Live from the Hammerstein Ballroom
New York, New York
04 May, 2018.
OPENING SEGMENT
A live scene opens a few blocks down from the Hammerstein Ballroom, the more common venue of Liberty Pro. Cars frantically pass by much like they always do in New York City as a cab pulls up. The rear passenger door opens up and out steps Scotty Latimer. Inside the ballroom tbe places absolutely explodes for their hometown son. Scotty taking in the familiar sights and sounds from a few blocks away starts walking heading East on W. 34th Street towards towards the hallowed venue.
Scotty: It feels good…..it makes me question why I didn't do this sooner quite honestly. Why…..what took me so long for the kid from Brooklyn to come to Liberty Pro Wrestling. I...I really don't have an answer for that. Could it have been because of my schedule...or something happen in my personal life? Who knows…..but the most important thing is that I am here now….and what a time to be in Liberty Pro.
Scotty is now within four blocks of the venue as he continues walking.
Scotty: It's a whole new beginning….Liberty becoming a part of the GWA brand….and it comes in with in my opinion one of the absolute best talent rosters in this business. You have people like Seth Lawless….Melissa Reeves…..Cass Baumer….Gray Malone….Becky Balfour….and your Tyson Gregory’s of the world. No matter how confident I am in my own abilities….it's going to be a struggle to be mentioned amongst those names in Liberty Pro….and that's not even all of the truly talented people here.
Scotty walks another two blocks quickly stopping to take a quick selfie with a hot dog vendor who was getting that last rush of business before closing his stand for the night.
Scotty: But you see...I'm not afraid of hard work….or failing. I'm not afraid to have to work hard to get even better so I can hang with such a talented roster. I'm just like your typical kid from Brooklyn. I'm the typical New Yorker born and raised. I have never forgotten who I am. And this journey begins tonight. No matter who I face each week Liberty Pro and the crowd are going to get the absolute best of Scotty Latimer. And it all begins tonight in my debut against Felix Vialpando. And I can't wait to come out to that ring…..and win lose or draw give my fellow New Yorkers…..and Liberty Pro my heart and soul...and make my mark.
Scotty arrives to the front of the Hammerstein Ballroom as inside the pop is incredible. He reaches for the front door handle and takes a deep breath and smiled. He thought about his past...his family….and everyone that was so instrumental in making him the man he is today. A #FutureElite chant rings throughout the venue as he looks into the camera.
Scotty: I'm home…..
The crowd pops as Scotty opens the door and walks into the Hammerstein Ballroom.

MATCH ONE: LOSERS LEAVE TOWN
Sheeva & Felix Vialpando vs Romeo Black & Nora Lee
Sheeva & Felix Vialpando vs Romeo Black & Nora Lee
RECAP The match begins with Nora Lee and Felix Vialpando in the ring. Nora is a little hesitant to lock up but Felix is the aggressor from the start, fully understanding what’s at stake. He bodyslams Nora and then stomps her down into the canvas while screaming that, “Nobody fires Felix Vialpando!” He continues his assault, beating and berating Nora at every turn, occasionally offering his hand to Sheeva for a tag but mockingly pulling it away when she goes to tag in. It becomes obvious that Felix doesn’t trust his inexperienced teammate and he’s using this opportunity to put on a clinic for her, even chastising her and telling her she should be taking notes. After Felix takes Nora down with a Superman punch Sheeva leans over and blindly tags herself into the match. Felix is frustrated and complains to the referee but it was a legal tag. Sheeva is able to continue the assault on Nora, dropping her with a series of martial arts strikes and then ultimately a roundhouse kick to the temple but when she goes for the pin she only gets a two count. Felix is irate, chastising Sheeva for her poor form and demanding she tag him in at once. But Sheeva won’t make the tag and instead argues with Felix, giving Nora the opportunity to tag Romeo Black into the match. Felix points over Sheeva’s shoulder to tell her Romeo is coming but she shakes her head, not believing him. This allows Romeo to roll her up for a count of two and a half. Felix is now beside himself, screaming that he won’t be fired because of her naivety and inexperience! Romeo continues his assault, taking Sheeva down with a high dropkick that catches her flush on the jaw. Hooking the leg he goes for the pin but as the referee reaches two Felix yanks Romeo off of Sheeva and drops him with the Falcon Call (Omega Driver). He then points for Sheeva to cover Romeo but she refuses. As the two argue Nora Lee attempts to run in and even the numbers but the referee has had enough and he escorts Nora back to her corner. Sensing an opportunity Felix slugs Sheeva across the face and plants her with the Falcon Call before laying her out on top of Romeo and sliding out of the ring. The referee turns around, sees the pin and immediately makes the three count. The referee goes to raise Sheeva’s hand but she’s unconscious so instead Felix steps in and demands that his hand be raised before he waves, “bye bye” to both Nora and Romeo and then snarls down at Sheeva before making his exit. Seth Lawless walks into the scene he has his Liberty Pro Tag Team Title around his waist. He is already in his wrestling gear as he looks at the camera.
Seth Lawless: I know what everyone is thinking what the hell is Seth Lawless doing here. He just went through hell with Tyson Gregory and he is still standing.
He shakes his head.
Seth Lawless: To be honest I am barely standing. I hurt I will not lie about that my body was put through hell last week. But if you know me you know that I will not back down from a fight. I will always stand up and well when I have to defend titles that Trent and I earned then you know that I will walk down to that ring and fight. I know that our competition is going to be tough I have faced both Honey and Melissa in matches before and I know that they want what we have. The problem with that is they aren’t going to get these. We have a lot to do with the tag team titles and losing them right now isn’t in the cards. Even though we have a jackass as a referee.
Seth takes a deep breath and pats his title.
Seth Lawless: But if Nathan is smart which well let’s be honest he probably isn’t he will call this match down the middle. But we all know he won’t and maybe that is his tatic. Maybe he wants to be in our heads maybe he wants to make us feel the squeeze but we have always felt that squeeze from Nathan. He has never liked us he has always wanted to push us around but the funny part is through all of that we are still the champions. We still have put Liberty on the map so instead of trying to punish us he should be thanking us.
He takes another breath as he slowly starts to walk around the room.
Seth Lawless: He should be thanking us because we have put Liberty Pro on the map. Everyone talks about it because of us. We move the damn needle but every time we try to do something he is there. He is there trying to make us suffer trying to make us work harder then we should because he hates us. He wants to see us fail. That is why he put himself as the guest referee in this match, he knows that deep down Melissa and Honey cannot get it done on their own. So he inserts himself and do you think that he is actually going to call this match down the middle?
Seth quickly shakes his head as he looks deep into the camera.
Seth Lawless: You know that you won’t. You know that he wants to put the screws to us and have the titles handed to another team. He knows that if he put Trent and I by ourselves as a team without any of the distractions that these titles would never leave us.
Seth takes the title off of his waist and puts it on his shoulder.
Seth Lawless: Nothing will stop us and Nathan knows that. He slaps Melissa and Honey together hoping beyond hope that they can beat us. But that will not happen, Trent and I are a damn good team and we earned these titles and we aren’t going to let them up easily, and Nathan listen closely call this down the middle or we will take your head off…
Seth taps the title one more time as he brushes past the cameraman and walks off.

The scene cuts backstage to Honey in her ring gear. She’s having a conversation with some of the backstage workers when Neriah comes from out of nowhere and slaps a chair across her back. Honey falls to the ground and Neriah hits her with the chair over and over again before it’s bent in half. He throws the chair to the side and laughs.
Neriah Holst: That’s what your cracker ass gets for getting in my way lately. There’s more where that comes from, Honey!
Neriah scoffs.
Neriah Holst: What kind of name is Honey!? Damn crackers nowadays.
Neriah hears a voice yell out from a distance and he decides to get out of dodge and runs away. A few moments pass when Melissa Reeves and her friend, Aubrey Williams show up to check on Honey. Melissa looks at her before yelling out for help.

She slaps the mat in frustration before getting up and charging him but Oli takes her out with a dropkick. Backstage now and Melissa Reeves storms into Nathan Callaghan’s office. A short way behind her follows Aubrey Williams, one of her closest friends and a woman who is there to support Mel tonight.
Melissa: What the hell, Nathan?
He looks up with barely an inkling of emotion.
Nathan: Ah, Ms. Reeves.
He lets out a deep exhale and sits back into his chair. Reeves, meanwhile, is clearly not in her best mood.
Melissa: My partner got taken out? What the hell?
He scoffs a little and there’s even a hint of a smirk.
Nathan: Wasn’t exactly my fault, was it?
Melissa: That’s beside the point. I need a partner now…
Nathan shrugs.
Nathan: Sadly everyone is booked up. Looks like you’ll have to just go it alone. You being the brave warrior you are and all that.
Reeves’ brow furrows and she goes to say something, but Aubrey cuts in.
Aubrey: I can do it! I can be Melissa’s partner tonight.
Melissa: Wait, really?
The GM sits forward and regards the visitor with a cocked eyebrow.
Nathan: You? Are you even trained?
Aubrey: Mel's been helping me train when she can. I've had a lot of people help me over the last couple of months. I can do it.
It seems a small thought has crossed Nathan’s mind and he sits back again with a smirk.
Nathan: Very good. I’ll just need you to sign some paperwork and we’re in business. I assume this is most...suitable for you, Reeves?
With a quick nod, Melissa shows her agreement.
Nathan: Great. Then let’s get those papers signed so you can get the hell out of my face.

Becky Balfour marches backstage with a purpose. Two Followers just a few strides behind as usual. Becky was already in her ring gear, but had on a t-shirt that read 'Kill The Spider' with an image of a dead Spider under the words. There was a snicker off to the side of the hallway, followed by a voice.
Voice: "Hey, nice shirt, dude."
Becky immediately stops and turns towards the voice. The camera moves over to find Vengeance Pro interviewer, April Montana snickering. The interviewer is in attendance to support her boyfriend, Trent Grundy, for his Liberty tag title defense.
Becky Balfour: "Was that sarcasm I detected?"
Becky marches quickly towards April who's eyes widen as she tries to protest but before she can, Becky has her by the neck and slams her into the wall.
Becky Balfour: "Was that fucking sarcasm?"
April tries to talk but Becky's grip, mounted by the fear of seeing the two Followers directly behind her choke her up, leaving no words to come out. She emphatically shakes her head 'no' however.
Becky Balfour: "Good."
Becky lets her go, and April immediately gasps for air.
Becky Balfour: "But now that you're here, you can do your job. I have a few things to say, so ask those 'controversial' questions that you're known for.
April shakes her head no and puts a hand on her chest.
April Montana: "I don't have a microphone, I'm off today. I'm just here for Trent."

Becky Balfour: "Next question."
April Montana: "But you wanted me to ask the tough questions. The least you can do is answer."
Becky Balfour: "I said...NEXT QUESTION."
April shrugs, still nervous.
April Montana: "Tonight you take on The Girls of Summer. You've wrestled them before and won, but not without help. Tonight, not only do they have something to prove, but you interfered in their wedding. They have revenge on their mind. How do you survive this one?"
Becky Balfour: "Let me correct you, April, this is punishment. This is a handicap match. Again. Nathan Callaghan doesn't want to see The Society succeed. He doesn't want to see ME, his most successful Liberty champion, make it back to the top, and frankly, that doesn't bother me. I've been there. What matters to me most at this stage of my Liberty career, is making statements and spreading my message. The message this evening is this: We aren't your fucking property, Callaghan, and when you put your wives in the way of a moving train...well...shit might get messy."

Seth Lawless & Trent Grundy vs Melissa Reeves & Aubrey Williams W/Nathan Callaghan as special guest referee
RECAP Melissa Reeves and Seth Lawless are in the ring but Nathan calls for a mic before the bell rings. Nathan Callaghan: With Melissa losing her original tag team partner tonight, I want this match to go as planned. So Coral? Nami? Come on down to be the special enforcers of the match. As Girls of Summer make their way down to the ring, Seth and Trent start to complain as Melissa gives Nathan a massive eye roll. Nathan calls for the bell and Melissa and Seth start the match. Melissa hits Seth with a quick roll up and Nathan makes a quick count to do before Seth kicks out. Seth gets up and gets in Nathan’s face before the owner of Liberty shoves Seth in the chest and Melissa Reeves comes out of nowhere and hits Seth with Facial Deconstructor. Mel turns and tags in Aubrey as Trent gets in the ring and charges but Mel and Aubrey take him out with a double clothesline. Trent stumbles to his feet and Mel and Aubrey hit him with a double superkick, sending him over the ropes. As Trent hits the ground outside, it doesn’t take long for Coral and Nami to start beating him down together before they grab both of his hands and whip him straight into the metal steps outside of the ring. Nathan pretends like nothing is going on as Seth starts to stir. He sees Trent getting beat down outside and tries to crawl to help his fallen friend but Aubrey Williams nearly takes his head off with Blonde Ambition (reverse roundhouse kick). Seth is completely out of it as Aubrey drops down and makes the cover, getting the three count as her and Melissa Reeves become the new Liberty Tag Team Champions. The bell rings as Nathan is hand given the tag team championships and he places one on Aubrey’s shoulder before doing the same on Melissa’s shoulder as the two give Nathan an uneasy look. Nathan simply smiles and nods at the two women and he gives Aubrey a wink before rolling out of the ring. Nathan then wraps his arms around the shoulders of Coral and Nami as they all make their exit, leaving Aubrey and Melissa to celebrate their win and new titles in the ring. The locker room door opens, and out steps Gray Malone. He has on a #TheSociety shirt as he makes his way down the hall slowly. He speaks confidently.
Gray Malone: You liked the old Malone better? The one that talked less and wrestled more? That's what you tweeted to me, Tyson. The old Malone, that faced you once before and suffered defeat. That faced countless others and suffered defeat, over and over again. The old Malone that would go out there and fight anybody, yet never got respect for that.
He shakes his head as he walks.
Gray Malone: This is a thankless generation, Tyson. Gone are the days of the battle. Now it's all about win/loss records, and how many pieces of gold you can wrap around your waist. The art of war has been lost in this profession. The blood shed. The broken bones. It was a measure of heart against heart. I stood for that. I perfected my craft in that ring to mind boggling consistency. As of this moment, not one person has ever kicked out of my finisher. I am one of, if not the toughest bastard to put away and yet…..you did just that, didn't you?
He stops, staring into the camera.
Gray Malone: I know how great you are in that ring, Tyson Gregory. One of the greatest in fact. But I am great too. And that old Malone you miss? He was crushed by that monster that you married. Oh yes, that monster will be unleashed again, if I have anything to say about it. But, alas, that has nothing to do with tonight does it? No, instead, you and I do battle once again. This time, the outcome will most definitely be a lot brighter for me, and a whole hell of a lot darker for you.
He smiles.
Gray Malone: I will drop you on your head tonight, Tyson. And you will lose. And I will do so in front of Nathan Callaghan. I will stare into his eyes as I cover your pathetic, unconscious form. And I will watch as he makes the 3 count.
He walks past the camera.
Gray Malone: Whatever planned event that was supposed to take place tonight between you two and I? Just became lost in the shadows.
He continues down the hall.

Gray Malone: Whatever planned event that was supposed to take place tonight between you two and I? Just became lost in the shadows.
He continues down the hall.

Scene shifts to the locker room area where Katie Anderson is finishing getting ready for her match. Veronica Chandler looks at her two clients with a wide smile on her face to the point that she seems to be glowing
“Ladies tonight is truly a monumental night in Liberty Pro! Tonight my two clients will be together for the first time ever and the world will get to bear witness to exactly why you Katie Anderson and why you Kristina Spencer are the future of the industry and why the three of us will be running Liberty Pro in due time!”
Veronica is really beating her chest about her team
“Katie I know you wanted Melissa Reeves in a one on one match but alas she is proving to be quite the coward thus far and refusing to face you one on one. However you have no need to worry because soon enough management here will have NO choice but to acquiesce to all our demands and that includes your one on one match with Miss Reeves!
Until then we will just have to have fun destroying Mr. “Can’t mind my own business” Scotty Latimer and Miss “Fake News” Cass Baumer! I mean come on we all know that the Informer is the only news worth listening to. Anyway tonight you ladies get to rip those two apart PIECE BY PIECE!”
Katie smirks then looks into the camera with a cold emotionless stare
“Melissa you can't duck me forever, the day will come where you can't run anymore, there will be nowhere else to hide and when you turn around you will be face to face with me! That day is coming very, very soon Mel just don't cry like a bitch when it happens.
And as for Cass Baumer that waste of space….I love every opportunity I get to hurt that lil bitch! Cass you said something about respecting my wife and if you'd hurt someone you respect then what would you do to me. I bent a metal chair over the body of the person I considered my best friend, someone who I loved.”
Katie smirks wickedly
“If I'll do that to someone who I love, what do you think I'll do to you? Keep talking shit Cass your day is coming real soon as well.”
Veronica gets a serious look now
“Cass Baumer you have continually tried to write checks that your ass can’t cash or maybe they can since i don’t really know your fetishes…...I digress as it won’t matter tonight because Katie is going to rip you apart and it won’t matter which referee is there or how many referees there are the results will be the same! VICTORY FOR TEAM DOMINANCE!!! The thing Cass and Scotty need to worry about is not winning but surviving the destruction that is coming their way tonight!”
Katie laughs
“Scotty I don't know you, I don't care to know you you're just fodder for Krissy and I. Cass, I'm gonna enjoy hearing your screams of pain. It won't be much longer now I just hope you're ready.”
For the first time Kristina turns toward her manager and partner and gets a sinister smile on her face
“We are The Wicked! We are the Harbinger of Destruction! Tonight We will destroy all those that oppose us! Tonight We will welcome Boris and Natasha to Our Bloody Playground and show them how violent We can truly BE!!”
Kristina just as quickly goes back into her own little world again as Katie looks at her with a “WTF” look. Veronica laughs
“Now that does sound like a lovely thing. Pain, Destruction and Victory! Of course let’s not forget the victory drinks!”
Katie simply shakes her head at Krissy
“Tonight is going to be a good night for us and a very long and painful night for Cass and Scotty, it's just a matter of time now before our hands are raised in victory again!”

Tyson Gregory vs Gray Malone W/Nathan Callaghan as special guest referee
Tyson Gregory vs Gray Malone W/Nathan Callaghan as special guest referee
RECAP As soon as the bell sounds, Nathan turns his back to the ring as Tyson gets in the face of Malone, head to head the two share a little trash talk before Gregory headbutts him hard, sending him sprawling back but Tyson doesn’t let up, sending two hard elbows to Malone’s face and pushing him over the ropes out of the ring. Immediately Nathan starts a very quick countout, making it to six before Gray is back in the ring. During that time, Tyson has removed the padding from a turnbuckle and doesn’t see Gray coming, who looks to bounce Gregory’s head off of it. Tyson is saved from the assault though when Gray suddenly pulls back, as he does Callaghan walks away from the pair with a less than innocent smile, Gray looks to take issue with his actions, but Tyson grabs Gray by their hair and smashes his face off the exposed turnbuckle, dropping for the pin. Nathan makes a fast count but Gray just manages to get the shoulder up. Tyson stoops to pick him up but Gray nails him in the face with a kick, he then bounces Tyson off the ropes into a hard elbow, followed up with a second to the back of the head and snaps him into two suplexes one after the other, the sudden burst of energy surprises everyone and Gray drops for the pin, Nathan makes one count, but then stops, pulling away he starts complaining about something in his eye, as Gray argues with Nathan, Tyson is back to his feet and catches an unaware Gray with a spear through the ropes and to the outside. Tyson bounces Gray’s head off the barrier. Tyson rolls back into the ring and once again, Nathan begins a very quick count out, but Gray manages to get up and he tries to get in the ring, but wherever he goes to, Nathan is blocking his entry. The count is stopped when Tyson baseball slides into Gray and they both go to the outside, Gray was mostly able to move though and he uses the momentum to drive Tyson into the barricade, spinning him out to hit the apron as well. Gray makes it back into the ring, waiting for Nathan to begin a countout, but Nathan suddenly falls to the canvas, clutching his calf and shouting out about how he has a cramp. Gray looks furious but can’t waste any time as Tyson has now made it back into the ring and is coming for Gray, as Gray goes towards him, he is tripped by Nathan, stumbling slightly and worn down from the match, he walks into the End of your Sorrow from Tyson and a lightning fast count from Nathan sees him declared the winner. As soon as he is to his feet, Tyson slams his boot into Gray’s ribs before he nods at Nathan and rolls out the ring, celebrating as he makes his way up the ramp. Meanwhile, in the ring; Nathan continues to put the boots to Gray as Tristin and her team tighten up their security around the ring, Nathan drops to a knee and grabs Gray by the hair and pulls him up to say something to him, as he does, Gray spits in his face causing Callaghan to rear back, Gray follows up with a headbutts that sends Nathan to his ass. Gray is then up on his feet as Nathan rises, Gray starts nailing hard lefts to the Liberty Owner, busting open his lip. At that moment there is some commotion in the crowd as someone jumps the barrier, with a quick word to the security personnel they are let through, only to charge the ring and take Gray down with a hard spear, the hooded attacker slams their boot into Gray several times before tossing him over the top rope, they then turn to Nathan and extend a hand as they push the hood back, long dark hair falling free. Nathan smiles as he is secured back on his feet by Ana Valentine, who then calls for a mic, catching it and handing to Nathan with a smirk and a nod of respect. Nathan Callaghan: I’d like to welcome Ana Valentine to Liberty Pro and guess what her first match will be? A grin runs across Nathan’s face. Nathan Callaghan: She will be teaming up with Girls of Summer… Tyson Gregory… AND ME! Nathan laughs again as he walks up to Gray Malone and kicks him in the head. Nathan Callaghan: And we’ll be fighting the entire #Society next week at our supershow… Annihilation. Nathan smirks as a he walks around the ring. Nathan Callaghan: And what kind of match will it be? None other than a WarGames elimination match. Annihilation is a fitting name for our show next week… Because it will be the end of #TheSociety. Fucking count on it. Nathan drops the mic and walks out of the ring before Ana and Tyson follow suit, leaving Gray alone and out in the ring. Coral Callaghan: You know what, we don’t expect much when it comes to The Society. They willingly follow Becky Balfour, one. Two, they don’t seem to mind that they lose brain cells and personality by being in proximity to that black, vapid, gaping cavern…
A giggle.
Nami Callaghan: We mean her SKULL get your minds out of the gutter!
The Mrs. Callaghans step into camera shot, ready for the Handicap Match against the mentioned leader of The Society coming up shortly, dressed in their orange and cream matching ring gear. Coral’s hair is in a ponytail, and Nami’s is currently down around her shoulders though Coral is working on putting it up.
Coral Callaghan: See, that’s the thing that Seth, Trenty, Gray and Warren seem to be just fine overlooking. They cry about them being one big happy family, but they aren’t. You can put a sticker on a skunk and call it an otter if you want, but it’s still going to stink at the end of the day.
Nami breaks in with a grin.
Nami Callaghan: Even the ones that get the spray sacs remove still have a smell. It’s because no matter what you call something, it’s like Shakespeare said, a rose by any other name.
Coral Callaghan: You are, what you are. Can you be better? If you WANT it and WORK for it, we believe you can. What you can’t do is follow around the Paris Hilton of trash, and have her wipe your little faces off and put bandaids on your boo boos while crying on Twitter about the injustice of it all.
Nami Callaghan: What you did to us, was to get at Nathan. Period. There was no higher cause or calling, you were pissy because he exposes you for what you are. You were mad that he, the man that holds your contracts, said he owns you. Wah wah you didn’t like it! So you took it out on us, who never said that. Trent KICKED A PREACHER… and none of you seem to give a shit that someone innocent of any wrongdoing towards you all got caught in the crossfire.
Coral Callaghan: Collateral damage is bullshit and an excuse because you’re all sloppy seconds in the great race to push Becky Balfour down the collective throats of the fans who I promise you, are sick of gagging on her stench.
Nami Callaghan: Soap is a thing, Becky. You look like if someone licked you that you’d taste like garbage smells, and you really don’t have to live like that now. We’ve seen what you get paid, Becky and even if you donated your check in toto to “the homeless” like you want people to think you’re some selfless Mother Teresa reborn…
Coral Callaghan: By the way, Mother Teresa was all hype. She was a real bitch, behind the cameras no matter what her ‘charity’ pretended to provide. That’s an object lesson to not believe everything someone says on Social Media, kids. Urban Dictionary isn’t the be all and end all.
The twins nod, as Coral continues.
Coral Callaghan: The last time we were booked a handicap match against Becky, she swore she would defeat us all on her own, but the fact is, she couldn’t. AS ALWAYS she had help, she had other hands, she had the distractions and numbers game.
Nami Callaghan: She can’t be real, no matter how hard she tries. She’s always going to be that almost was at the end of her career because every title she’s ever held deserves an asterisk next to it. You cry about being disrespected, Becky… you have NO idea what that actually is.
Coral Callaghan: But you will.
They step out of camera range and the feed cuts elsewhere.

MATCH FIVE: HANDICAP
Girls of Summer vs Becky Balfour
Girls of Summer vs Becky Balfour
RECAP There’s plenty of trash talk to start this one off. Coral and Nami, obviously tired of The Society’s games, both want a piece of Becky and neither seems willing to wait. Becky is quick to put the referee between herself and the twins while yelling about how one of them has to get out of the ring and that the referee should disqualify them immediately. Finally the girls settle and talk amongst themselves before deciding that Coral will start. Becky is cautious, pointing over at Nami and yelling that she’d better stay in her corner before finally locking up with Coral who immediately begins to over power Becky in a test of strength. Just when it looks like Coral is going to bring Becky to her knees the leader of The Society is quick to snatch a handful of Coral’s hair and YANK her down to the canvas. Nami immediately protests and tries to step into the but she’s cut off by the referee. Becky takes advantage of the brief distraction by diving on top of Coral and choking her with both hands as the crowd screams for justice but the referee is too busy getting Nami back to her corner. Becky finally releases the choke just as the referee turns around. Coral receives no mercy though as Becky immediately begins putting the boots to her foe. Becky controls the middle portion of the match, keeping Coral grounded and away from her corner with a variety of DDTs mixed in with taunts that draw Nami from her corner and once again allow Becky to bend the rules by grinding her knee across Coral’s throat. Sensing the end is near Becky scales to the top turnbuckle and hits an Attention Seeker (Blockbuster Neckbreaker) just as Coral staggers to her feet. Becky hooks the leg and it looks she’s going to get a three count but Nami makes the save by stomping Becky between the shoulder blades. This causes Becky to lose it, screaming out and complaining to the referee about the interference. While Becky complains Coral begins to drag herself towards her corner. The crowd gets behind Coral, cheering loudly as she crawls. Nami reaches out for the tag, extending her body as far as she can but Becky realizes what’s happening and stomps down hard on Coral’s back, grinding her into the mat with her boot and holding her there as she mocks Nami. Coral takes advantage of the distraction and grabs a hold of Becky’s leg, whipping her to the mat with a modified Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Coral follows through and ends up on top of Becky, raining down punches before diving backwards and making the hot tag to Nami. Nami hits a running a high knee that drops Becky to her back. Nami hooks the leg and goes for the pin but Becky kicks out at two. Becky regains her footing only to be dropped by a running corkscrew neckbreaker. Nami signals for Coral to join her in the ring but before she can step through the ropes a man wearing a hoodie and a skeleton mask hops over the barrier and yanks Coral off the ring apron from behind, causing Coral’s face to smack off the ring as she falls to the floor. Nami leans over the ropes to check on Coral and Becky is quick to capitalize, jumping to her feet and rolling Nami up with a tug of the tights for a count of one… two… three! WINNER Becky Balfour METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 8:34 FINISHING MOVE Roll-Up POST MATCH Becky stands in the ring celebrating as chants of, “bullshit” rain down, letting both Becky and the official know how the crowd feels about the decision. Nodding towards the masked man Becky signals for him to go but as he hops the barrier he finds himself face to face with Tristin Keyes, Liberty head of security. Tristin smiles before unloading with a left, dropping the masked man with one shot. She slides an object into the pocket of her baggy cargo pants and it’s obvious her fist was loaded when she struck. Tristin grabs the masked man and roughly shoves him over the barricade like a sack of potatoes. She then summons a couple of her team members and together they pick the masked man up and roll him into the ring as Becky looks on horrified. Becky screams at Tristin that this is wrong, that this is assault! Tristin stands in the middle of the ring and motions for Becky to come get her but just as Becky’s about to charge she’s seized by both Coral and Nami, each of them holding an arm as Becky struggles and screams for them to unhand her at once. But they don’t. Instead Tristin pulls a pair of handcuffs from her pocket and with the help of Coral and Nami she cuffs Becky’s right wrist to the top rope. Tristin and the Girls of Summer exchange pleasantries before both Girls head off up the ramp, leaving Tristin alone in the ring with Becky cuffed to the top rope and the masked man lying in a heap. As Becky rants, screams and tries to slide her hand free from the cuffs Tristin calls for a mic and begins to pace. Tristin Keyes: Here we stand… me… Balfour… and this guy. Tristin motions towards the body lying in the middle of the ring before sighing. Tristin Keyes: This could’ve all been avoided, Bex. No, it SHOULD’VE been avoided. I made rules banning your merry band of Followers from ringside AND banning them from the back. Hell, I even went so far as to ban them from the building. But what did you do? You cried and you bitched and you moaned before threatening to take your ball and go home. You know what? You want the truth? Tristin pauses to look over at Becky who is screaming while pulling with all her might, trying to get her hand free from the cuffs. Tristin Keyes: The truth is I wouldn’t have missed you. These fans wouldn’t have missed you. No one would’ve missed you. Not even Seth. He found your replacement quickly enough, didn’t he? With a shrug Tristin goes back to pacing. Tristin Keyes: But you got your way. Callaghan bought into your threats and instead berated me for not doing my job. She lowers the mic and laughs. Tristin Keyes: I have to admit that was precious. Blaming me when he’s the one preventing me from doing my job properly. But instead of bitching and moaning about it like you did, I decided to do something about it. I decided to take matters into my own hands and show the petulant child what happens when you think you’re above the rules. Tristin stops and turns to face Becky, there’s a look in her eyes that causes Becky to stop struggling for a moment as they stare each other down. Tristin Keyes: You want to pit Mommy and Daddy against one another? That’s fine but now you lay in the bed you made. Now you pay the price. Becky’s eyes dart towards the ramp but no one’s coming to save her. Tristin Keyes: Don’t bother sweetheart. My team has The Society and the rest of your Followers safely corralled in the back. They won’t be coming down that ramp. It’s just you, me… and him. Tristin walks over and pulls the mask off the unconscious man, revealing a face that’s dirty, worn and overgrown with facial hair. A couple of gentle smacks to the side of his face and the man begins to stir. All the while Becky shakes her head and screams, “NO!” from the ropes. Tristin Keyes: Hey buddy? You with us? Sorry about your face. Hopefully The Society provides dental. But listen, I know more than anything all you want is a hot meal and a soft place to sleep. So let’s do this the easy way. See that screaming, flailing, maniac over there? Tristin points towards Becky and then turns the man’s head so he’s facing her. Tristin Keyes: She promised her Followers wouldn’t interfere in any more matches. She swore up and down that they were only here for moral support. So I’m going to ask you a question and I want you to think long and hard about how your face feels before answering. Are you a Follower of hers? The man’s weary eyes focus on Becky. She freezes for a moment, swallowing hard as she tugs at the cuffs in vain before shaking her head. The man licks his lips and speaks in a weak voice. Man: No. Tristin’s brow quirks. Tristin Keyes: No? You sure? She extends the mic once more but the man shakes his head. Man: I have no idea who she is. Tristin Keyes: So you just ran out here and interfered in her match, why? Again the man turns his eyes towards Becky. She screams to let him go and that he doesn’t have anything to do with any of this. Tristin waits, her mic picking up labored breaths from the man. Man: I don’t know. I guess I just don’t like those Girls of Summer. Tristin Keyes: Yeah, they’re kind of slutty, huh? Plus sisters marrying the same guy, ew right? The man nods. Man: Yea… Tristin unloads, kicking the man with a boot in the back of the head that causes him to slouch back down to the canvas. Becky SCREAMS as Tristin raises the mic. Tristin Keyes: Wrong answer, pal. Let’s try again. Are you a Follower of Becky Balfour? The man lies there with Tristin waving the mic in his face. After a moment he’s able to muster a weak response. Man: No. Tristin unloads with a series of stomps, striking the man in the ribs, shoulder and face as he curls up in the fetal position. Becky is screaming out, tears running down her face and smearing her mascara, she pulls so hard against the cuffs that blood is flowing down her arm. Tristin stops the assault and pushes her hair back before walking over to Becky and stopping just beyond Balfour’s reach. Tristin Keyes: I’m sorry, was there something you wanted to say? Do you feel bad for him? Do you feel guilty that he stuck his neck out for you and now YOU’RE the reason this is happening to him? DO YOU?! Maybe you’d like to end it. Maybe YOU could be the reason I have mercy on him. So tell me Becky Balfour, is this man a Follower of The Society or not? Becky stops struggling, her chest heaving as she collects herself and finds the strength to speak, only just as she’s about to respond Tristin pulls the mic away. Tristin Keyes: Too slow. Tristin gets a running start and soccer kicks the man in the ribs, causing him to spit up blood as Becky screams and renews her struggles like a caged animal. Tristin reaches into her pocket and pulls out whatever object was in her hand earlier. Straddling the man she begins to rain down punches to his face, bloodying him with blow after blow from a loaded fist, each punch landing with a sickening thud, though the sound is mostly drowned out by Becky’s blood curdling screams. After nine or ten blows Tristin gets off the man and again stops just out of Becky’s reach, holding up her bloody fist for Becky to see. Behind her the man is motionless aside from coughing up blood every now and again. Tristin Keyes: This is what happens when you fuck with me. THIS is what happens when you try to make me look foolish… when you push me too far. I tried to be reasonable. I tried to come up with a solution we could all live with but you just had to have it your way. Now his blood… this blood… is on YOUR hands. So fuck the rules. Fuck banning your pitiful Followers. The next time you ask a Follower to accompany you to ringside or interfere in a match… masked… unmasked… fucking naked… it won’t make a difference because they’ll look back on today and they’ll think better of it… YOU’LL think better of it. She points back to the bloody mess of a man. Tristin Keyes: He is the example you all needed to see. Now you understand who I am… what I’m capable of. Tristin walks Becky down, well within Balfour’s reach but Becky is too distraught to muster an attack. Tristin Keyes: Next time I’m being fair and just, fucking thank me instead of whining and crying. Next time AVOID this. Now I’ll ask you one last time. Is he one of yours? Becky nods before breathlessly answering. Becky Balfour: Yes. Tristin takes her hand and wipes the man’s blood down the side of Becky’s face. Tristin Keyes: See? Was that so hard? Becky drops to her knees, overcome with emotion as Tristin laughs. Tristin Keyes: It’s okay. Let it go. You’ve had a long day. From the back Nathan Callaghan and two police officers scamper down the ramp. With a sigh Tristin takes a step back from Becky. Tristin Keyes: Sorry girl, gotta go. I’m glad we cleared this up though. You’ve both been very helpful. Tristin drops the mic and places her hands behind her back as the officers immediately seize her and cuff her, all the while she stares at Becky, smiling. One of the officers fishes the keys from Tristin’s pocket and uncuffs Becky, he tries to tend to her but she immediately throws herself on top of her battered Follower. Nathan is in Tristin’s face, screaming at her, but she doesn’t seems to be listening, instead she’s smiling as she watches the pain and the hurt consuming Balfour. The scene cuts away as medical personnel descend on the ring and the cops pull Tristin up the ramp. |

Walking into the locker room he throws his duffle onto one of the wooden benches, steps over the bench and sets down on it looking into the empty locker room as he mumbles to himself.
Before the camera can fade out his sister, Kayla, enters the cameras view and sits down next to him with a smile.
Kayla: “You ready for tonight?”
Kendrick just looks at her without saying a word and gives her a quick grin and nods his head.
Kayla: “Good...go out there and do your thing. Come back here number one contender for that title.”
Kendrick takes his focus off of his sister as he just bows his head before his sister walks out as the camera follows.

RECAP The match begins with Peterson charging in at Neriah but Neriah knocks him down with a dropkick. This puts Trey on the defensive as Neriah immediately takes control of the match. Peterson can’t seem to figure out Holst, who has him on the defensive with a plethora of strikes. Suddenly Trey finds himself at the receiving end of a snap DDT. Peterson lies on his back for a moment before Neriah jumps and lands a knee drop right across Trey’s face. Neriah holds his knee against Trey’s face for a few extra moments with a big smirk on his face before the referee forces him to release Trey. Neriah drops down and covers Trey, but there’s a kickout at two. Neriah doesn’t seem to mind as he stands back up and pulls Trey up to his feet. Trey reverses this with a shot to Neriah’s head that staggers him backwards. Trey charges in at Neriah, but is met with a stiff kick to the knee that sends him off balance. Neriah uses this to use the ropes and deliver a springboard roundhouse kick that knocks Trey off of his feet. As Trey gets up on his feet, Neriah gets on the apron before nailing Trey with a slingshot spear. As Trey lays on the mat, Neriah talks trash, telling Trey he ain’t got shit on Neriah. Neriah then charges in and hits Trey with TOMFOOLERY (Running double stomp to standing opponent). Holst pins Trey and picks up the win as he becomes the number one contender for the US Championship. Cass Baumer: Violence, huh?
Her kiwi accent prominent, Cass Baumer approaches Veronica Chandler backstage with a look of indifference as she shakes her head back and forth.
Cass Baumer: I saw your interview last week, and I’ve gotta say… If that’s all you think there is to this sport, you’re unfit to even be an agent.
Veronica looks at Cass with a chuckle.
Veronica Chandler: Well Miss Fake News if you don’t believe me now I assure you that after tonight you will know all about violence and how violent my clients can be. Of course from what Katie tells me she will enjoy educating you on the more violent aspects of this sport!
Of course, Cass rolls her eyes.
Katie steps from around the corner, she gives Cass a look of disgust as she approaches them.
Katie Anderson: Cass good to see you! How are your ribs feeling?
She chuckles.
Katie Anderson: Is there a problem here?*
Veronica smirks.
Veronica Chandler: You’re just in time Kate. Ms. Fake News here was about to tell us what this sport is really all about.
Cass Baumer: So now the two of you are gonna gang up on me now? This is practically a hate crime.
The Headliner puts her hands on her hips and shakes her head again.
Cass Baumer: Wrestling ain’t all about violence. It’s hardly even about the wrestling, let's be honest with ourselves. It’s about the spectacle. It’s about the marketing and the amount of people we can get to sit in the stands, hyped up for the next fight. We’re Avengers: Infinity War - it ain’t all about the fights, it’s about the stories. And your insistence on believing otherwise just makes the both of you awful at your jobs, to be honest.
Cass shrugged.
Cass Baumer: The wrestling is just the stunts in between all the good parts.
Katie steps forward glaring at Cass.
Katie Anderson: I have a story for you...there was this failed journalist who thought she could make it in wrestling, only she was terrible at that too. Then she ran her mouth to the wrong one and got the shit beat out of her. End of story.
Katie and Veronica laugh.
Veronica Chandler: Now there is a story that people of all ages can truly enjoy. A Failed Reporter and an Interloper fight a valiant but foolhardy quest against a Psycho and an All-Star and sadly end up beaten, bloody and broken.
Katie and Vee laugh again.
Cass Baumer: Nah. This is far from a 'valiant quest'. This right here? It's a side quest. It's a distraction from the journey. It's a bump in the road I have to get over on my way to becoming the best damn Liberty Champ this company has ever seen!
The Headliner’s eyes focused on Katie, her eyes growing more harsh than her usual jovial self as her arms drop to her sides.
Cass Baumer: You guys think Scotty's an interloper like he doesn't belong here but... I mean, take a look at yourself.
She glanced up and down at Katie.
Cass Baumer: You wanna talk about people who don't belong here? How 'bout the girl who couldn't manage to beat a former Liberty Pro interviewer twice? How 'bout the girl too dumb to keep track of who was the legal competitor in our match last week?
Cass feigns like she's in deep thought.
Cass Baumer: How 'bout the fact that if I'm so damn 'terrible' at this whole wrestling thing, there's someone in the Liberty Pro roster who can't beat me despite the fact that she thinks she's somehow the greatest competitor who ever stepped foot in this company?
Cass gives Katie another once over.
Cass Baumer: I might be a liar. I might be someone who speaks with an over-inflated ego to get attention, I might not be one of the best fighters of all time, but at least I know who I am. You? You surround yourself with people ready to say you're incredible at every waking hour of every day until you believe the bullshit. And that's the difference between you and me: You believe ALL the lies. And that's why I'll always be a step above you.
Katie pushes Cass and gets in her face, her eyes burning holes through Cass.
Katie Anderson: You're lucky I don't beat your ass right here and now, cunt. But I will wait until later, just don't run and hide behind Scotty.
There is no space between them as Katie bumps her shoulder into Cass
Katie Anderson: Unless you wanna go right now...
Cass took a step back, a glimpse of fear in her eyes hidden the best she can.
Cass Baumer: We’re Avengers: Infinity War, remember? The Avengers don’t fight Thanos until the last act. So let them wait. It makes one hell of a story.
With that, Cass Baumer walks away with a devious smile on her face, leaving the two to talk amongst themselves.
Katie looks at Veronica with a clenched jaw she talks through her teeth
Katie Anderson: I hate that bitch….after I'm done with Melissa Reeves….Cass Baumer is next.
Veronica Chandler: Noted. First Mel then Cass. But not now Katie, save it for tonight cause we only fight when it is the right time.
Veronica grabs Katie by the arm and pulls her in the opposite direction of Cass.

MATCH SEVEN: #1 CONTENDER FOR THE CanAm CHAMPIONSHIP
Helena Noir vs Avery Smith vs Kendrick Kross
Helena Noir vs Avery Smith vs Kendrick Kross
RECAP The three contenders meet in the middle of the ring before the bell rings, and Avery just couldn’t pass on the chance to mock the former CanAm Champion, asking here where is her precious title. Helena smirks, not biting her mindgame. But the slight distraction is enough for K2 to knock both women down with a double clothesline. Noir is the first one to get back on her feet, and she immediately charges at Kross, who welcomes her with a big right hook. At least in his intentions. Helena ducks under it and bounces against the ropes, gaining momentum and entangling his neck with her arm, spinning around and dropping him down with a Sling Blade. Avery is stalking her, waiting for the moment when Helena starts rise up to slide one arm between her legs and rolling her over with a school boy pin. Helena kicks out and, when Smith goes to pick her up, she surprises the british woman with an inside cradle, broken up by Kendrick Kross. K2 deadlifts the former CanAm with a German Suplex right into another pinning predicament Another two count. A round of applause follows this first sequence, as the three wrestlers are now back on their feet, staring at each other trying to figure out the best approach. Helena breaks the ice kicking Kendrick in the stomach and tossing him and throwing him at Avery, who catches him and immediately drops him on his head with a DDT. With the male momentarily out, the two girls are free to go at each other, and it’s an all out brawl. They trade shots in the middle of the ring and, contrary to what one would expect considering the size and experience advantage clearly on Helena’s side, Avery has the upper hand, pushing Helena back against the corner and relentlessly attacking her with kicks to the mid-section and stomps, all her frustration in each blow until Helena drops to a seated position. That’s when Avery decides to go for a low dropkick, only to get hit by Kendrick’s shoulder block that sends him flying across the ring. He then walks toward Helena, picking her up and sitting her on the turnbuckle. He climbs up as well and performs a superplex, immediately following into a cover for another two count. There’s still some fight in Helena, who connects a roundhouse kick and follows up with an Inverted Stomp facebreaker. With K2 laying on the mat, Noir quickly applies a Dragon Clutch, but right when the opponent seemed to be on the verge of tapping out, her joy is frustrated by Avery’s Goal Line Clearance (high knee). Avery seems now in control. A snap DDT almost gives her the win, but Kross kicks just out in the nick of time. She waits for him to stand up and shows her striking skills with a beautiful kicking combination. With the stunned opponent, Avery hits the ropes running straight into K2’s powerslam. Like a shark smelling blood, he waits for her to get on her feet before driving her face first on the canvas. Kross is three seconds away from the right to challenge Venus LeCavalier. Or so he thought. Helena quickly slides behind him and throws him outside the ring, reaping the fruits of his hard work as Helena Noir picks up the win. WINNER Helena Noir METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 9:43 FINISHING MOVE Powerslam POST MATCH As soon as the referee lowers her hand, a worn out but obviously satisfied Helena thanks the fans with a light bow, before asking the ring assistant to hand her a microphone. Helena Noir: One week ago, I lost the CanAm Championship to a very talented young woman. Sure, I wasn’t pinned, but that’s not an excuse, and it doesn’t change the fact that I wasn’t good enough. She lowers her head, shaking lightly. Helena Noir: That’s why I refused to invoke my rematch clause. I failed at retaining, any and every right I had over it died in the moment i lost the gold. I needed to prove everyone, starting with me, that I belong up there. She looks all around her, the capacity crowd is chanting her name while Avery and Kendrick, battered, bruised and short of breath, are making their . Helena Noir: Kross… K2 stops, turning in her direction. Helena Noir: Chin up, you fought a great match, Your only mistake was to turn your back on a multi time champion, but I’m sure you won’t make the same mistake next time. Kendrick nods and walks away. Helena Noir: Speaking of “next times”, I thought my next shot at you’ would have been in a far future, but this business has mysterious ways I never asked for a title match and I never will. The opportunity presented itself and I took it. A quick smirk. Helena Noir: Just like I will do at Annihilation. The CanAm championship is coming home. The fans erupt in cheers as “Noir” by Shandon blasts through the PA system. Helena rolls out of the ring and up the ramp. The camera cuts to the next segment. |

Inside the locker room, we once again find Scotty Latimer as he was moments away from tagging with Cass Baumer against Katie Anderson and the woman who cheap shotted him last week, Kristina Spencer. He is standing in his locker room, smiling at a message from a new friend when Cass Baumer sneaks up behind him as quietly as she could. She tries to look at his phone, the natural reporter she is before Scotty clicked the message off his screen quickly.
Scotty Latimer: Looking for breaking news there, nosy reporter?
He smiles as he turns to face her.
Cass Baumer: It’s what I do!
She smiled proudly in response.
Cass Baumer: You talkin’ to anybody important?
Scotty laughs as he admired her persistence.
Scotty Latimer: Maybe…. If that person becomes something more, you'll have the exclusive. Right now I'm ready to go get some of Kristina...and not in the way she would like it either
Of course, The Headliner laughed at the innuendo.
Cass Baumer: Glad to see your head’s still in the game tonight. It ain’t gonna be easy in the slightest, but I got Katie riled up earlier tonight. Might give us the advantage we need out there.
Scotty smirked as he slaps her shoulder gently.
Scotty Latimer: Nothing's been easy for me lately Cass...and I'm sure you know that being the investigative reporter you are. Tonight….I promise you, Samantha Tolson’s wife and the cheap shot artist is getting a driven Scotty Latimer...and with The Headliner as my partner those two um….can I say it without offending anyone?
He looks at Cass who smiles widely.
Cass Baumer: Say whatever’s on your mind, dude. If there’s snowflakes who choose to get offended, that’s on them.
Scotty Latimer: Alright…. A couple of bitches that don't stand a chance tonight. Kristina Spencer picked the wrong time to come at me…. and her and Katie are going to pay. Katie can run her ass back to her more talented wife and cry on her shoulder.
Scotty hadn't shown this side of him in a long time. As the crowd outside were listening and watching this going on, they gave a huge ovation.
Cass Baumer: And this is the Scotty Latimer I need on my team tonight! Let it out! Just don’t let it take too much control of you. ‘Cause take it from me. You get too pissed like I made Katie and you make mistakes. Let them make the mistakes. Then we come out on top, easy as pie, and that winner circle’s ours to call home!
Scotty smiles understanding every word she was saying.
Scotty Latimer: Don't worry... It's May the fourth and I'm one with the force. You can call me Scotty Skywalker. Time to go to work.
Cass Baumer: And I thought my jokes were bad.
Cass chuckles teasingly, poking fun at her teammate.
Cass Baumer: Oh, and one more thing: Keep an eye on Katie. She ‘won’ against me and Melissa last week ‘cause she pinned Mel, but she wasn’t the legal competitor. So just be prepared to get pinned by her any time throughout the match and be ready to kick out, alright? I don’t want a repeat performance, you understand?
Scotty looked at Cass not saying anything for a minute.
Scotty Latimer: I'll keep my head on a swivel. It won't happen again this week... because I plan on knocking her ass down to where she won't get the chance to steal anything like she did last week.
Cass nodded proudly.
Cass Baumer: Then we’ve got ourselves a game plan.
She extended a hand for a handshake and Scotty takes it.

Cass Baumer & Scotty Latimer vs Katie Anderson & Kristina Spencer
RECAP The match starts off with Cass Baumer and Katie Anderson in the ring and even before the bell rings, the two charge each other. The bell rings as Cass and Katie exchange blows before tumbling to the canvas. The two then roll around, trying to gain an advantage over one another as they continuously mount each other and throw several hooks. The two then grab each other’s hair, showing their deep hatred for each other before the referee pulls them apart. Cass charges Katie but Anderson takes her out with a superkick. Katie then tags in Kristina Spencer and the two double team Cass, stomping her down over and over. Katie finally leaves and Kristina grabs the rope and shoves her foot into Cass’ neck, who’s sitting down in the corner. Kristina picks Cass up before grabbing her hair and pulling her into a DDT. Kristina pins her but Cass kicks out after two. Kristina waits for Cass to get up, waiting to go for her heart punch but when Cass sees Kristina ready to throw her powerful move, Cass falls down onto her butt in fear. Kristina laughs before sprinting towards Cass and dropkicking her. Spencer pins Cass and gets another two count. Spencer slaps the mat and tells Cass to stay down. Spencer then presses her foot down on Cass’ throat and the referee counts to four and Kristina stops. Kristina argues with the referee as Cass stirs. Kristina shoves the referee out of the way and this gives Cass the chance to thumb Kristina in the eye. Kristina keels over and Cass hits her with a hurricanrana. Cass then crawls towards Scotty but Kristina grabs her foot. Cass hits Kristina with an enziguri counter and then she tags Scotty in. Latimer comes in hot as Katie gets in despite being illegal. Scotty takes Anderson out with a spear before turning towards Spencer, who he drops with a drop toe kick, followed by a DDT. He pins Spencer but Katie breaks it up after two. Cass comes flying in and she takes out Anderson with a Lou Thesz Press. Cass begins to pummel Anderson in the face as the referee loses control of the match. With the referee’s back turned, Kristina hits Scotty with a low blow. She rolls Scotty up and the referee turns and starts the count but Cass breaks it up after two. Kristina is pissed and she goes for her Heart Punch on Baumer but Cass rolls out of the way and Kristina hits Katie with it. Cass moves to her corner and gets out and tags herself in as Kristina looks at Katie in shock. Cass rolls Kristina up and grabs her tights, holding her down for the three count and the win. Cass quickly exits the ring as her and Scotty are announced the winners and she laughs. Scotty ends up eating a heart punch from Kristina, who isn’t happy about the loss. Kristina and Katie both beat Scotty down as Cass watches on. Cass is hesitant at first, wanting to make the save but she ends up shrugging and walking away, saying she has bigger fish to fry. The scene cuts to the back where Cole Gregory, the Liberty Pro Anarchy Champion, is sitting across the locker room from his Anarchy Championship belt. He seems to be deep in thought as he eyes up the title and takes a moment or two to think over his words as his eyes remain fixated on the championship belt.
Cole Gregory: On the last episode of Liberation, the Society once again failed to win back the Anarchy Championship. The match was simple, with albeit a convoluted stipulation. Trinity and myself would defend the championship against Becky but I still had to be pinned or submitted to lose the title. Becky spent all week leading up to it talking about how she will bring the title back and how that’s her ultimate goal. Even more so since the show before, I pinned Becky to keep my championship in a three on one match.
Cole shakes his head and lets out a sigh.
Cole Gregory: But what we saw was a farce. Becky had a masked follower come out and attack us during the match which lead to her pinning Trinity to win the match...But not the championship. So that raises the questions, why did Becky say she let me continue being champion when her whole goal that week was get the title back? She knew she had to pin me to win it but instead she took the quick and easy way out and capitalize on the interference. You went running Becky, you knew you couldn’t win on normal terms so you took the cheap way out. It’s that or you couldn’t remember the rules of the match.
He runs his hands through his hair and lets out a small sigh.
Cole Gregory: Moving on though, tonight I take on Lizzy Taylor. I’m not going to trash talk her because since joining Liberty she’s done nothing but bust her ass and just wrestled. There’s nothing wrong with that at all, in fact, more people should follow her example. I’m looking forward to having a battle with her where the fans get an amazing match where they can just cheer for the action itself. I’m looking forward to this champion versus champion match, Lizzy. Let's go out there and show them how the champions do things.

BACKSTAGE
As we start we see all five members of #TheSociety standing in front of the camera. However, most of them don’t appear to be moving at all. In fact, there’s only one that is even real. Warren, standing right in the middle, remains silent for a few moments. The other members seem to be made of cardboard.
Warren Corbett: In all of Liberty Pro history, there has never been a more successful champion than me. Sure, you’ve got your Melissa Reeves’ and your Riley Savell’s, but I was the one that held my Liberty Pro Anarchy Championship for well over ten successful defenses. I took any and every opponent thrown at me, any and every stipulation. I look back and I think of how it all prepared me for the moment in front of me now…
He pauses, raising a fist.
Warren Corbett: Ana Hayden, Voidstar. It surely won’t be easy tonight in the main even triple threat, but when has it ever been easy for #TheSociety. It’s always been a struggle for us. From fighting against your favorites, fighting for our place in the world, and now fighting against our damn boss. We deserve to be here, we deserve more than that and when you look back, you’ll see that we’ve never been afraid to prove it. Ana and Voidstar, their reputation is precedes them of course, but I’m not afraid to prove myself AGAIN.
He looks to his right, Seth and Trent. Then to his left at Becky and Gray, before turning back to the camera.
Warren Corbett: I don’t want to hear talk about divisions, talk about how I lost my belt, talk about how I don’t deserve to be in this match.
He rolls his eyes, shrugging.
Warren Corbett: Because I’ve fought against the Melissa Reeves’, the Riley Savell’s. I beat Scarlett Highland when she was the Trials Champion. I beat Ashleigh Powell when she was Gotham Champion. Not to mention all the fights I never backed down from across the world, representing Liberty Pro.
He points directly to the camera.
Warren Corbett: That’s right...everywhere I’ve gone, I’ve toted the name Liberty Pro. Everyone knows where I come from, and where my loyalty lies. Despite our current battles with the boss, even he knows the kind of weight we hold with the fanbase of New York, even Nathan knows he may threaten it, but there’d be fires across the city of he was to ever fire us. I stand for the everyday Joe, people who never had a voice. People who were told they’d never be in a main event for a belt as prestigious as the Liberty Pro Championship!
Already in the middle of the group, Warren kneels down just as Becky always had.
Warren Corbett: But here I am, competing in the main event, competing for the grandest prize of them all. That belt belongs to #TheSociety, plain and simple. Becky laid our claim long ago, and then twice after that. Now? Now it’s my turn, but it belongs to us all just the same.
One more glance over the cardboard members. They may not be real right now but they’d be real at Liberation. They’d be there, no doubt.
Warren Corbett: #TheSociety, Liberty Champion once again!
He held his hands up, before the scene cut

MATCH NINE: CHAMPION VS CHAMPION
Cole Gregory vs Lizzy Taylor
Cole Gregory vs Lizzy Taylor
RECAP From the start, the match is closely contested, with one getting over the other only for the momentum to shift in mere moments, Lizzy gets the upperhand though when takes Cole to the mat, but only gets a one count before Cole kicks out, as she gets up he pulls her into an ankle lock, it’s locked in tight but she falls too close to the ropes and it able to get a rope break fairly quickly. However some damage was still done as Lizzy walks it off only to be met with an elbow to the face from Cole, he follows it up with a knee to her gut and a gutwrench powerbomb that sees her bounce off the mat, this time when he hooks the leg, he gets a two count before once again, Taylor kicks out. The pair are both back on their feet and hook up, Lizzy uses her speed to duck under his grasp and bring her head up to his chin, forcing his head back she drops her shoulder to his midsection and drives him into the corner where she lands several hard chops to his chest, as he stumbles out of the corner, Taylor hits him with an enziguri and hooks the leg, but also falls short at two. The pair both take a moment to catch their breath. The crowd who had been mostly behind the match suddenly boo when out of nowhere, Holst tackles Lizzy to the mat and then pulls her up by her hair, tossing her out of the ring with such force she hits the barricade, before anything can happen, he turns on Cole and starts taking his boots to him, at this point the official is forced to call for the bell and declare the match no contest. WINNER No Contest METHOD DQ MATCH LENGTH 7:23 FINISHING MOVE N/A POST MATCH Neriah doesn’t let up though and picks Cole up onto his shoulder, dropping him down over his knee with a backbreaker before Cole rolls to the outside with Lizzy, the pair are both trying to get to their feet when Honey runs down and gets into it with Neriah, defending both Champions who are still on the outside. Honey hits him with her Hiyah and before he can recover, Lizzy is there with the Direct Hit. Neriah rolls from the ring, looking worse for wear as he barely gets to his feet and starts to back up the ramp, still trash talking the pair who stand side by side in the ring. Honey and Lizzy then look at each other and Honey smiles and waves at Lizzy, and in return, Lizzy gives Honey an uneasy glare. The US Championship is handed to Lizzy and she holds it up in the air with pride before exiting the ring herself. |

Rylee is Backstage in catering, slipping a few things into her pockets she turns to face the camera with a smile,
Rylee McKenzi: Last week was a lot of fun huh? My new bestie Voidstar didn’t seem to have much fun now did he? Such a shame, for all his tough talk he played along, mostly and because of that I proved exactly what I’ve said all along, the bigger and badder they are… the more fun the games you get to play are.
She laughs and shakes her head,
Rylee McKenzi: And That brings me to my opponent this week, Brendan, the crybaby bitch of Liberty, mister sleepy nap nap time, gotta wonder what is gonna be his excuse this week, what imaginary shadow will he be distracted by, what will cost him another match?
She shrugs slightly and leans in closer to the camera.
Rylee McKenzi: They make quite the pair, don’t they? Brendan and the boogie man, it’s almost like they’re some lame day time TV horror show on a B network, both desperate for someone to take them seriously and nobody buying it for a second.
With another shrug she shoves a handful of gummy bears into her pocket.
Rylee McKenzi: These two boys are so busy fucking about they don’t even see the real threat, whilst they’re busy playing hide and seek with Jade, I have been kicking ass and making a name for myself… But they’re both too fucking bullheaded to see what is in front of them, it’s why they can’t best me, why they can’t shut me up and why they both continue to be a joke.
Rylee nods before she moves over towards the exit with a smirk.
Rylee McKenzi: Tonight, I hope you’re paying attention Daddy Callaghan because you won’t wanna miss the example I make out of your son.

The camera opens up to Anastasia Hayden and Isabella Strickland having some idle conversation until the crew rolls up on them. They both greet the audience with smirks as Ana readjusts the Liberty Championship on her shoulder as Isabella holds the NJFC Global Championship for her.
Anastasia Hayden: "Back to back."
Ana's smirk grows wider as she taps the Liberty Championship and then Isabella's shoulder.
Anastasia Hayden: "Say whatever you want, but don't forget the two that actually run this place. Main event? Anastasia Hayden. Headliner? Isabella Strickland. Cass Baumer can't even break into 2nd place and she calls herself 'The Headliner'? She's cute, I'll give her that. I'm almost proud of her even. She went from being an annoying fake journalist to an annoying wrestler. Such a seamless transition. But remember, I own you. Everything you do, everything you say...you're able to do all that because I let you."
A not-so-humble shrug from her.
Anastasia Hayden: "And when we finally do meet in the ring, I'll continue doing what I do and you'll continue to be a disappointment. But until then, we'll keep the status quo going, yeah? Because I've got to go out and defend this Liberty Championship. And as much as I hate this belt, I'm giving everyone an opportunity to win it. It doesn't matter who it is or where it is, this belt? It's yours for the taking. All you've got to do is step up and prove that you're worthy of dethroning me for it."
She lets her sentence hang a bit in the air; as if she's expecting someone to challenge her right then and there.
Anastasia Hayden: "But no one will. No, no. I'm carrying the Liberty Championship much like I'm carrying the entire roster. It's not easy, but I don't think anyone else here has the skill to do it. At the end of the day, most of you are still rookies or children to me...no one is ready to carry this brand like I am. No one is going to make more money than I am. You don't have to like me, respect me, or any of that bullshit because I don't really care because nobody is better than me. Than us."
Isabella steps up a bit as Ana hangs back and she begins to speak her piece.
Isabella Strickland: "Facts. Because while everyone else is worried about getting likes on Twitter or having the most followers? We're in the gym or in the ring. We're constantly getting better. Constantly evolving. You can stay the same basic greenhorn who is just doing this all for attention, but wrestling is my livelihood. You can disrespect it, but don't think that comes without consequences."
She drops her smirk as she says this.
Isabella Strickland: "When I win the Gotham Championship tonight, that'll be the message I send to this entire roster. My doors are always open to help you get better, to help you understand the art of pro wrestling, but if you can't get past your egos? You're helpless. And I hope that Riley Savell can go out there and prove me wrong."
And like that, a grin of arrogance and a message of hopefulness before stepping back as Ana takes back over.
Anastasia Hayden: "And when she fails to do that, I'll step into the main event to finish off my world tour of destroying The Society and I'll put a silence to that masked loser who got bounced out of Red State and Gulf Coast. But you know? I actually do like Warren Corbett; it's a pity that he associates himself with a cast of crybabies. I wish he had the self-awareness to realize that he can do so much better on his own. There's a reason after all that he's in the main event tonight facing me for the belt and not Becky or Seth or Gray or anyone else."
There's rare sincerity in her voice.
Anastasia Hayden: "As for the other one in this match? I'm not going to waste my breath. He doesn't need me and I don't need him; it's a perfect harmony. So tonight, when nothing changes in the main event, we'll be walking out of Liberty as champions. We'll still be walking around as the 1A and 1B of Liberty. Because nobody is or ever will be on our level."
The cockiness returns as Ana holds up the Liberty Championship for the world to see.
Anastasia Hayden: "The MEGASTAR of Liberty has spoken."
With that, the two head off as we cut elsewhere.

MATCH TEN: #1 CONTENDER FOR THE TRIALS CHAMPIONSHIP
Brendan Callaghan vs Rylee McKenzi
Brendan Callaghan vs Rylee McKenzi
RECAP The match begins and immediately Brendan appears to be distracted as he has been the past several weeks, this doesn’t seem to phase Rylee though as she slaps him across the face to try and draw his attention to her. Rylee smirks with a nod, backing up she invites Brendan to ‘come and try her’. Rylee and Brendan then lock up, she tries to twist her way out but Brendan isn’t having any of it - pulling her back into him he launches her across the ring with a snap suplex that leaves her rolling across the ring, holding her back. Rylee makes her way to her feet, charging Brendan with a spear, he moves to step out of the way, but he doesn’t quite make it all the way, which sees her drive him into the ropes and her own shoulder against the post at the same time, seeing her bear the brunt of the force. As she steps back, Brendan grabs for her but she twists her way out of his grasp; kicking the back of his knee and sending him down with a thud. Rylee then rounds on Brendan and takes a kick to the back of his head before she drops for the pin but only gets a two count, Brendan throws Rylee off him and towards the edge, following up with a baseball slide that sends her out of the ring, when he follows her, she pops up and slam his face on the apron. On the bounce back, Brendan slams his head into the Rylee’s face and she scrambles back, grabbing the bridge of her nose with a groan. The pair both make it back into the ring, but the continual back and forth continues, neither one able to get a fall over the other, Rylee finally nails Brendan with a kick to the gut and a DDT to the mat but once again he kicks out after two, Rylee slams her hands to the mat in frustration as the buzzer goes off and the match is declared a draw as the Trials rules only allow the match to be fifteen minutes. Riley is walking through the hallway backstage, in her hand she holds Howard II, her brothers new favorite umbrella, she is twirling it around in her hand as she hums a tune to herself, when she spots a backstage worked she lifts the umbrella and stabs in his direction, hitting a button a switchblade pops out. The worker yelps and backs away, as he scrambles to escape, Riley starts to laugh.
Riley Savell: Chicken!
She chuckles as she continues down the hall, where she sees Tessa Sweet, Tessa immediately smiles before she eyes the umbrella carefully, Riley rolls her eyes and drops the umbrella to her side.
Riley Savell: Hey Tess.
Tessa Sweet: Riley, hey… I was just looking for…
Riley Savell: The lame superhero chick with the badly made suit? Yeah she’s probably licking her wounds or something, get it? Licking her wounds…
As Riley laughs at her own joke, Tessa manages a small smile.
Tessa Sweet: You’re in a good mood, that’s surprising.
Riley Savell: Why is that surprising?
Tessa Sweet: Well, between Cass threatening your wedding, Ashleigh calling you over-confident and the Tournament of Icons giving you a mystery opponent…
Riley rolls her eyes again and shakes her head, hooking her arm around Tessa.
Riley Savell: Cass is a fucking joke, she thinks she intimidates me, but she doesn’t Oooh, I was in a hardcore match, ooooh my boyfriend is into death matches, I’m gonna surprise you and steal your championship. Bitch, please. I already did that routine and I did it better than you ever could… Why would that affect my mood, I mean, she’s hardly a threat to me, why would I care about ANYTHING she has to say?
Riley hugs into Tessa a little.
Riley Savell: And Ashleigh? She’s just mad at the exposure I am continuing to get… I understand, she is supposed to be the big I am in this match and instead it’s the Riley show, even Paragon knows that I am the reason people care about our match; there is no way I am going to lose - people can call out all the names they want as their future champion - but once again, I’ll do what I always do and rise above…
Tessa Sweet: I mean, Fader, Reid, Kennedy, these are all big names, maybe she has a point about your overconfidence what with -
Before Tessa can finish her sentence, Riley quickly hushes her.
Riley Savell: They’re all cool and all, great competitors, but they aren’t me. I am THE rookie of 2018 and we aren’t half way through the year yet, every single time I am given a challenge, I kick ass. Paragon invited me because I can’t be ignored, because I draw heat, I draw attention, I am Riley fucking SAVELL… I got this.
Tessa makes a hmm sound as Riley keeps going.

Tessa Sweet: Okay… what about tonight though? Isy is no slouch out there!
Riley laughs and shakes her head.
Riley Savell: Isy isn’t shit without Ana and I already took care of her, that big box of crayons will have her all tied up for weeks, so many colors for her to color pictures of her new favorite wrestler… Me.
Riley steps back with a sly smile and a nod.
Riley Savell: Besides… I have plans for Strickland, just you wait and see…

HEADLINE: GOTHAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Riley Savell vs Isabella Strickland
Riley Savell vs Isabella Strickland
RECAP Isabella wastes no time in coming for the Gotham Champion, but that is her first mistake as Riley slips around her, using her superior speed to take Strickland down to one knee, but when Riley comes off the ropes looking to put a knee in the back of Isabella’s head, she looks the back of Riley’s knee and slams her over her shoulder to the mat, Riley takes the impact hard and moves to roll to her feet, but instead Strickland pulls her into a bear hug and rag dolls Savell in her arms, Riley breaks free after a series of elbow strikes that see her dropped to the canvas. After a quick seconds recovery Riley is once again moving around Isabella, though this time she’s smart enough not to get caught so easily, using a series of extended kicks to nail Isabella with strikes but never moving in close enough for the catch. Eventually though, Strickland does grab a leg and she wrenches Riley in close, nailing a hard elbow to the face and a forearm to the side of the head before dropping Riley to the canvas. Strickland puts Riley in a triangle choke, obviously seeing that the only way to keep her down is to wear her down, it seems to work at first, but then, out of sigh of the referee, Riley bites down on Isabella and breaks the skin, the short sharp jolt of pain is enough for Riley to be released and she rolls away, sitting up in the corner with a smile on her face. Isabella charges at Riley but is met with a swift boot to the jaw, using the momentum of the ropes Riley tries for a moonsault, but Strickland is up and catches her midair, she then brings Riley down over her knee back first, impacting her spine before dropping her to the mat. Isabella goes for the pin, but Riley kicks out at two, isabela tries to argue with the official that he made a slow count and Riley sees her opportunity, kicking Isabella into the ref. When he is down, Riley pulls something from her boot and as Strickland turns to face her, she rakes it down Isabella’s face and over her eyes. Riley tosses the object from the ring and takes the blinded Isabella down with The Crowning! She looks to make a pin but sees the official is still down, she goes over and pulls him up, dropping him next to Isabella she yells at him to make the count before she backs to the ropes, bouncing off with the Unsaved Stomp, just as Isabella was getting to her hands and knees, Riley then drops and makes the pin, securing another championship defense. WINNER Riley Savell METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 12:57 FINISHING MOVE Unsaved Stomp POST MATCH As Riley is celebrating her victory, she is suddenly knocked down to the canvas with a blow from behind, as she rolls onto her back and looks up to see Xavier Laroux standing over her, before she can react, he rolls our of the ring with a laugh, picking up a mic he starts to back up the ramp. Xavier says he has heard Riley demanding real competition, that he is tired of hearing her bitch and complain and seeing as how he owed her a match; he was taking her challenge as this being on HER terms. As Riley rolls up to her feet she leans over the ropes and yells Xavier to come and get it then. Xavier shakes his head and tells her that it won’t be tonight, that he will be facing her next week… For her Championship. Xavier drops the mic as Riley looks pissed, she stalks up and down the ropes, still demanding he come back and fight, but Xavier just laughs as he backs up the ramp, before disappearing backstage. |

The scene cuts to Nathan Callaghan’s office where he is sitting down in his chair with Tristin Keyes standing next to him. Eventually Becky Balfour storms through the door and Nathan glances up and smiles.
Nathan Callaghan: Becky Balfour… I knew you’d come.
Nathan grins as Becky steps forward and slams her hand on the desk, making Tristin ready to pounce but Nathan holds her off.
Nathan Callaghan: Not now, Tristin, not after that shit you pulled earlier. You already know i allowed Becky here right now because of what you’ve done.
Becky Balfour: Fuck you! Fuck your WarGames match! Fuck all of it! I want her!!!
Becky glares at Tristin and points at her, causing Nathan to laugh. Tristin snaps back at Becky.
Tristin Keyes: You want me!? Do you have a death wish? If you want a piece of me, then let’s take care of it right now outside of this office.
Becky shakes her head.
Becky Balfour: No! I want you in the ring, where I rule! Where I’ll make you pay for everything you’ve done!
Tristin Keyes: Then it better be a street fight, because I don’t do your wrestling shit.
Nathan stands up from his chair and laughs.
Nathan Callaghan: Now, now, ladies, let's not get our panties in a bunch. You want to fight? Fine.
Nathan wraps his arm around Tristin and grins.
Nathan Callaghan: Welcome to my team, Tristin. You’ll have one of the Girls of Summer’s spots in the match. Deal?
Tristin pushes Nathan’s arm from her and rolls her eyes hard.
Tristin Keyes: Fine. But we’re not a team… I’m only doing this to rid Liberty of Becky and #TheSociety once and for all.
Becky grins as she takes a step back.
Becky Balfour: Perfect. See you both in the ring at Annihilation.
Becky turns to leave before she pauses and turns around.
Becky Balfour: What a fitting name… Because it the ring will be covered in all of your blood. #TheSociety will do what it always does, prove that it’s the best family in wrestling.
Becky turns and exits the office, leaving Nathan and Tristin there alone. Nathan glances over at Tristin and grins.
Nathan Callaghan: Welcome to my world, sweetheart.
Tristin shakes her head and exits the office before the scene cuts out with a shot of Nathan laughing.

MAIN EVENT: LIBERTY CHAMPIONSHIP
Anastasia Hayden vs Warren Corbett vs Voidstar
Anastasia Hayden vs Warren Corbett vs Voidstar
RECAP he bell sounds and the huge main event is underway. The three circle the ring, waiting for someone to make the first move, and it ends up being Anastasia Hayden as she rolls right out of the ring, more than accepting of letting the other two start the match. Warren Corbett watches and that's when Voidstar blasts him with a running forearm shot. Corbett doesn't go down, but he's taken off guard as Voidstar backs him into the corner, throwing more forearms at him. Voidstar backs up a bit before running in, looking for a cornered clothesline, but Warren gets his boot up and trades places with Voidstar. Corbett drills Voidstar with a European uppercut before ramming his shoulder into Void's midsection. Anastasia can only watch on from the outside as she lets these two monsters go at it. Pulling Voidstar out of the corner, Warren sends him to the center of the ring with a biel toss. Warren goes for a running elbow drop and holds on for a pin, but barely gets a one count with it. As Corbett starts to get up, Hayden sees her chance to strike, and comes into the ring with a chop block to take the manbeast down. Ana hits a kneeling reverse DDT on Warren and turns to the recovering Voidstar. She charges him and Voidstar is ready as he grabs Ana with ease and throws her over the top rope. Void walks over to Warren and picks him up before throwing him across the ring and sending him up with a back body drop that shakes the ring. Picking Corbett up again, Void gets hit with a forearm shot that staggers him back and Warren charges with a clothesline that sends both men to the outside. The two recover and start dueling with forearms on the outside. Neither man is getting an advantage, but that doesn't stop them until Ana reappears back on the apron. She spots the two before running off with a senton and she crashes down onto the challengers. Slowly recovering, Ana struggles to lift the somewhat lighter monster and she manages to roll Voidstar into the ring. Back in the ring, Voidstar has pulled himself up in the corner and Ana heads over, throwing some more forearms at Void. Dropping him to the bottom of the corner, Ana starts stomping Void before hitting the corner and closing in with a boot scraping right across his mask. She tries pulling Void out of the corner, but Warren has returned with a German suplex that sends Ana flying across the ring and rolling into the corner. Corbett looks at the two before running with a cannonball senton to Void and then rushing for another one on Hayden. He pulls Ana from the corner before making a pin, but he only gets a two with it. He lifts her up and brings Hayden right back down with a pumphandle slam. Voidstar catches Corbett off guard as he spins him around right into a massive DDT! But he's not done there as he drags Warren back up and Void sets him up with the Voidriver (Death Valley Driver)! Void hooks Warren's legs! ONE! TWO! …. THR-NO! At the last second, Anastasia dives onto the back of Voidstar to break the pin up. She follows it up with a quick switchblade kick to the back of Voidstar's head to keep him down, but it doesn't work as he just stands up dazed. Hayden hits the ropes and gets caught on the rebound with a scoop powerslam! Voidstar is on a roll as he drops and makes another pin attempt ONE! TWO! … THR-BREAK! This time it's Corbett who breaks the pin up and he does so with a double axe handle right down onto Voidstar's back. The power and muscle of Warren keeps Void down on this one. He lifts Voidstar up and tries to throw him into the ropes, but Voidstar counters it and pulls Warren in with an elbow. He delivers a kick to Corbett's midsection and that doubles The Society member over before Voidstar pulls him in, looking for The Abyss! But Corbett manages to fight it off and get back to a standing base, throwing a vicious elbow at Voidstar. Corbett backs into the ropes before launching himself at Voidstar and taking him down with a big boot. Before he can do anything else, Anastasia is there with The Magnolia Knee (Bicycle Knee)! The move connects, but Corbett doesn't go down and Hayden hits the ropes before hitting a second Magnolia Knee! He drops to the canvas and she rolls onto him for a pin! ONE! TWO! … THRE-NO! Ana is stunned as she looks at the referee in disbelief! She struggles to pull up Warren and she starts to go for the Deadman's Curve, but Corbett counters it and gets Hayden up for the War Hammer! But she manages to slip out of it and rolls out of harm's way. Voidstar is up and he drills her with a big clothesline before turning to Corbett and doing the same to time. Again, the strike doesn't take the man down and Voidstar backs up for a bigger lariat this time. Voidstar charges at Warren, but he's caught and lifted up into the Battle Ax (Spinning Spinebuster)! As Corbett slams Voidstar down, he's kneeling in the perfect position for Hayden to blast him with She Was Only Seventeen (Running Single Leg Dropkick)! Ana scrambles over and hooks Warren's legs! ONE! TWO! … THREE! WINNER Anastasia Hayden METHOD Pinfall MATCH LENGTH 25:50 FINISHING MOVE She Was Only Seventeen POST MATCH Anastasia Hayden is handed her Liberty Championship before the lights go out. When they turn on, Voidstar is gone and Warren is still down on the canvas. Cass Baumer crawls out from under the ring and she gets inside and she charges Ana and blindsides her with a spear. Cass Baumer grabs the Liberty Championship and raises it over Ana Hayden and that is the final shot of the last show before Annihilation. |
