, this is one match I know I’ll love to see. And same can be said for all the wrestling fans.
She answers with a smile not hiding a note of excitement in her voice.
Skylar Rayner: Well, I’ll let you go now, Riley. Thanks for the interview and for accepting my apology. That really means a lot. Good luck out there!
Riley nods in reply, smiling as she walks away from the scene.

MAIN EVENT: SINGLES
Riley Savell & Anastasia Hayden vs Neriah Holst & Lizzy Taylor
Riley Savell & Anastasia Hayden vs Neriah Holst & Lizzy Taylor
RECAP Starting this contest off is Anastasia Hayden and Lizzy Taylor. The two circle the ring a bit, going through an early feeling out process as they check kicks from one another. Finally they meet with a collar-and-elbow that sees Lizzy back Ana up into the ropes before sending her across the ring. Taylor drops down and then leapfrogs over Hayden before hooking her with an arm drag and transitioning it into a wrist lock. Taylor positions her knee right onto the side of Hayden's ribs and presses down as she wrenches Ana's wrist back. She keeps the pressure applied until Ana manages to roll out of it and get into the ropes to force a break. Once Lizzy releases the hold and backs up, Ana goes right to the offensive as she tries a double leg takedown on Taylor and the two start wrestling on the mat. Hayden manages to get behind Taylor, locking in a sleeper hold, but Lizzy wisely manages to get enough leverage to pin Ana's shoulders for a pin, forcing Ana to release the hold after a two count. Underestimating her opponent a bit, Ana smirks as she circles with Lizzy again. It looks like they're set for another lock up when all of a sudden Lizzy is caught off guard by Neriah Holst yelling out, "AY! AY, LIZZY! TAG ME IN!" This distraction from her own partner sees Lizzy get drilled with a dropkick from Ana that knocks Taylor into her corner and that's where Holst tags himself in. Taylor definitely isn't pleased with it and Holst doesn't really care as he taunts his partner in the ring only to walk right into an enziguri from Hayden. Ana looks at Neriah, simply annoyed by his presence alone, and she walks over to her corner to bring in Riley Savell for the first time in this match. Now it's Riley's turn to try and deal with Neriah, looking for a lock up, but every time they come close, Neriah pulls say with a loud "NAH!" accompanying it. Savell tries to stay as calm as she can, but Holst seems to bring the worst out of anyone and she charges him back into a corner, driving her shoulder into his midsection repeatedly. As Holst drops to the bottom of the corner, Savell puts the boots to Neriah until the referee forces her to step away. As soon as Riley does, she's back on the attack, but Neriah is ready and he pulls her face first into the middle turnbuckle! Savell's face bounces off the pad and Holst grabs her for a schoolboy roll-up! ONE! TWO! … T-NO! Riley kicks out fairly early into the count and as she rolls up to her feet, Neriah tries for another roll-up, but Savell is ready for it as she gets out of it and comes back with an enziguri for Holst. With Holst dazed, Savell hoists him up for a snap suplex, and a pin attempt that just gets her a two count. Riley picks Neriah back up, hooking him for another suplex, but Holst counters it into one of his own. He pops up on his feet, asking Lizzy if she saw that, and then a very casual reminder that Neriah is better than her. Turning back to Savell, Holst lifts her up, and throws her into the ropes for a leg lariat on the rebound. Holst hits the ropes and springboards back with a moonsault right onto Savell. Neriah tries rallying up the crowd on his side, but they're not interested in it at all. Neriah tells the crowd to stick it before walking over and reluctantly tagging in Lizzy, who receives a large pop as she enters the ring much to Holst's dismay. As Savell stands, Taylor is there with a snapmare, and she hits the ropes for a running kick across Riley's chest. Lizzy seems to be in control, but she's distracted yet again as she looks over to the opponent's corner to see Neriah tugging at Anastasia's boot on the outside. "AY! AY ANA!" Neriah is trying to strike up a conversation with Ana and she's doing her absolute best just to ignore him, but Holst isn't letting up. Hayden looks at Taylor and asks her to take care of her partner, which prompts Lizzy to walk over and tell Neriah to piss off back to their corner. Eventually, Neriah sulks back to his corner and as Lizzy takes care of her pest of a partner, she turns back to notice Riley isn't where she originally was, and instead, Savell is airborne with a flying knee off the top rope! Riley drops Lizzy and she hooks the leg for a pin! ONE! TWO! … TH-NO! Riley is flustered as she backs into her corner, ready for a shining wizard, but before she can even get a running start, Ana tags herself into the match. It seems like the miscommunication exists between both teams as Riley and Ana briefly stare one another down before Hayden turns to Taylor. As Taylor is recovering, Hayden is setting her up for She Was Only Seventeen, and Ana runs, looking to connect, but Lizzy gets out of the way! Ana whiffs on the kick and as she gets to her feet, Lizzy greets her with a STO! Lizzy lifts Ana up to her feet and puts Hayden up on her shoulders, looking for, and connecting with the London's Falling (Electric Chair Drop)! She rolls over quickly and makes the cover on Hayden! ONE! TWO! … THR-NO! As Hayden gets a shoulder up, Taylor looks a bit frustrated, but she tries to remain calm as she gets back up, ready to put an end to this one. Ana slowly recovers and Lizzy strikes with her Ricochet, but Hayden is able to push Taylor's DDT attempt away. Taylor runs for a lariat and Hayden ducks it; as Lizzy rebounds off the ropes, Neriah tags himself in again, and Ana doesn't see it as she lifts Lizzy up for a back body drop. The blind tag pays off this time as Ana tries to lift Lizzy up only to get dropped right on her neck with a German suplex from Neriah! Neriah then gets Ana in a chinlock and starts wearing down the Liberty Champion. With her in this chinlock, Neriah sees his chance as he starts chatting with Ana, asking if she's got any games on her phone. Much like a crowd chanting a wrestler awake, Holst constantly annoying Hayden sees her work her way up to a standing base before throwing some elbow right into Neriah's midsection. Ana gets free and hits a snapmare on Neriah then following it up with a big kick right across his back. Holst quickly rolls to his corner and scrambles to his feet to tag Taylor back in. Lizzy's tolerance for Neriah and his cowardly, annoying ways has reached its threshold. She steps into the ring, but not before grabbing Neriah for a non-bridging London's Bridge (Fisherman Suplex)! Lizzy rolls out of the ring as the fans aren't all that shocked and even Riley and Ana understand it. Hayden shrugs before pulling Holst away from the ropes and lazily hooking the leg ONE! TWO! … THREE! The bell sounds and Anastasia gets to her feet, celebrating the win as Riley Savell steps into the ring, shooting daggers at Ana for stealing the match away from her. Regardless, the reluctant partners put their differences aside in celebration as the fans boo them.
